Claims (19)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un sac (10) à partir d'un tube (11) en matériau thermoplastique comprenant les étapes successives consistant à :
    prendre une longueur continue de bande thermoplastique tubulaire sans soudure posée à plat (11) comprenant une couche supérieure (13) et une couche inférieure (14) ;
    perforer au moins une couche de ladite bande tubulaire ;
    former une ouverture (20) dans ladite bande tubulaire ;
    séparer ladite bande tubulaire de façon suffisante pour qu'un buvard absorbant (25) puisse être mis en place par ladite ouverture ;
    mettre en place un buvard absorbant dans ladite ouverture formée dans ladite bande tubulaire ;
    caractérisé par les étapes suivantes qui sont effectuées successivement après ladite étape de mise en place et consistant à :
    retirer l'excès d'air du matériau tubulaire, et
    transformer ladite bande tubulaire en une pluralité de sacs à extrémité scellée (10) de telle sorte qu'une série continue de sacs contenant lesdits buvards absorbants à intervalles distincts est formée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite étape de transformation comprend le scellement à chaud dans le sens transversal de ladite bande tubulaire pour former un sac.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite série continue de sacs contenant des buvards absorbants est enroulée sur un cylindre (31).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à faire adhérer ledit buvard absorbant à une surface intérieure de ladite bande tubulaire.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite étape de perforation comprend la perforation des deux couches.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite étape de perforation comprend en outre l'étape consistant à découper ladite couche supérieure et à perforer ladite couche inférieure.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite ouverture (20) formée dans ladite bande tubulaire est formée par une roue excentrique agissant contre ladite bande tubulaire.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les couches de ladite bande tubulaire posée à plat sont séparées en envoyant de l'air dans ladite ouverture.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit excès d'air est retiré de ladite bande tubulaire en faisant passer la bande à travers une paire de rouleaux de pincement (26, 27) pour expulser l'air de la bande tubulaire.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite formation de l'ouverture comprend les étapes consistant à pratiquer une fente dans ladite bande tubulaire plate le long d'un de ses côtés, à insérer ledit buvard absorbant en formant un angle par rapport au sens de déplacement de ladite bande, et à sceller ledit côté fendu de ladite bande.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite étape de séparation comprend les étapes consistant à :
    serrer ensemble ladite couche supérieure et ladite couche inférieure pour fermer une section de la bande tubulaire devant un buvard absorbant ; et
    envoyer de l'air dans ladite ouverture pour écarter suffisamment ladite couche supérieure (13) de ladite couche inférieure (14) afin qu'un buvard absorbant puisse être mis en place à travers ladite ouverture ; et
    ladite étape de transformation comprend l'étape consistant à sceller ladite bande tubulaire de manière à former ladite pluralité de sacs à extrémité scellée ; et ledit procédé comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à :
    enrouler ladite série continue de sacs contenant un buvard absorbant sur un cylindre (31).
  12. Machine de fabrication de sacs (100) pour former des sacs (10), chaque sac comportant un buvard absorbant (25), à partir d'un rouleau de matériau de bande tubulaire aplatie (11) comprenant les moyens suivants disposés les uns à la suite des autres :

    un moyen (18,19,141) pour ouvrir un côté de ladite bande tubulaire ;
    des moyens (153) pour introduire de l'air dans ladite bande tubulaire en une quantité suffisante pour ouvrir suffisamment ladite bande tubulaire afin d'insérer un buvard absorbant ;
    des moyens (24, 150) pour délivrer et introduire ledit buvard absorbant dans ladite bande tubulaire ;
    des moyens (26, 27, 151, 152) pour éliminer l'air de ladite bande tubulaire ; et
    un dispositif de scellement (28, 29, 160) se déplaçant transversalement par rapport à ladite bande tubulaire pour délimiter la longueur servant à former un sac, ledit moyen destiné à délimiter la longueur formant un scellement inférieur dudit sac.
  13. Machine de fabrication de sacs pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre des moyens (170) pour enrouler lesdits sacs sur un cylindre.
  14. Machine de fabrication de sacs pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit dispositif de scellement pour délimiter ladite longueur servant à former ledit sac est un fil de scellement à chaud.
  15. Machine de fabrication de sacs avec buvard pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit moyen pour éliminer l'air est une paire de rouleaux de pincement à travers lesquels passe la bande tubulaire.
  16. Machine de fabrication de sacs pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit perforateur est une lame de perforation (15) réglée pour perforer à la fois la couche supérieure et la couche inférieure.
  17. Machine de fabrication de sacs pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit perforateur est réglé pour perforer l'une des couches et une lame (141) est prévue pour découper une fente dans l'autre couche.
  18. Machine de fabrication de sacs pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit moyen pour ouvrir ladite bande tubulaire est une roue excentrique agissant contre ladite bande tubulaire.
  19. Machine de fabrication de sacs pour former des sacs selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit moyen pour éliminer l'excès d'air de ladite bande tubulaire est une paire de rouleaux de pincement destinée à expulser l'air de la bande tubulaire.
