Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de réglage hydraulique d'angle de rotation d'un arbre à cames relativement à un vilebrequin dans un moteur à combustion interne. Ce dispositif est composé d'une unité d'entraînement (4) en liaison d'entraînement avec le vilebrequin, d'une unité de sortie (5) reliée au vilebrequin de manière fixe. L'unité d'entraînement (4) est en liaison de transmission de force avec l'unité de sortie (5) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux chambres de compression (6, 7) à l'intérieur du dispositif (1), lesquelles, lors de la pressurisation, provoquent un déplacement relatif ou un serrage hydraulique de l'unité de sortie (5) par rapport à unité d'entraînement (4), les fuites externes d'agent de pression étant compensées en permanence. Ledit dispositif (1) comporte en outre un ressort en spirale (8) monté à l'extérieur du dispositif (1), ce ressort servant à égaliser les vitesses de réglage du dispositif dans les deux sens de réglage. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le ressort en spirale (8) est disposé dans un espace annulaire fermé par un boîtier (11) additionnel, cet espace pouvant être entièrement rempli par les fuites externes d'agent de pression du dispositif (1). L'agent de pression hydraulique sert également à amortir les oscillations de résonance des spires (13) du ressort en spirale (8) provoquées par les vibrations du moteur.
