Description

. Ein solches Holz-Metallfenstersystem ist aus der DE-A-2 243 393 bekannt. The present invention relates to a wood-metal window system according to the preamble of claim 1, which is suitable both for the production of new wood-metal windows and for the renovation of existing wooden windows. , Such a wood-metal window system is from the DE-A-2 243 393 known.

From the DE 298 09 594 U1 is a renovation system known for wood-aluminum windows. This miter cut aluminum profiles are applied at a distance to the outer surfaces of the wood profiles by means of holders, in such a way that the flashover areas of the frame profiles attack the sash profiles, so that rainwater can drain from the sash profile over the frame profile. If a plurality of elements such. As windows or fixed glazing should be retrofitted in a common field with the aluminum profiles, it is proceeding so that the outer frame profiles over the entire field width, ie extend across elements. This leads to the fact that the processor on site due to different dimensions of the frame of z. B. fixed glazing and windows the frame of z. B. must mill windows to a suitable strength, ie a rather complex on-site processing is necessary. In addition, relatively long frame profiles must be kept or transported, wherein a certain permanent risk of damage is. Finally, cross-elemental profiles are often undesirable for aesthetic reasons.

The object of the present invention is to improve the generic wood-metal window system to the effect that the user-side ease of installation is increased, the risk of damage to the frame profiles is lowered and improved appearance is achieved.

The above object is achieved in the generic wood-metal window by the features of claim 1. The novel wood window system has the advantage that due to the elementary decoupling of the outer frame profiles on the one hand improved appearance, on the other hand frame profiles result in less risk of damage. In addition, by adjusting the frame profile lengths an exact outer edge in a simple manner and without much effort set up on site, whereby the ease of installation of the system is significantly increased.

Appropriately, the vote of the common outer edge of the peripheral frame profiles instead of a milling, in particular a wide milling of the frame, achieved solely by using different frame profiles.

The frame profile expediently has a veneering area and a rollover area, wherein a fastening section for fastening the window frame profile to the window frame via holders is provided on the underside of the veneer area. Conveniently, the height X of the flashover area is greater than the height Y of the fastening cutout, so that a certain offset occurs, which ensures a sufficient view width of the flashover area with spaced installation of the veneer area to the frame.

Furthermore, the length of the frame profiles is expediently dimensioned such that a free strip remains between the common outer edge of the element field and the outer edge of the respective frame.

Since the window frames are placed around the individual elements within an element field, the window frame profile expediently has a receptacle for the use of a stiffening angle in the end area facing away from the flap area. This ensures permanent alignment of the common edge, d. H. subsequent changes, for example, due to thermal differences avoided.

For example, the receptacle can be realized as a groove oriented toward the receiving area, wherein a plate to be inserted into the groove, preferably a corner angle, is used as stiffening angle.

In particular for the use of a frame profile with parts projecting on the frame (such as a rain protection rail with drip edge), the frame profile is expediently fixed via an adapter, preferably via an adapter profile, to the outer side region of the frame and the assembly is covered by the frame profile.

The adapter has, in a further development of this idea, a recess into which the drip edge of a mounted rain protection rail can engage.

The adapter is expediently not a continuous profile part but a plurality of individual adapters or adapter profiles along the rain protection rail of an element.

Hereinafter, several embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to drawing figures. These show:
Fig. 1

Fig. 2
a representation of the profile cross sections (rotated by 90 °) of the arrangement according to Fig. 1 ;

Fig. 4
a further embodiment of the wood-metal window system according to the invention.

Reference numeral 1 in Fig. 1 denotes a field consisting of two elements, namely a window 2 and a fixed glazing 3, which are arranged side by side.

Out Fig. 2 is the respective patch profile to ensure the wood-metal construction explained in more detail, with the respective profiles (rotated by 90 °) are shown in the respective section area. For the sake of simplicity, recurring features are provided only once with the relevant reference numeral. Out Fig. 2 It can be seen that the frame made of wood marked with the reference numeral 4 is directly connected to the insulating glass pane to ensure a fixed glazing 3.

Die in Fig. 2 dargestellte gestrichelte Linie deutet das innenumlaufende Ende des Blendrahmens 4 an.On the outside of the frame 4 is a frame profile 6 by means of a Holder 10, which engages in a mounting recess 9 on the back of the frame profile, attached, in such a way that the frame profile 6 along the circumference of the fixed glazing 3 rotates full extent. For this purpose, the individual sides associated with Blendrahmenprofile 6 are mitred at their joints. In the Fig. 2 shown dashed line indicates the inner circumferential end of the frame 4.

This in Fig. 2 further illustrated element, namely the window 2, has a peripheral frame 4, which is also completely surrounded by a frame profile 6. The lower edges of the respective frame profiles 6 of the fixed glazing 3 and the window 2 form a common outer edge located on a line 8 on the underside, ie are matched with their outer edge optically matched. To achieve this, only different frame profiles 6 are used in the frame 4 of the fixed glazing 3 or window frame 4 of the window 2, without a milling of the relevant frame 4 must be made. The user only passes on the data, ie dimensions of the fixed glazing 3 or of the window 2, whereupon the relevant profiles are assembled. Due to the nature of the assembly of the frame profiles 6, in each case based on the individual elements of the field 1, a particularly handsome appearance of the wood-metal window system is achieved.

An der jeweiligen Außenseite des Blendrahmenprofils 6 liegt ein freibleibender umlaufender Streifen 19.At the respective outer side of the frame profile 6 is a non-binding circumferential strip 19th

The masking profile 6 in Fig. 2 in the region of the window 2 is attached via an adapter profile 15 on the side region of the frame 4. The adapter profile 15 has in the region of the drip edge 17 of a rain protection rail 18 an angular recess 16 into which the drip edge 17 of the rain protection rail 18 engages.

Fig. 3A). The rollover area 12 is - see. Fig. 2 - at the fixed glazing 3 directly to the insulating glass pane. At the window 2 of Fig. 2 the rollover region 12 of the frame profile 6 overlaps the underside region of the sash profile 7.

From the representation of the frame profile 6 in Fig. 3A It will be understood that the height X of the rollover area 12 is greater than the height Y of the mounting cutout 9 for the holder. This results in an offset that ensures a sufficient view width of the rollover area 12.

A corresponding offset is also according to the wing profiles 7 in accordance Fig. 3B intended. In the area of the lower end of the facing area 11 is an inwardly directed groove 13 for receiving a bracing in the connecting region of two frame profiles. In the relevant groove 13 z. B. a corner angle 14, as in Fig. 3C is shown, used as a strut.

Fig. 4 zeigt eine alternative Ausgestaltung eines Holz-Metallfensters. Fig. 4 shows an alternative embodiment of a wood-metal window. The adapter profile 15 in this case has a recess 16 formed by a corner cutout into which the respective drip edge 17 of the rain protection rail 18 engages. Also, the adapter profile 15 of the embodiment Fig. 4 is in the side region of the frame 4, that is fixed below the drip edge 17 of the rain protection rail 18.

The present invention provides a novel wood-and-metal window system which is much more user-friendly, particularly as regards remedial measures, and provides improved appearance and reduces the risk of damage to the profiles. The system therefore makes a very special contribution to the relevant field of technology.
