Dispensers of the type in question are under the keyword "toilet bowl" known in different versions. First, dispensing devices are known for a single drug fluid. The drug fluid is located There in a fixed in a holder or used interchangeably Reservoir with a mounted on the holder reservoir bottom side arranged outlet.

In a first known single agent fluid delivery device the active substance fluid via a soakable, acted upon by the rinsing liquid Actuating element (eg., From an open-cell foam) added (EP 785 315 A1). Here is the outlet of the reservoir after Pushing out a closure part of the reservoir from one to the holder fixedly arranged sealing element largely closed, so that only still a flow path with a small cross-section to heraussickem of Drug fluids is available. The device works under use the capillary action of the open-celled foam.

One of the previously explained dispensing device similar dispensing device with one of the distribution of the active substance fluid in the rinsing liquid serving rib plate is also known (DE 199 12 217 A1, WO 99/66140 A). At this Construction, the reservoir has an enclosed by an annular edge Outlet opening, via which the active substance fluid in the rinsing liquid is deliverable. On the holder, a plate-like distribution element is provided, on the one hand, a loading area overflowed during rinsing of rinsing liquid and on the other hand has a terminal region in which a Aufstechspitze is arranged. The inside of the reservoir is above the Outlet opening with the interposition of a free-flowing active fluid preventing bump tip with lateral ribs continuous with the distribution element in connection. For this purpose, the edge of the outlet opening in a small Distance from the surface of the Vertellungselementes arranged. Around this distance To realize a spacer assembly is provided which is parallel having mutually extending ribs which form recesses between them.

These depressions extend from the terminal area into the loading area to the opposite edge and serve in the loading area the distribution of the active substance fluid into the rinsing fluid.

Another such dispenser is in the international publication WO 01/44591 A1. In this construction, the Verteilelmentment at the top, facing away from the loading area Side of the connection point one from the longitudinal edge of the Verteilungselmentes under the edge passing through, open top ventilation duct on.

Document GB 2 338-496 A describes a dispensing device which is ventilated by an additional valve. For the functioning of this Valve are shown in different variants, but is the valve opening arranged separately from the outlet opening.

In all known from the prior art dispensing devices must be Make sure that in any way that from the reservoir Exiting active fluid replaced by flowing into the reservoir air can be. In the prior art, ventilation ducts are regularly realized. which extend under the outlet opening of the reservoir. This results a dynamic interaction of viscous active fluid and air, through which the air exchange is ensured.

The teaching is based on the problem, the known dispensing device for delivery of drug fluids in terms of control of delivery of the drug fluid to optimize.

The problem identified above is in a dispenser with the Features of the preamble of claim 1 by the features of the characterizing Part of claim 1 solved. In the prior art is the ventilation duct at the inner end open at the edge. The under the outlet of the Reservoir located connection area thus opens laterally on the one hand in Direction of the Beaufschlagungsbereiches, on the other hand to the ventilation duct. This is the classic, dynamic interaction of viscous Active fluid and air realized for the purpose of drug fluid / air exchange.

According to the invention it has been recognized that this has been known for decades, typical Air exchange via a ventilation duct at the top of the distribution element by a lateral closure of the ventilation channel on the inner End can be optimized. As a result, the air supply through the ventilation duct deflected in the crucial area near the outlet opening upwards. This corresponds to the direction of advancement of the air into the storage container. the Admission of air into the storage container is counteracted by the least possible resistance. At the same time it is surprisingly prevented that drug fluid enters the ventilation duct because of whatever capillary effect prevented by the closing of the end of the ventilation duct, anyway is reduced. The drug fluid itself serves to seal the ventilation channel, but allows the access of air through the ventilation duct. The active substance fluid is even in the opposite direction to the loading area issued.

The closing of the lateral ventilation channel at the inner end after the outlet opening moreover has the consequence that the entering into the connection area Rinsing fluid that dilutes the drug fluid and intended from the Connecting area dissipates to the outside, not, at least not as strong as so far enters the ventilation duct. The ventilation channel remains the ventilation Reserved.

Fig. 1 shows that the reservoir 2 has an outlet side edge 3 and a Outlet opening 4, via which the active substance fluid can be dispensed into the rinsing liquid is. The illustrated and so far preferred, but not mandatory Embodiment further shows that here the outlet opening 4 in a the Edge 3 forming cover 5 is arranged. In the lid-5-turn is the outlet opening 4 offset from one opposite the edge 3 on the lid 5 inwardly Outlet edge 3 'is formed.

In the illustrated embodiment, a replaceable reservoir is the second provided, the outlet 4 initially closed with a plug 5 'tight is. By inserting the reservoir 2 in the holder 1 is the stopper 5 ', as seen in Fig. 1, upwardly from the outlet opening 4 in the interior of the reservoir 2 is pushed, so that the outlet port 4 then is open. The use of a lid 5 with the therein a predetermined breaking point initially sealingly fixed plug 5 'is suitable for production. One wants to fill the reservoir 2 with a large opening quickly can, then the outlet 4 but after completely different points of view be arranged and designed. In addition, the plug 5 'as lost element used to simply plug in the reservoir 2 with downwardly directed outlet opening 4 to allow.

On the holder 1, a plate-like distribution element 6 is provided, on the one hand an overflow during the rinsing liquid flushing area 7 and on the other hand, a connection area 8, in which a connection point 9 is arranged for the outlet opening 4 of the reservoir 2, has. This can be understood well in Fig. 2 with Fig. 1 together.

The interior of the reservoir 2 is above the outlet opening 4, in the illustrated embodiment with interposition of a free Flow of the drug fluid preventing, in the illustrated and preferred embodiment at the connection point 9 a Aufstoßspitze having arrangement permanently connected to the distribution element 6 in connection. To realize this is the edge 3 - attached to the holder 1 reservoir 2 - in one small distance from the surface of the distribution element 6 is arranged.

By the above-explained arrangement, the reservoir 2 is against the entrance protected by rinsing liquid in its interior and the outlet opening 4 of the reservoir 2 is arranged so that i. w. only active fluid exits and for replacement the Wirkstoffftuids in the reservoir 2 air into the interior of the reservoir 2 enters. For each rinse, the delivery of a subset of Active fluids from the reservoir 2 in the rinsing fluid.

For the arrangement and attachment of the reservoir 2 may otherwise be referred to the above-explained prior art. Otherwise, will refer to a postponed utility model DE 201 16 963 U, the to the applicant.

The dispensing device shown in Fig. 1 shows, moreover, that in this embodiment the holder 1 a reservoir 2 receiving the carrier 10th wherein a front wall 11 facing the loading area 7 at the transition from the terminal area 8 extends to the loading area 7. The front wall 11 of the holder 1 serves to shield the storage container 2 against an unwanted ingress of water from this side. The negative consequences an unwanted entry of water into the reservoir 2 are known, continue explained above and the rest of the subject of extensive analysis in the state of Technology.

The illustrated in the drawing embodiment of a dispenser shows now that at the top of the distribution element 6 on the front loading area 7 opposite side of the connection point 9 a from the edge of the distribution element 6 under the edge 3 reaching through, upper side open ventilation channel 12 is arranged. The ventilation duct 12 already serves explained above targeted air supply from the outside into the interior of the reservoir 2 to optimize the effluent characteristics of the drug fluid.

The illustrated embodiment is now apparent, in particular the Section in Fig. 1 shows well, characterized in that the ventilation channel 12 at the inner End edge is closed. In other words, the ventilation duct 12 open on the one hand in the direction of the outlet opening 4 directed away, on the other up. Due to the position of the edge 3 of the reservoir 2 opposite the distribution element 6 in the connection area 8, this means that the Ventilation duct 12 based on the outlet opening 4 an upward Air outlet opening forms. This has explained in the general part of the description advantageous effects with respect to the exchange of air / active substance fluid.

You can the ventilation channel 12 in the distribution element 6 to different Types ausgestalten and this ventilation duct 12 also different in the Shape shape. In cross section may be a V-shape, a U-shape or also prove a form of multi-lane channel to be useful. The ventilation duct 12 may be in the material of the distribution element 6 in the connection area 8 be embedded. This already has the previously mentioned advantage the deflection of the air upwards. There will also be a direct lateral inflow prevented by rinsing liquid. The illustrated and preferred embodiment is further characterized by the fact that the ventilation duct 12 am inner end by means of a from the top of the distribution element 6 after above projecting channel edge 13 is closed. Especially in the enlarged Representation of Fig. 1 can be seen in section the channel edge 13, the ventilation duct 12 in completes. The of the surface of the distribution element. 6 towering channel edge 13 prevents particularly effective entry of the mixture from rinsing liquid and active substance fluid in the ventilation channel 12.

Fig. 3 zeigt in der Perspektive die Lage und Breite der Belüftungskanäle 12.About the cross-sectional shape of the ventilation duct 12 is already explained a lot Service. In the illustrated embodiment, the ventilation channel 12 simply smooth on the bottom side. However, as shown in FIG. 2, in the illustrated Embodiment provided that the closed end of the ventilation duct 12 V-shaped here with a certain rounding, or tapered in a U-shape is. This creates a wide ventilation channel 12, the outside allows a slight influx of air, but realized in the connection area 8 nevertheless a defined, small air passage cross-section. This air passage cross section is suitably on the viscosity and the other condition of the container 2 located or to be received To match active fluids to guarantee the desired functionality. FIG. 3 shows the position and width of the ventilation channels 12 in perspective.

In particular, it is realized in the embodiment that the free flow of the Active fluid preventing arrangement a spacer assembly with spacers 14, which from the top of the distribution element 6 slightly protrude upwards and on which the edge 3 of the reservoir 2 gets up. The ventilation duct 12 explained above now interrupts this spacer arrangement or is between two spacers 14 of this spacer assembly arranged.

For the operation of the dispensing device according to the invention, it has For certain viscosities in experiments proved to be expedient that the Spacer 14 and the channel edge 13 of the ventilation channel 12 from the top of the distribution element 6 protrude upwards by the same amount. Then the edge 3 of the reservoir 2 is located both on the spacers 14 as also on the channel edge 13. Only the innermost open end of the Aeration duct 12 then defines the air inlet cross section defined.

In particular, has the use of active fluids with medium viscosity a dimension proved to be expedient, in which it is provided that the spacers 14 from the top of the distribution element 6 by about 0.7 mm protrude upwards. The illustrated and preferred embodiment shows at the same time that the channel edge 13 from the top of the distribution element 6 protrudes upwards by about 0.7 mm.

In other experiments with other viscosities, it has an alternative also proved to be useful, the Kanat 13 to a greater degree than the Abut spacer 14 from the top of the distribution element 6 upwards let, for example, by 0.9 mm for spacers 14 of 0.7 mm. Thus, the channel edge 13 projects into the inner region of the lid 5 within of the edge 3 and provides for the mixture of active fluid and rinsing liquid within the spacer assembly an even more effective barrier represents.

It has already been pointed out above that the storage container 2 be protected as possible against the ingress of rinsing liquid into its interior should. For this purpose, it is further provided in the exemplary embodiment that in the connection area 8 on the one longitudinal edge facing side of the connection point 9, comprising the spacers 14 on this side, one from the top of the Distribution element 6 upwardly slightly projecting protective edge 15 is formed is. The illustrated and preferred embodiment shows, that this protective edge 15 projects slightly further upwards than the channel edge 13 and the spacers 14, namely 0.9 mm here.

Previously, it has been explained in detail that it is on the inner opening of the ventilation duct 12 arrives. In particular, it may prove to be expedient however, of course, depending on the viscosity range in which the Active substance fluid is that the free cross section of the overlap region of the Ventilation channel 12 within the edge 3 in the longitudinal direction of the ventilation duct 12 has a dimension of about 0.6 to 1.5 mm, preferably about 1.0 mm. Another determinant of the ventilation channel 12 is preferred a maximum width of 1.0 to 5.0 mm, preferably about 2.5 mm. This results in the above-mentioned good accessibility for air.

In order to maintain the balance between admission of air and the prevention of leakage of active fluid and / or rinsing liquid into the ventilation channel 12 and thus blockage of the ventilation channel 12, it is recommended for medium viscosity active fluids that the ventilation channel 12 at the inner periphery of the edge 3 has a width from about 0.5 to 2.5 mm, preferably from about 1.0 to 1.5 mm. From the preferred dimensions given above results in a free cross-section at the end of the ventilation channel 12 for the passage of air from 0.2 to 2.2 mm 2 , preferably from 0.5 to 1.0 mm 2 .

The illustrated and so far preferred embodiment shows, moreover, that between the outer edge of the connection point 9 and the Beaufschlagungsbereich 7 is a strip of smooth surface of the connection area 8.

It has already been pointed out above that the described dispensing device especially for the delivery of several, in particular two Active fluid from several, in particular two storage containers 2 on a distribution element 6 is suitable. Fig. 2 shows so far a distribution element 6 for two Reservoir 2, which are not shown themselves.
