Claims (11)
- Schneidmesser (1) zum Schneiden von gestapeltem, blattförmigem Gut, wobei das Schneidmesser (1) Keilform aufweist, mit einer Schneidfläche (2) und, für das geschnittene Gut, einer Abweisfläche (3), die im Keilwinkel zueinander angeordnet sind, und deren Schnittgerade die Schneidkante (4) des Schneidmessers (1) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidmesser (1) im Bereich der Abweisfläche (3) mit Austrittsöffnungen (11) für Blasluft versehen ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Schneidmesser (1) Bohrungen bzw. Kanäle (9, 10) für Blasluft integriert sind, wobei die Bohrungen bzw. Kanäle (9, 10) im Bereich der Abweisfläche (3) des Schneidmesser (1) aus diesem austreten.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen bzw. Kanäle (9, 10) an eine Druckluftzufuhr (13) anschließbar sind.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen bzw. Kanäle (10) in einen Verbindungskanal (9) münden, der an eine Druckluftzufuhr (13) anschließbar ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Messerträger (5) und eine in diesen eingesetzte Hartmetallschneide (6) aufweist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen bzw. Kanäle (9, 10) zwischen dem Messerträger (5) und der Hartmetallschneide (6) gebildet sind.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hartmetallschneide (6) und der Messerträger (5) mittels einer Lötverbindung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Zuführen der Blasluft mindestens ein Schlauch (13) vorgesehen ist, der seitlich des Schneidmessers (1), bezogen auf eine senkrecht zur Schneidfläche (2) angeordnete Seite, mit dem Schneidmesser (1) verbunden ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen bzw. Luftkanäle (9, 10) parallel zur Schneidfläche (2) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Schneidmessers mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1, mit folgenden Schritten:Einbringen von Kanälen (9, 10) in einen Messerträger (5) des Schneidmessers (1),Verbinden von Messerträger (5) und einer Hartmetallschneide (6) des Schneidmessers (1), wobei aufgrund der Anordnung von Messerträger (5) und Hartmetallschneide (6) Blasluftdurchlässe (9, 10) im Schneidmesser (1) gebildet werden, die in die Austrittsöffnungen (11) münden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Hartmetallschneide (6) und der Messerträger (5) durch Löten miteinander verbunden werden.
