- the support 21 door hinge movable relative to the support plate 20 and support to obtain a total independence of movement between one and the other ends of wagon structures.
- the support 21 door hinge thus passes through the plate 20 support and support for exercise directly its pushing force on and against the piece of friction 36 of the suspension assembly 19 forming side bearers.
- this support 21 can be mounted to sliding in a obviously crossing at the center of the support and support plate 20 (not shown). A movement guided by grooves, grooves or other means would allow proper functioning and correct presentation of support of the base of this support 21.
- the deflection of the axis 22 along his housing is no longer totally necessary because it is ensured by the displacement of its support 21.
- hinge support is movable by relative to the support and support plate 20, but acts indirectly on the light and this through this In this case, it is possible to provide a additional travel between the support of hinge and the plate 20 by a gap before contact.
- the lateral supports floats are going to work by moving in one direction or in another for example from bottom to top or Conversely.
- the support plate and support 20 ripe sliding friction on the insert support and friction 36.
- the pivot axis 22 is intended to rotate in its housing during pitching changes.
- the double support leg 25 can be pushed towards the bottom and these are then the two elements 26 and 26a of the double support leg 25 which sag the set of suspension 19 by support of their insoles 39 and 40 on the friction range 37.
- the assembly suspension 19 goes down with the support 21 door articulation, leaving the pivot axis 22 in its position in his dwelling 42 thanks to the freedom of movement along this oblong section housing.
- the general interest of the means described above lies in the presence of at least two deflections, one at the level of the support 21 hinge and the other between the end tab 25 and the support plate 20 and support, during movements due to rolling.
- a support and support plate 20 in contact with friction with the upper face or the lining of the base 18 has a support 43 of articulation receiving a special articulation 44 of pivoting around a horizontal axis and vertical translation.
- a multidirectional articulation for example of ball type or equivalent form can also to suit although, to the game clearances by, only vertical translation movements and pivoting around a horizontal axis passing through articulation are concerned.
- the end tabs are of quasi form identical for one of them 45 with two branches 46 and 47 corresponding to the double leg 25 but different at the end for the other end tab namely the central leg end 48 which is engaged on articulation 44.
- the central end tab 48 is ends with one end looking down and having a cavity forming a housing 49 for the articulation 44.
- the latter relates to the support hinge 43 made in the form of a block 50 for example parallelepipedic.

- this articulation support integral with the plate 20 or mounted thereon may to be otherwise connected or related to it.
- this articulation support can be mounted mobile with respect to the plate 20.
- the mechanical means represented and used to form the hinge 44 carried by the support of articulation 43 were chosen because of the weak travel amplitudes generated during the operation.
- the end double tab 45 acts by sliding support in the same way as that of the first variant.
- the end tab central 48 directly transmits the movement that the anime at the joint 44. This allows to absorb the types of deviations and displacements generated whether they are vertical, or tilting around a horizontal pivot axis and damping them by friction on the friction lining (s) and get the uncoupling which is the main purpose of the invention.
- the inventive general idea of the present improvement consists in providing anti-tipping means in particular a means of limiting the tilting for the support plate and support 20 by which the floating support device is in contact with the light.
- This means can be single or double, under the a frame or a slide or two supports end or any other solution implementing classical means or functions the combination of which leads to the same overall result.
- the present improvement concerns a means limiting the initial tilting movement from from the support of the fork end tab 24 by intermediate pivot axis 23 and / or the support of the double end tab 25.
- the medium Due to the symmetrical nature of the support, the medium consists of two similar elements stiffeners attached to the longitudinal ends of the support plate and support 20 playing the role of support structure on the collar of the collar.
- this is two independent metal blades of torsion 55 and 56 of which respectively one of the ends 57 and 58 is attached to one end of the backing plate and support and whose other end respectively 59 and 60 is mounted on a stand independent of the example an adjacent plate 61, for example solidaire chassis, mobile or not with him or with respect to him.
- torsion blades 55 and 56 constitute a twinning link between each of the two ends of the support and support plate 20 of the same support floating. They constitute at the same time and at each times an individual torsion-resistance link to a neighboring fixed point on the common plate 61.
- twin torsion blades impose a mechanical resistance to reduce or cancel the tipping force transmitted by the articulation of pivoting carried by the support and support plate 20.
- This link also provides resistance additional and better stiffness to the suspension elastic thus avoiding lateral movements sources of instability and deformation.
- the same torsion blade for both ends of the plate support and support 20 of the same floating support would then have a consistent end in fork.
- the same blade to connect the two corresponding ends of the support and support plate 20 of the two supports floating counterparts As a result, only one blade meets each time the two corresponding ends of floating supports, this blade being fixed in its part median to a support, for example platinum 61.
- the floating support device with the means anti-tilt according to the invention operates from the following way.
- the torsion blades also having a resistance to particularly longitudinal forces, increase the damping of movements and so the energy degradation is further improved.
- the anti-tipping means realize (s) each time in the form of two blades torsion, preferably two-branched metal 62 and 63 as shown in FIG. 10, but whose ends directed towards the common central joint 13 are fixed on a same support 64 for example integral with the thrust.
- These blades constitute on each side an anti-tilt assembly whose profile shape is that of two U lying and joined together by a common branch 65 and the ends of the other two branches 66 and 67 are fixed on each side to the support and support plate Corresponding.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a railway bogie with supports floating sides with medium anti-tilt for two successive wagon structures articulated on the same bogie.
French Application No. 0202577 of February 28 2002, same depositor shows lateral support floating for two successive wagon structures articulated on the same railway bogie by through a joint joint of pivoting based on a thrust.
According to the present invention there is provision for lateral on either side of the central articulation two successive wagon structures based on a common truck. Each side support is on one side between the ends of the two wagon structures and the suspension to the right of these ends or to read.
This solution is intended to uncouple movements of the ends of the wagon structures, that is to say to make these movements independent of each others at the level of support on the suspension lateral or lip.
This solution also aims to decrease the games and the amplitudes of movements of ends of wagon structures in the case of forces support in opposition, that is to say in the opposite direction.
Cette solution apporte d'importants avantages. This solution brings important advantages.
Movement independence ensures a great reliable operation and better durability material due to lack of solicitation mechanics of one of the wagon structures on the other.
Thanks to the invention, by the limitation of the interaction of structures and vertical games, we can carry loads of maximum height in the rail gauge limit.
The imagined constitution works by moving friction plates one over the other to degrade the energy to have an effect amortization.
However, the movements of the extremities from rolling are rarely pure roll and pitch movements. Thereby, they frequently exhibit a component of often overturning in initial motion.
This one exerted on the plates of support and support, degrades the quality of contact support between the friction plates and so does not allow to get all the desired effect.
In addition, the slider suspension works from unequal way which makes it less effective and the tired. In extreme cases, it can lead to deformation.
The present improvement aims to reduce and limit tipping movement initial to make the suspension of the light in good conditions and ensure good contact uniform between the friction plates thus allowing to benefit from a constant amortization of which the full effect exists from the beginning.
It also aims to increase the effect sought depreciation under this type floating support.

To understand the present improvement, it is necessary to know the floating lateral support to which it applies.
It will be described hereinafter in the case of two main variants.
For this purpose, it will be presented below, at each times, the main building blocks of the support lateral floating as already described in a deposit prior.
The present invention applies to two
La crapaudine 9 est reliée à une articulation
centrale commune de pivotement 13 avec débattement en
basculement latéral constituant l'articulation
principale par laquelle les extrémités 3 et 4 sont
reliées entre elles à pivotement.Crapaudine 9 is connected to a joint

Crapaudine 9 and the
respectivement 14 et 15.In order to support the ends of
Ces liaisons latérales discontinues 14 et 15
sont constituées, selon la présente invention des
moyens suivants.
pivotement 23.These discontinuous
l'articulation principale 13.The
More particularly, each lateral support of articulation according to the invention presents the following components.

suspension.The
These
constitution. We then distinguish the support plate and

patte double d'extrémité 25.The bearing plate and

transversaux (non représentés).According to the first variant represented, this
On utilise
possibles.Vertical mobility of the
de son support 21.According to one variant, the
contact. It is also possible to envisage a variant
that the hinge support is movable by

In rolling, according to movements from of a wagon structure or the other or on one side or the other of the same wagon structure, the lateral supports floats are going to work by moving in one direction or in another for example from bottom to top or Conversely.
The extreme positions are represented on Figures 5 to 8.
In the case of a push coming from the

The
Conversely, in the case of Figures 7 and 8,

mécanique fonctionnelle entre les pattes 24 et 25.Any composition of the movements above

We made the movements of the end of a wagon structure independent of those from the end of the next wagon structure in the limit of the maximum deflections in use.
lisoir.In the case of the
The general interest of the means described above
lies in the presence of at least two
deflections, one at the level of the
suspension 19.According to the particularities of the movements of
extremes, these deflections are not necessarily
concurrent. They offer in all cases of use
normal wagon structures during taxiing, a
empty race to prevent the transmission of
movements at the other end, knowing that in addition,
these are buffered by the springs of the set of
The second variant to which applies the present invention is shown in the figures 10 to 19. It has the same general functions and equivalent means. The same elements or almost identical elements will wear the same numerical references.
We looked in this second variant to down the horizontal pivot axis referenced 23 pivot joint 22 as much as possible towards the slider so as to minimize the tilt torque. Indeed, the friction has for effect of creating a couple and, plus the friction piece is away from the pivot axis, the more it has tendency to bend. It is appropriate to make this minimal effect for proper functioning, to decrease wear and to avoid couples detrimental to the stability when rolling wagons.
We thus find the base 18 mobile

portée 53.With particular reference to

By examining the means described above, can conclude that the general function of uncoupling the movements of the end tabs is fulfilled in the same way in accordance with the invention. It is indeed a variant entering into the scope of the present invention.
44. Le fonctionnement de cette articulation spécifique
44 permet de compléter l'explication du fonctionnement
d'ensemble. As for the functioning, we are
will refer for the main phases to the explanation
detailed above already described for the first
variant. The peculiarity of the operation of this
second variant comes from the replacement of
the pivot joint 22 with displacement
l'invention. When taking a curve or at another

The inventive general idea of the present
improvement consists in providing anti-tipping means
in particular a means of limiting the
tilting for the support plate and
This means can be single or double, under the a frame or a slide or two supports end or any other solution implementing classical means or functions the combination of which leads to the same overall result.
crapaudine.Hereinafter will be described by way of example no
limiting, one of the means based on two blades of
torsion of which one end of each is fixed on a
end of the support plate and
limiting the initial tilting movement from
from the support of the
Due to the symmetrical nature of the support,
the medium consists of two similar elements
stiffeners attached to the longitudinal ends of the
support plate and
According to the variant represented, this is
two independent metal blades of
It is important that the medium on which are fixed the ends of the metal torsion blades is not animated by movements combined with those of the articulation carried by the floating support.
20.These twin torsion blades impose a
mechanical resistance to reduce or cancel
the tipping force transmitted by the articulation of
pivoting carried by the support and
This link also provides resistance additional and better stiffness to the suspension elastic thus avoiding lateral movements sources of instability and deformation.
It also provides an additional effect of damping movements which is added to the degradation of energy by friction.
fourche.According to one variant, the same
torsion blade for both ends of the plate
support and
médiane à un support, par exemple la platine 61.According to another variant, the same
blade to connect the two corresponding ends of
the support and
The floating support device with the means anti-tilt according to the invention operates from the following way.
la ou les lame(s) de torsion sollicitée(s).When the initial pulse in motion of
the affected end is a tipping tendency
longitudinal and / or transversal, the consecutive pressure
on one end of the support plate and
These opposing pairs being a function of the tipping effort, they diminish then cancel each other when this tipping effort decreases to zero thus allowing a better slip of friction.
The torsion blades also having a resistance to particularly longitudinal forces, increase the damping of movements and so the energy degradation is further improved.
This improvement applies also to the means shown in FIGS. 19 and described above.
20 correspondante.The anti-tipping means
realize (s) each time in the form of two blades
torsion, preferably two-branched
Of course other achievements coming in in the same inventive concept are possible, especially those with equivalent means by means other than torsion blades.
