Claims (10)
- Schmutzsauger mit Füllstandsmessung für Flüssigkeiten im Schmutzbehälter (1) mit einem Differenzdrucksensor (11) und einem daran angeschlossenen Füllstandsmessrohr (19), welches in den Innenraum des Schmutzbehälters bis in die Nähe des Bodens ragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der untere Bereich des Füllstandsmessrohres (19) von einem luftumspülten Schutzrohr (22) umgeben ist.
- Schmutzsauger mit Füllstandsmessung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die untere Mündung des Füllstandsmessrohres (19) in axialer Richtung über die stirnseitige Öffnung (20) des Füllstandsmessrohres (19) hinaus erstreckt.
- Schmutzsauger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllstandsmessrohr (19) etwa über ein Drittel seiner in den Schmutzbehälter hineinragenden Länge von dem luftdurchströmten Schutzrohr (22) umgeben ist.
- Schmutzsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllstandsmessrohr (19) aus einem elastomeren Schlauch besteht.
- Schmutzsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch das Schutzrohr (22) aus einem elastomeren Schlauch besteht.
- Schmutzsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzrohr (18) luftschlüssig am Außenumfang des Messrohres 19 angeschlossen ist und eine abgeschrägte Dachfläche 24 aufweist, in der luftführende Bohrungen (33) angeordnet sind.
- Schmutzsauger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen (33) am Umfang verteilt in der Dachfläche (24) angeordnet sind.
- Schmutzsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Schmutzbehälter (1) vorhandene, turbulente Luft als Zirkulationsstrom (27) durch den Mantelraum (32) in das Schutzrohr (18) einströmt.
- Schmutzsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur zentrischen Stabilisierung der Lage des Messrohres (19) im Schutzrohr (18) radiale, abstandshaltende Stege (34) angeordnet sind.
- Schmutzsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Messrohr (19) eine Abweisscheibe (25) angeordnet ist, die das obere, geschlossene Ende des Schutzrohres (22) übergreift und die dort angeordneten Bohrungen (33) dachförmig abdeckt.
