Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for fixed position recording a commodity, in particular a wristwatch or a writing instrument.
  • fixing means are provided in the container to hold the commodity in its position and to protect him so from damage, especially during transport.
  • fixing usually Formeinlagerl, plastic brackets, rubber mounts, foam rubber mounts and flexible holddowns (terminals) are used.
  • fixatives are either structurally relatively complex or must be matched to the shape and dimensions of the utility object or obstruct the clear view of the commodity (especially in the known holddowns).
  • assembly and removal of the commodity is relatively cumbersome and associated with a relatively high risk of damage in some known fixatives.
  • Document GB 475299 discloses a device for positionally fixed receiving a commodity with all features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the fixing means are designed as terminal pairs or pairs, one terminal each of a pair being arranged in the upper part and in the lower part of the container.
  • the container When the container is open, the commodity can be easily inserted into the container base or removed from it.
  • the container When the container is closed, ie when the upper part is placed on the lower part, clamp the two terminals of the terminal pairs between the commodity between him and thus secure him firmly. Because of the resilient design of the terminal pairs while utensils of different dimensions can be effectively fixed in position with one and the same device.
  • the holding members or pairs of terminals are designed as spring tongues which extend from the side walls of the lower part and upper part of the container into the interior of the lower part or upper part.
  • This training is structurally particularly simple and also requires only a minimal coverage of the object to be held. If the holding members are made according to a further advantageous embodiment of transparent material, the view of the commodity is practically not hindered at all.
  • the device shown in Fig. 1 has the outside of the paralletepipedric shape of a classic case. It comprises a designated as a whole with B container, which consists of a cup-shaped lower part U and a cup-shaped upper part or lid O.
  • the upper part O can be articulated as shown and known per se on the lower part U and consequently designed to be hinged, but it can also be made completely detachable from the lower part.
  • closure means are provided which prevent the upper part O unintentionally detached from the lower part U in the closed state of the container B.
  • closure means may be formed as known per se by bolts or snap mechanisms.
  • the outer shape of the container B depends on the item of utensils to be picked up and is irrelevant to the present invention.
  • fixing means for a male commodity - in the illustrated embodiment, a wristwatch A, provided.
  • These fixing means comprise, according to the most important idea of the invention, pairwise cooperating resilient holding members 10 and 20, which are arranged both in the lower part U and in the upper part O of the container B.
  • the two holding members 10, 20 of each pair act together so that, when the upper part O of the container B is placed on the upper part O, they clamp the object A in the container in a springy manner between them.
  • the holding members 10,20 thus form resilient pairs of terminals.
  • the holding members 10 and 20 spring up and down. Up and down here refers to the usual Use of the device in the closed state, wherein the lower part U of the container B below and the upper part O is above.
  • the number of pairs of holding members 10,20 depends on the type of the everyday object to be fixed. In the case of a wristwatch or writing instrument (e.g., fountain pen or pen), generally two pairs will suffice. In some cases, a single pair may be sufficient.
  • a wristwatch or writing instrument e.g., fountain pen or pen
  • the holding members 10 and 20 are formed as Zonnefedem, which extend from the side walls of the lower part U and the upper part O of the container B inwardly.
  • the tongue springs can be attached to the same sides of the container or on opposite sides. But the tongue springs can also, as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 7, be attached to the (in the usual use attitude) horizontal inner walls of the lower part U or upper part O.
  • the tongue springs 10, 20 are curved as shown, with the tongue springs or holding members 10 being concave in the lower part U as seen from the open side of the lower part, so that they form a kind of depression for the commodity item to be accommodated.
  • the tongue springs or holding members 20 in the upper part O are curved in opposite directions, ie viewed from the open side of the upper part, they are convex.
  • the tongue springs may also be flat or curved in the other direction. Also, any combinations of curved and flat tongue springs are possible.
  • the holding members 10 and 20 may also consist of two partial holding members 11 and 12, which are mounted on opposite sides of the lower part U and upper part O and extend from there to the inside.
  • the holding members 10, 20 can also be designed with two or more fingers (comb-like), especially in the upper part O. This results in more complicated designed utensils better adaptation to the external shape and thus a better fixing effect.
  • the retaining elements 10, 20 may also have friction-increasing means, especially on their mutually facing sides.
  • Such friction increasing agents may e.g. by structures 13 such as ribs and the like (FIG. 6) or by friction-increasing pads 14, e.g. a foam rubber coating (Fig. 4) may be formed.
  • the holding members 10 and 20 designed as tongue springs can also be bent, so that they form a receiving space 15 for the commodity between them.
  • this receiving space 15 must have a smaller clear height than the dimension of the male commodity at this point, because otherwise no clamping action.
  • lateral stops are formed for the commodity, which cause a further improvement of the fixation.
  • this can also be achieved by other suitable structures on the holding members 10 and 20.
  • FIG. 7 another embodiment of the inventive device is shown.
  • the container B for juxtaposed receiving of six utility items is formed.
  • twice six pairs of holding members 10,20 are provided, each two adjacent holding members 10 and 20 emanating from a common carrier 16 and 26, on the inner top wall (lid bottom) of the upper part O or at the bottom of the lower part U is appropriate.
  • the device according to the invention or the container B may also contain a smaller or larger number of retainer pairs 10, 20.
  • not all retainer pairs 10,20 have the same shape.
  • the holding members 10,20 can be prepared as independent of the container B elements and inserted into the lower part U and upper part O of the container B and secured there. In this case, they can also be from another Material (eg thermoplastic polymers) as the container B (eg polypropylene) exist. However, the holding members are preferably made of the same material (eg polypropylene) as the lower part U or the upper part O of the container B and are integral with the lower part U and the upper part O. This allows a particularly simple and cost-effective production of the inventive device, for example by injection molding. If the upper part O of the container B is transparent, preferably at least the holding members 20 in the upper part O are likewise designed to be transparent, so that the view of the commodity item located in the container B is hindered as little as possible.
  • the upper part O of the container B is transparent, preferably at least the holding members 20 in the upper part O are likewise designed to be transparent, so that the view of the commodity item located in the container B is hindered as little as possible.
