- the present invention relates generally to the field of product packaging inside cardboard boxes, for the preparation and shipping of product orders. More particularly, this invention relates to a product packaging system with wedging by a shrink film, which covers all the products arranged inside a cardboard box, and which ensures, after its retraction, the keeping these products against each other, and against the bottom of the box. Even more especially, the invention is concerned with a packaging system which uses cardboard boxes comprising a bottom and a cardboard side belt, and sheets of heat-shrinkable material connected, by one of their edges, in the region of the junction between the bottom of the body and at least two sides of the side belt of this body.
