Definitions
- the invention relates to a heald frame for a loom, the with an upper and a lower profile rail for holding strands is, by means of guide elements provided in the region of their ends are held on the profile rails.
- heald frames of this type form a so-called shaft device.
- the individual heald frames of this shaft device are by means of a dobby alternately according to predefinable patterns raised and lowered by means of warp threads guided by the strands To form looms in which wefts are inserted.
- the profile rails and the guide elements of the strands designed so that in one direction of movement of the heald frame the profile rails with a driving surface on a counter surface of the Creates guide elements of the strands and takes these strands with them. In the other direction of movement takes the other rail with one Driving surface a counter surface of the guide elements assigned to it the strands with.
- the strands and the heald frames are underneath the influence of heat and forces exerted by warp threads will expand and there are certain manufacturing tolerances for both and there are also the strands along the rails have to be movable, for example around the introductions or to enable the repair of warp threads is made for the Strand a game in the order of 2 mm to 3 mm between the driving surfaces of the profile rails and the counter surfaces of the Guide elements provided.
- the heald frames move relative to these 2 mm to 3 mm to the heald frames.
- Noises and on the other hand also vibrations in the strands cause.
- these movements and above all the vibrations caused by them break the healds and / or heald frames and / or warp threads to lead.
- the invention is based, the noise and the task also the risk of damage due to vibrations of the strands to decrease.
- This object is achieved in that at least one end of the A stop made of a material with a damping property is assigned to strands and that the distance between this stop and the end of the strands smaller than the distance between the surfaces of the profile rails and the ends facing away from the stop is the guide elements.
- the strands are at least in one direction taken away from the damping stop or hit it damping stop in one direction, so that already the Noise is significantly reduced.
- at least when taking in one direction or hitting in one Direction damping applied so that the emergence of Vibrations of the strands is significantly reduced.
- This reduction noise generation and the risk of vibrations is preserved, even if a larger game is planned, i.e. a game of 2 mm to 3 mm or more if necessary, so that the relative displaceability the strands in the longitudinal direction of the profiles and also in their Longitudinal direction is not restricted. It has the specialist in the Hand, by means of the interpretation of the game the risk of noise and the emergence in favor of mobility or displaceability to reduce the strands or something more noise and something more risk of vibrations in favor of better mobility to accept the strands.
- both ends of the strands stop assigned.
- the entrainment takes place the strands and their bumping into the driving elements exclusively on the stops made of damping material.
- the profile rails serve only for lateral guidance. The play of the strands in her The longitudinal direction can thus be chosen almost arbitrarily, i.e. relative small, with corresponding unfavorable displaceability and longitudinal mobility, or relatively large with correspondingly good displaceability and Longitudinal movement.
- the heald frame 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a frame made of two side struts 2, 3 and two cross struts 4, 5.
- profiled rails 6, 7 In the area of the mutually facing Sides of the cross struts 4, 5 are profiled rails 6, 7 by means of Holding elements 8 attached.
- These rails 6, 7 are used for recording of lamellar strands 10, each with a Thread eye 12 are provided for receiving a warp thread.
- the strands 10 are on the profile rails 6, 7 by means of guide elements 13, 14 guided.
- the profile rails 6, 7 are e.g. at their ends with end stops 11 provided to prevent the strands 10 from sliding down.
- Strip-like stops 15, 16 are assigned to the ends of the strands 10, which are attached to the cross struts 4, 5 and the entrainment the strands 10 cause, as explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 becomes.
- the guide elements 13, 14 of the lamellar strands 10 are dimensioned relative to the rails 6, 7 so that the rails 6, 7 guide the slats 10 only in the transverse direction, but no carry-along function when lifting or lowering.
- the holder 8 of the Profile rails 6, 7 are by means of screws 9 on the cross struts 4, 5 attached, which engage in slots 17 (Fig. 2 and 3) of the holder 8, the extend in the longitudinal direction of the strands 10. So the position of the Profile rails 6, 7 in the longitudinal direction of the slats 10 relative to the Cross struts 4, 5 adjustable.
- the heald frame When the heald frame is raised in the direction of arrow A above the middle position is or is in its upper end position, then the lower ends of the strands 10 on the strip-shaped stop 16, as shown in Fig. 2. If the heald frame is in the direction of arrow B 3 lowered, the strands 10 change in the area the middle position their relative position and arrive suddenly or abruptly with its upper end to the strip-shaped stop 15. Since the strip-shaped stop 15, 16 made of a plastic with a damping Property exists, the blow or shock is braked and muffled, so that on the one hand there is a considerable reduction in noise, while on the other hand the risk of damage due to Vibrations of the strand 10 is reduced. Then the heald frame raised again in the direction of arrow A according to FIG.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heald frame for a loom, the with an upper and a lower profile rail for holding strands is, by means of guide elements provided in the region of their ends are held on the profile rails.
Several heald frames of this type form a so-called shaft device. The individual heald frames of this shaft device are by means of a dobby alternately according to predefinable patterns raised and lowered by means of warp threads guided by the strands To form looms in which wefts are inserted. Usually are the profile rails and the guide elements of the strands designed so that in one direction of movement of the heald frame the profile rails with a driving surface on a counter surface of the Creates guide elements of the strands and takes these strands with them. In the other direction of movement takes the other rail with one Driving surface a counter surface of the guide elements assigned to it the strands with. Because the strands and the heald frames are underneath the influence of heat and forces exerted by warp threads will expand and there are certain manufacturing tolerances for both and there are also the strands along the rails have to be movable, for example around the introductions or to enable the repair of warp threads is made for the Strand a game in the order of 2 mm to 3 mm between the driving surfaces of the profile rails and the counter surfaces of the Guide elements provided. With the up and down movements of the heald frames the healds move relative to these 2 mm to 3 mm to the heald frames. These movements end with bumps on the one hand Noises and on the other hand also vibrations in the strands cause. Especially at high weaving speeds these movements and above all the vibrations caused by them break the healds and / or heald frames and / or warp threads to lead.
To avoid these problems, it is known (WO 97/23396) that To reduce play between the strands and the profile rails, that one of the rails is assigned one or more deposits are the distance between the driving surfaces of this profile rail and the counter surfaces of the guide elements of the strands except for fill in a small game of the order of 1 mm. This Inserts are made of plastic, so that damping is also obtained. This reduces the noise and the risk of damage reduce, but there are certain disadvantages with respect to Service. Since the play of the strands is reduced in their longitudinal direction, is the displaceability of the strands in their longitudinal direction and in the longitudinal direction the rails are restricted. This can lead to the operator during the repair of a thread break in the work is somewhat disabled and possibly even the strands deformed during repair.
The invention is based, the noise and the task also the risk of damage due to vibrations of the strands to decrease.
This object is achieved in that at least one end of the A stop made of a material with a damping property is assigned to strands and that the distance between this stop and the end of the strands smaller than the distance between the surfaces of the profile rails and the ends facing away from the stop is the guide elements.
With this design, the strands are at least in one direction taken away from the damping stop or hit it damping stop in one direction, so that already the Noise is significantly reduced. In addition, at least when taking in one direction or hitting in one Direction damping applied, so that the emergence of Vibrations of the strands is significantly reduced. This reduction noise generation and the risk of vibrations is preserved, even if a larger game is planned, i.e. a game of 2 mm to 3 mm or more if necessary, so that the relative displaceability the strands in the longitudinal direction of the profiles and also in their Longitudinal direction is not restricted. It has the specialist in the Hand, by means of the interpretation of the game the risk of noise and the emergence in favor of mobility or displaceability to reduce the strands or something more noise and something more risk of vibrations in favor of better mobility to accept the strands.
It is preferably provided that both ends of the strands stop assigned. In this preferred embodiment, the entrainment takes place the strands and their bumping into the driving elements exclusively on the stops made of damping material. The profile rails serve only for lateral guidance. The play of the strands in her The longitudinal direction can thus be chosen almost arbitrarily, i.e. relative small, with corresponding unfavorable displaceability and longitudinal mobility, or relatively large with correspondingly good displaceability and Longitudinal movement.

The heald frame 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a frame made of two
wieder in Pfeilrichtung A entsprechend Fig. 2 angehoben, so
When the heald frame is raised in the direction of arrow A above the middle position
is or is in its upper end position, then the
lower ends of the
In diesem Fall
unterstützen.2 and 3 are the
und 3.As shown in the embodiment of FIGS. 4 and 5, is
