Fig. 14 zeigt einen vertikalen Schnitt durch den Abfallsammler, wobei man erkennen kann, dass das äußere Gehäuse 102 des Abfallsammlers einen Inneneimer 105 aufnimmt, wobei zwischen beiden ein ringförmiger Freiraum verbleibt, den man für die Unterbringung von Teilen der Öffnungsmechanik, insbesondere eines Seilzugelements in Form eines Bowdenzugs 100 und der dazu notwendigen Führungselemente nutzen kann. Bei dieser Variante der Erfindung ist das absenkbare Fußpedal 108 mit einem Betätigungsbügel 106 verbunden, der für sich separat noch einmal in Fig. 16 dargestellt ist. An diesem Betätigungsbügel 106 wird über einen Zuganker das untere Ende des Bowdenzugs 100 festgelegt. Der Bowdenzug verläuft dann von dort aus vertikal nach oben und erstreckt sich durch ein Führungselement hindurch, welches einen Doppelclip 112 umfaßt, welcher wiederum über einen Aufnahmewinkel 114 an der Innenseite des äußeren Gehäuses 102 festgelegt sein kann. Von dort aus erstreckt sich der Bowdenzug 100 weiter senkrecht nach oben und verzweigt sich dann in zwei separate Stränge 110, 111.With reference to Fig. 14 a further alternative variant of a waste collector according to the invention is explained below. Die beiden Stränge 110, 111 verlaufen dann nicht mehr vertikal sondern mindestens teilweise horizontal und erstrecken sich in Umfangsrichtung, wobei die Enden dieser beiden Stränge jeweils an Mitnehmern 29 festgelegt sind, wie sie in Fig. 17 dargestellt sind und bereits zuvor anhand des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben wurden. Nachfolgend wird unter Bezugnahme auf Fig. 19 eine alternative Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung erläutert. Bei dieser Variante verzweigt sich anders als bei der zuvor unter Bezugnahme auf Fig. 18 beschriebenen Ausführungsvariante der Bowdenzug oben nicht, sondern es ist nur ein Strang 110 vorhanden. Dieser eine Strang 110 erstreckt sich dann ebenfalls in Umfangsrichtung. Es ist hier nur ein clipartiges Führungselement 113 erforderlich für den in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Strang 110 des Bowdenzugs im oberen Bereich. Anstelle des Doppelclips 112 bei der Variante nach Fig. 18 ist bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 19 ein einfaches clipartiges Führungselement 113 vorhanden. Dieses clipartige Führungselement 113 befindet sich dann beispielsweise an der Innenseite des äußeren Gehäuses des Abfallsammlers und ist dort festgelegt, beispielsweise in einer Position wie dies bei der Variante gemäß Fig. 15 für den Doppelclip 112 dargestellt ist. Endseitig ist am Bowdenzug auch bei der Variante gemäß Fig. 19 ein Zughaken 101 vorhanden, über den das untere Ende des Bowdenzugs an einem Betätigungsbügel 106 festgelegt ist, so dass es beim Absenken des Fußpedals 108 mitgenommen wird. Hier wird auch auf die Fig. 15 verwiesen, die sich auf die zuvor beschriebene Ausführungsvariante bezieht, in der der Zuganker erkennbar ist. Der Unterschied bei der Variante gemäß Fig. 19 liegt also darin, dass im oberen Bereich nur ein Strang 110 vorhanden ist, der an einer Seite in Umfangsrichtung verläuft. Ein solcher Strang 110 ist bei dieser Variante ausreichend, um die Kräfte zum Öffnen der visierartigen Klappe 20 zu übertragen. Entsprechend kommt man auch bei der Variante nach Fig. 19 mit nur einem Mitnehmer 29 an einer Seite des kuppelförmigen Kopfteils aus. Die Umlenkung der Kraft über den Mitnehmer 29 kann bei der Variante nach Fig. 19 im Prinzip ähnlich gelöst werden, wie dies zuvor unter Bezugnahme auf Fig. 17 für die erste Ausführungsvariante beschrieben wurde.The following is with reference to Fig. 19 an alternative embodiment of the invention explained. Claims (18)

  1. Refuse receptacle
    having a housing (10; 102) accommodating the refuse and having an openable introduction opening in the upper region,
    comprising an opening flap (20) which is in the form of a spherical-shell segment,
    wherein the flap (20) can be opened to such an extent as to achieve an introduction opening of approximately the same size,
    wherein the flap (20) can furthermore be opened via an opening mechanism having a foot pedal (11; 108), and
    wherein, in order to open the introduction opening, the flap (20) can be pivoted about an approximately horizontal pivot axis (22) which runs radially with respect to the flap,
    characterized
    in that the opening mechanism has a cable pull element (30; 100), in particular a Bowden cable, which acts on the flap (20) which closes off the introduction opening, and
    in that the cable pull element (30; 100) is connected to at least one driver (29) in the form of a wheel via which the cable pull element (30; 100) is guided, the driver for its part being connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the pivotable flap (20), if appropriate via further connecting elements.
  2. Refuse receptacle according to Claim 1 or 2,
    characterized
    in that the flap (20) is approximately in the form of a quarter of a spherical-shell segment and can be opened to such an extent as to achieve an introduction opening of approximately the same size having the dimensions of a quarter of a spherical-shell segment.
  3. Refuse receptacle according to Claim 1 or 2,
    characterized
    in that the flap (20) slides over a fixed housing part (21) of the upper region when it opens.
  4. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 1 to
    3, characterized
    in that the cable pull element (100) is connected to the foot pedal (108).
  5. Refuse receptacle according to Claim 4,
    characterized
    in that the cable pull element (100) runs from the foot pedal (108), initially in the vertical direction, and this is followed by at least one section having at least one cable pull line (110; 111) running at least partially inside the housing (10; 102) of the refuse receptacle in the circumferential direction.
  6. Refuse receptacle according to Claim 4 or 5,
    characterized
    in that guide elements (112, 113, 114) are provided for the cable pull element (100), preferably for each section or line (110, 111) of the cable pull element (100).
  7. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 4 to

    in that an actuating bracket (106), arranged inside the housing (102), or a rocker is provided, and this has the lower region of the cable pull element (100) fixed to it.

    in that the actuating bracket (106) is connected to the foot pedal (108), which protrudes outwards through the housing.
  9. Refuse receptacle according to Claim 7 or 8,

    in that the actuating bracket (106) is mounted pivotably in the housing (102) of the refuse receptacle.
  10. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 4 to
    9, characterized
    in that on the front side of the housing (102), the front side facing the foot pedal (108), at least certain sections of the cable pull element (100) run upwards inside the housing (102).
  11. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 4 to
    10, characterized
    in that the cable pull element (100) extends, in an upwardly running section and/or in a line (110, 111) extending in the circumferential direction, between the outer housing (102) and an internal bin (105) accommodated therein.
  12. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 1 to
    3, characterized
    in that the opening mechanism has at least one rod assembly (24) which extends, at least in part, approximately vertically and is operatively connected to the foot pedal (11), and
    in that an upward movement of the rod assembly (24) is converted via deflecting elements into a pulling movement which acts, via the cable pull element (30), on the flap (20) and opens the latter.
  13. Refuse receptacle according to Claim 12,
    characterized
    in that at least one slide (33) is mounted on the cable pull element (30), a component mounted in the upper region of the rod assembly (24) acting on said slide, as a result of which, upon lowering of the foot pedal (11) and raising of the rod assembly (24), a pulling force is exerted on the cable pull element (30).
  14. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 1 to
    13, characterized
    by the provision of at least one spring element (31) which generates a return force, as a result of which the flap (20) pivots back about its pivot axis (22) into the closed initial position when the pulling force on the cable pull element (30) weakens.
  15. Refuse receptacle according to claim 14,
    characterized
    in that, as the spring element (31), at least one leg spring is arranged in the vicinity of the driver (29), and, this spring is subjected to torsion when the foot pedal (11) is actuated.
  16. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 1 to
    15, characterized
    in that a domed top part is positioned on an approximately cylindrical housing (10), and this top part, in addition to the pivotable flap (20) and a fixed housing part (21), comprises a centring ring (23) which engages at least partially in the cylindrical housing (10).
  17. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 1 to
    16, characterized
    by the provision of at least one introduction ring (25) which is formed in an at least partially inclined manner and protrudes inwardly in a radially inclined manner from the upper edge of the cylindrical housing (10).
  18. Refuse receptacle according to one of Claims 1 to
    3, characterized
    in that the opening mechanism has an electric drive and an electric or electronic triggering mechanism, in particular using sensor technology.
