Claims (15)
- Strahlenschutzkabine für eine Röntgenvorrichtung (32), insbesondere ein Röntgenprüfsystem, wobei die Strahlenschutzkabine (10) Wandplattenelemente (15, 16) und Profilelemente (20-25) zum Tragen und/oder Verbinden der Wandplattenelemente aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilelemente (20-25) massiv ausgebildet sind.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilelemente (20-25) im wesentlichen aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Stahl bestehen.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dimensionierung der Profilelemente (20-25) ausreichend ist, um Strahlenschutz für übliche Röntgenprüfsysteme zu gewährleisten.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dimensionierung der Profilelemente (20-25) ausreichend ist, um Strahlenschutz für Röntgenvorrichtungen mit mehr als 60 kV, vorzugsweise mehr als 100 kV und/oder mehr als 200 W, vorzugsweise mehr als 400 W zu gewährleisten.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Profilelemente (20-25) so bemessen ist, daß die Röntgenabsorption der Profilelemente (20-25) der von mindestens 2 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 2.5 mm Blei entspricht.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Profilelemente (20-25) mindestens 20 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 25 mm, weiter vorzugsweise mindestens 30 mm beträgt.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens Profilelemente (20) an den Vertikalkanten der Strahlenschutzkabine (10) massiv ausgebildet sind.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Kanten der Strahlenschutzkabine angeordnete Profilelemente (21, 22) massiv ausgebildet sind.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Öffnung (26) der Strahlenschutzkabine begrenzende Profilelemente (25) massiv ausgebildet sind.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandplattenelemente (15, 16) hervorstehende Befestigungsmittel (40) zum Befestigen an den Profilelementen (20-25) aufweisen.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (40) aus einem Teil der Wandplattenelemente (15) gebildet sind.
- Strahlenschutzkabine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (40) aus einer Verkleidung (18) der Wandplattenelemente (15) abgekantete Laschen sind.
- Gehäuse für Röntgenstrahlenkontrolleinrichtungen (32) aus einem Rohrrahmengestell (20, 24), bei dem die Wandungen (15) und gegebenenfalls die Boden- und Deckenteile (16) aus nach außen mit Blei abgeschirmtem Metall bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmengestell (20, 24) aus Metallvollmaterial besteht.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Eckpfeiler (20) des Rahmengestells (20, 24) aus Vollmaterial bestehen.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Rahmengestell (20, 24) und Wandungsbleche (15) aus Stahllegierungen bestehen.
