Claims (10)
- Einspritzdüse (1) mit Kraftstofffilter für Hubkolbenverbrennungsmotor, mit einem Filterkörper (8) in der Druckleitung (13) eines Halterkörper (3) und Düsenkörper (4) umfassenden Düsenhalters (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Filterfläche bzw. Filterspalten durch Bohrungen (18) im Filterkörper (8) und darin beweglich angeordnete Filterelemente gebildet sind. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet; daß mehrere parallel durchströmte Bohrungen (18) vorgesehen sind. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckleitung (13) in Vorkammern (20) des Filterkörpers (8) ein- und/oder ausmündet, die mit der Filterfläche bzw. den Filterspalten kommunizieren. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filterkörper (8) im wesentlichen scheibenförmig ausgebildet und zwischen Halterkörper (3) und Düsenkörper (4) eingespannt ist. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filterkörper (8) aus mehreren Filterscheiben zusammengesetzt ist. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterelemente Kugeln (19) sind, die mit den Wänden der Bohrungen (18) Filterspalten bilden, aus denen die Filterfläche zusammengesetzt ist. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehrere Kugeln (19) hintereinander in eine Bohrung (18) eingesetzt sind. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorkammern (20) durch Nuten (23) gebildet sind, welche breiter sind als der Durchmesser der Bohrungen (18). - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuttiefe geringer ist als der Kugelradius. - Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kugeldurchmesser 0,01 bis 0,1 mm kleiner ist als der Bohrungsdurchmesser.
