Claims (15)
- Dispositif chauffant doté d'au moins deux éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2) en céramique en forme de plaque en contact électrique sur deux surfaces planes opposées, au moins un conducteur électrique étant prévu sur au moins un premier côté, au moins deux conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) supplémentaires étant disposés de façon isolée l'un par rapport à l'autre sur un second côté opposé au premier côté des éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des conducteurs (5.1) prévu sur le second côté est relié à un premier élément chauffant (6.1) ou à un premier groupe d'éléments chauffants, en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.2) prévu sur le second côté est relié à un second élément chauffant (6.2) ou à un second groupe d'éléments chauffants et en ce que chacun des conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) est isolé électriquement par rapport aux autres éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2) ou au groupe supplémentaire d'éléments chauffants.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.1, 5.2) est en contact direct avec un élément chauffant (6.1, 6.2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.1, 5.2) est en contact indirect avec un élément chauffant (6.2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.2) est en contact avec au moins un élément chauffant (6.2) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une pièce d'écartement (7.2, 7.2") électriquement conductrice.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.2) est en contact avec un élément chauffant par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une pièce d'écartement (7.2) électriquement conductrice ainsi que d'une plaque de contact (5.3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur électrique (5.1, 5.2) et/ou une plaque de contact (5.3) électriquement conductrice sont maintenus au niveau de leur périphérie par au moins un cadre (8) insolant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.1, 5.2) électrique et/ou une pièce d'écartement (7.2, 7.2") électriquement conductrice sont maintenus au niveau de leur périphérie par au moins un cadre (8) isolant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) sont isolés électriquement l'un par rapport à l'autre par au moins une pièce d'écartement (7.1) isolante disposée entre eux.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conducteur (5.2) comporte une zone (5.2b) coudée à angle droit en direction d'au moins un élément chauffant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) électriques au moins ne peuvent être contactés que par un côté avant (2c) du boîtier (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2) et les conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) ainsi que le cas échéant les pièces d'écartement (7.1, 7.2, 7.2', 7.2") sont disposés dans un boîtier (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2), les conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) et le cas échéant les pièces d'écartement (7.1, 7.2, 7.2', 7.2") sont disposés de façon comprimée dans le boîtier (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) est réalisé de façon électriquement conductrice et en ce qu'au moins une surface plane du boîtier (2) est en contact électrique avec la surface plane opposée à ou aux conducteurs (5.1, 5.2) d'un élément chauffant (6.1, 6.2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des conducteurs électriques (5.1, 5.2) et/ou une pièce d'écartement (7.2) électriquement conductrice est extrudé d'un cadre isolant de maintien des éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif chauffant selon !'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que d'abord, au moins un conducteur électrique (5.1, 5.2) et/ou une pièce d'écartement (7.2) électriquement conductrice est extrudé avec un cadre isolant de maintien des éléments chauffants (6.1, 6.2).
