Abstract
Description
- dass die Lagerplatte als einstückiger Formkörper mindestens auch die Lagerung für die Drückernuss, für den Wechselhebel sowie die Mechanik einschließlich Feder für die Falle umfasst und im Wesentlichen eine Länge (Höhe) aufweist, die der Länge (Höhe) des Schlossgehäuses entspricht, wobei das Baukastensystem Lagerplatten mit unterschiedlichen Entfernungen zwischen Schließzylinder und Drückernuss enthält
- dass die äußere Flachseite der Lagerplatte selbst Teil des Schlossgehäuses ist
- dass die auf der Lagerplatte positionierten Bauteile (Antriebsteile) insbesondere zur Bildung eines Gegenlagers von einer Schlossdecke abgedeckt sind, die entweder lediglich über der Lagerplatte liegt oder die bis zum Stulp reicht und
- dass zwischen Lagerplatte und Stulp ein Distanzstück als flacher Schlosszwischenkasten ("Ring") vorgesehen ist, in dem der Schubstangenanschlussschieber, der Fallenschaft und gegebenenfalls ein Riegelschaft verschiebbar geführt sind und wobei das Distanzstück zusammen mit der anschließenden Lagerplatte die Tiefe und somit das Dornmaß des Mehrriegelschlosses bestimmen.
Claims (1)
- Schlüsselbetätigbares Mehrriegelschloss als Baukastensystem mit variablem Dornmaß (D) und variabler Entfernung (E) von Schließzylinder (2) und Drückernuss (3), mit einem Getriebe und Getriebezahnrädern (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) und mit verzahnter Schubstange (13, 14) längs eines Stulps (15) bzw. verzahntem Schubstangenanschlussschieber (12, 12') sowie mit Drückernuss (3) und Falle (19) und vorzugsweise mit Wechselhebel (17) zwischen einem Getriebezahnrad (8) und der Falle (19) in einem Schlossgehäuse, wobei eine den Schließzylinder (2) sowie Getriebezahnräder (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) aufnehmende Lagerplatte (1) insbesondere als Zinkdruckgussbauteil vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Lagerplatte (1) als einstückiger Formkörper mindestens auch die Lagerung für die Drückernuss (3), für den Wechselhebel (17) sowie die Mechanik einschließlich Feder (22) für die Falle (19) umfasst und im Wesentlichen eine Länge (Höhe) aufweist, die der Länge (Höhe) des Schlossgehäuses entspricht, wobei das Baukastensystem Lagerplatten (1) mit unterschiedlichen Entfernungen (E) zwischen Schließzylinder (2) und Drückernuss (3) enthältdass die äußere Flachseite der Lagerplatte (1) selbst Teil des Schlossgehäuses istdass die auf der Lagerplatte (1) positionierten Bauteile (Antriebsteile) insbesondere zur Bildung eines Gegenlagers von einer Schlossdecke (25) abgedeckt sind, die entweder lediglich über der Lagerplatte (1) liegt oder die bis zum Stulp (15) reicht unddass zwischen Lagerplatte (1) und Stulp (15) ein Distanzstück (24, 24') als flacher Schlosszwischenkasten ("Ring") vorgesehen ist, in dem der Schubstangenanschlussschieber (12, 12'), der Fallenschaft (20) und gegebenenfalls ein Riegelschaft (23) verschiebbar geführt sind und wobei das Distanzstück (24, 24') zusammen mit der anschließenden Lagerplatte (1) die Tiefe und somit das Dornmaß (D) des Mehrriegelschlosses bestimmen.
