Claims (13)
- Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Papierzufuhreinheit (10) zum Zuführen von Papier (12; 53) zu einer Verarbeitungseinheit (15), die zum Umhüllen eines stabförmigen Produkts mit dem Papier (12; 53) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Maschine eine Beleimungseinheit (14) zum Beleimen des Papiers (12; 53) an einer Beleimungsposition (25) des Papierlaufs aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d aß die Maschine eine Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) zum Befeuchten des Papiers (12; 53) aufweist, die in Zufuhrrichtung des Papiers (12; 53) vor der Beleimungsposition (25) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) zur Steuerung der Befeuchtungsmenge mittels einer Steuereinrichtung (32) eingerichtet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine einen vor der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) angeordneten ersten Feuchtesensor (33; 59) zur Messung der Papierfeuchte aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine einen zwischen der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) und der Beleimungsposition (25) angeordneten zweiten Feuchtesensor (34; 60) zur Messung der Papierfeuchte aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine einen nach der Beleimungsposition (25) angeordneten dritten Feuchtesensor (35) zur Messung der Papierfeuchte aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Regelungseinrichtung (32) zur Regelung der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) in Abhängigkeit mindestens eines vom ersten, zweiten und/oder dritten Feuchtesensor (33, 59; 34, 60; 35) bereitgestellten Signals umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) so eingerichtet ist, daß das zu beleimende Papier (12; 53) eine Feuchte von mehr als 4 %, vorzugsweise mindestens 6 % aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) so eingerichtet ist, daß das zu beleimende Papier (12; 53) eine Feuchte von höchstens 10 %, vorzugsweise höchstens 8 % aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) eine Zerstäubungseinrichtung, insbesondere einen Ultraschallzerstäuber (40) umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) ein Kapselgehäuse (41) zum Eingrenzen des aus der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) austretenden Wassers aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kapselgehäuse (41) am Papier (12; 53) anliegt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (30; 58) einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Beleimen von Papier in einer Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Papier vor dem Beleimen befeuchtet wird.
