Claims (9)

  1. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur comprenant un capuchon de fermeture et un élément de ressort (10) sous la forme d'un ressort de traction précontraint, disposé sur le côté du capuchon de fermeture (14) qui s'étend sur sa charnière et qui, lors de l'ouverture du capuchon de fermeture (14), est sollicité en traction,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les points de fixation de l'élément de ressort (10) sont disposés de telle sorte au niveau du capuchon de fermeture (14) et au niveau du sac filtrant (12) que celui-ci, jusqu'à un angle d'ouverture déterminé du capuchon de fermeture (14), s'étend librement sur la charnière et pour un angle d'ouverture plus grand, est courbé en appui contre une arête ou surface disposée sur ou à côté de l'axe de charnière.
  2. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (10) possède une faible rigidité, de telle sorte qu'il peut être courbé avec un couple de rappel nettement plus petit, au niveau de la charnière du capuchon de fermeture (14), par rapport au couple de fermeture du capuchon de fermeture (14).
  3. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (10) se compose d'un matériau en caoutchouc, d'une pièce moulée en silicone (LSR) ou d'un élastomère thermoplastique (TPE).
  4. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le capuchon de fermeture (14) est disposé un renfoncement dans lequel l'élément de ressort (10), dans l'état ouvert, s'enfonce complètement, de telle sorte qu'aucune arête ou élévation dépasse du capuchon de fermeture (14), empêchant l'écoulement.
  5. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (10) se compose d'une matière plastique qui empêche toute adhésion de saleté, et l'élément de ressort (10) recouvre complètement le capuchon de fermeture (14).
  6. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un joint d'étanchéité est disposé au niveau de l'élément de ressort (10), et agit entre le capuchon de fermeture (14) et le sac filtrant (12).
  7. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (10) est configuré sous forme de joint torique.
  8. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (10) provoque une courbe caractéristique dégressive du couple de fermeture agissant sur le capuchon de fermeture (14), qui diminue jusqu'à un couple de rotation de 0 Nm pour un angle d'ouverture donné.
  9. Sac filtrant d'aspirateur selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour un angle d'ouverture donné, le couple de rotation agissant dans la direction de fermeture sur le capuchon de fermeture (14) diminue en dessous de 0 Nm et le capuchon de fermeture (14) s'ouvre ainsi davantage jusqu'à une butée formée par l'appui de l'élément de ressort (10) sur le capuchon de fermeture (14) ou par une butée externe.
