Description
- enrober au moins un fil d'âme par au moins un fil d'enrobage de façon à réaliser un fil tel que décrit ci-dessus;
- tricoter, sous la forme d'un équipement de protection, au moins un tel fil, par exemple sur une machine à tricoter rectiligne;
- revêtir au moins partiellement le tricot d'une ou plusieurs couches de revêtement, par exemple par trempage.

Claims (11)
- Fil possédant des propriétés de résistance à la coupure comprenant au moins un fil d'âme (2) enrobé par au moins un fil d'enrobage (3) constitué de fibres ou de filaments continus, caractérisé en ce que le fil d'âme (2) est un fil multifilament comprenant de 50 à 1800 filaments continus de verre (4) dont le diamètre varie de 5 à 15 micromètres.
- Fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil d'âme (2) présente un titrage de 110 décitex et est un fil multifilament comprenant 200 filaments continus de verre (4) d'un diamètre sensiblement égal à 5 micromètres.
- Fil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le fil d'enrobage (3) comprend des fibres ou des filaments continus en un ou plusieurs matériaux appartenant à la famille des polyamide, polyester, acrylique, coton, polyéthylène, polypropylène ou méta et para aramide.
- Fil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le fil d'âme (2) est enrobé par deux fils d'enrobage (3) de polyester présentant un titrage de 110 décitex chacun.
- Equipement de protection contre les coupures tel qu'un gant (5), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un tricot d'au moins un fil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
- Equipement de protection selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit tricot comprend en outre des fils textiles comprenant une pluralité de fibres ou de filaments continus appartenant à la famille des polyamide, polyester, acrylique, coton, polyéthylène, polypropylène ou méta et para aramide.
- Equipement de protection selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est revêtu, au moins partiellement, par une couche de PVC, de caoutchouc naturel, de polyuréthanne, de polychloroprène ou de caoutchouc nitrile, utilisés seuls ou en mélange.
- Equipement de protection selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement comprend en outre au moins une couche supplémentaire.
- Equipement de protection selon l'une des revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la couche extérieure du revêtement est rugueuse
- Procédé de réalisation d'un équipement de protection selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes:enrober au moins un fil d'âme (2) par au moins un fil d'enrobage (3) de façon à réaliser un fil (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4;tricoter, sous la forme d'un équipement de protection, au moins un fil (1);revêtir au moins partiellement le tricot d'une ou plusieurs couches de revêtement.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un équipement de protection selon la revendication 10 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape supplémentaire consistant à rendre la couche extérieure du revêtement rugueuse par poudrage, projection de granulé, gravure chimique ou gravure mécanique.
