Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for limiting a rebound effect.
- a device for locking and unlocking a door lock of a motor vehicle comprising an automatic access and start-up.
- ADML access and start hands free
- the user is provided with a means of recognition or identifier which allows a unit to motor vehicle unlocking command to recognize the user authorized, when the user is near a door of the motor vehicle and generally when the user operates an opening handle or more generally any external opening control device Door.
- the door opening handle may include a automatic locking control and an automatic control sensor release devices arranged for example on the external part and on the inner part of the handle, respectively.
- the identifier (s) of the access and start-up system may be constituted for example by an electronic card or a transmitter providing an identification code which must be recognized by the control unit unlocking the motor vehicle to allow maneuvering unlocking.
- Configuration of handles compatible with access systems and ADML type startup is such that it occurs, very frequently, rebound, i.e. successive locking and unlocking door lock, when a user opens the door.
- the user provided with an identifier which is in an area recognition near the door of the motor vehicle button the door handle to unlock the motor vehicle then pulls the handle in order to open the door and, for that, grab the handle, so that it is most often touched the locking sensor which is located the outside of the door handle.
- the access and start system of the vehicle receiving an order authorized locking system activates the locking of the door lock and, the door is open, the access and automatic start system determines an abnormality of the door lock in the open state and performs immediately unlocking the door. Locking and unlocking successive of the door in the open position is called the "rebound".
- Rebound has drawbacks due to noises from the lock of the door of the motor vehicle, upon initial unlocking, then upon successive locking and unlocking constituting the rebound. In addition, if these maneuvers are repetitive and occur for example at each motor vehicle door opening, excessive wear may result mechanical parts of the vehicle door lock.
- the object of the invention is therefore to propose a method of limitation a rebound effect of a device for locking and unlocking a door lock of a motor vehicle comprising, in a handle of the door, an automatic locking control sensor and a sensor automatic unlocking control, in the presence of a user, rebound can occur by successive triggering of a lock and an unlocking, when the user unintentionally requests the locking sensor after unlocking the door, so that rebound effect does not occur in most maneuvers opening of a door of the motor vehicle by a user.
- Figure 1 is a schematic plan view of a motor vehicle and identifier recognition zones inside and outside the vehicle.
- Figure 2 is a perspective view of a vehicle door handle automobile fitted with locking and unlocking sensors.
- FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the implementation of the method according to the invention.
- FIG. 1 there is shown very schematically, in a plan view, a motor vehicle generally designated by the mark 1.
- the motor vehicle has an internal part 2 comprising itself the passenger compartment 2a and a rear part 2b as well as a engine compartment 3.
- Motor vehicle 1 is equipped with an access and starting system of ADML type using means of detection of identifiers to inside and outside of the motor vehicle.
- a first detection means makes it possible to detect the presence identifiers in the internal part 2 of the motor vehicle.
- the system access and controlled starting of the motor vehicle also includes external detection means consisting of three antennas including the detection zones 4a, 4b and 4c have been shown in FIG. 1.
- the detection zones 4a and 4b make it possible to detect the presence of an identifier in the vicinity of a door of the motor vehicle.
- FIG. 2 part of a door 5 of the vehicle is shown.
- automobile which can be for example the front door giving access to the driver's seat.
- a lock 8 for locking of the door 5 of the motor vehicle in the closed position which is controlled through the access system and automatic start through a door opening handle 6 secured to the structure of the door 5.
- a sensor lock 7a On the handle 6 are mounted, on a front face of the handle, a sensor lock 7a and, on the rear face of the handle (not visible in the figure 2), a motor vehicle unlocking sensor 7b.
- an authorized user i.e. a user with a identifier occurs in an area such as area 4a shown on the figure 1, near door 5, it is recognized by the automatic system access and starting of the motor vehicle and can activate the unlocking sensor 7b on the inside of the handle to unlock the door lock 5 ensuring its locking in the position of closing. For this, it is usually enough for the user to touch the face accessible from sensor 7b on the internal face of the handle. User enters then the handle to open the door 5 of the motor vehicle. When he grabs the handle, the user generally touches the locking sensor 7a located on the outside of handle 6 so that the system motor vehicle access and automatic start system receives an order locking allowed.
- the locking order effectively leads to a locking of the lock of door 5 in the open position.
- the access and starting system vehicle automatically detects a door lock by open position and commands immediate unlocking of the lock door 5. This results in lock noises and untimely maneuvers the door lock 5.
- FIG 3 there is shown a flowchart concerning the setting implementation of the method, that is to say the use of an access and automatic start programmed for the implementation of the invention.
- FIG 3 there is shown a first step 10 which corresponds when the lock 8 of door 5 is unlocked by an authorized user, the hand comes into contact with the unlocking sensor 7b of the handle 6.
- the next step 11 is implemented when the authorized user takes hold of the handle to open the door and unintentionally pushes the locking sensor.
- Step 12 is a waiting phase, the duration of which can be a few milliseconds to a few seconds and, for example of the order of one second, during which the access and automatic start system does not transmit any order following the request of the locking sensor.
- Step 13 is a logical step during which, at the end of the waiting phase of step 12, the access and unlocking system of the motor vehicle determines whether the unlocking sensor 7b is actuated by the user's hand, i.e. if the user's hand is in contact with the unlocking sensor 7b.
- the user may have held his hand on the door handle 5 after opening the door or may have closed the door or kept the door closed, his hand remaining on the handle, waiting subsequent effective action, for example the opening or reopening of the door.
- the system according to the invention avoids any untimely locking prohibiting opening or reopening of the door and all rebound effect on the door lock in the open position.
- step 13 it is determined that the unlocking sensor is not not used, i.e. the user's hand did not remain on the handle 6 of door 5, in step 15, it is determined whether the door is in position open or not.
- step 19 the locking is carried out of the door lock, the user who left the door closed or closed the door wishing to lock the vehicle again before moving away. We therefore effectively carry out the locking of the door lock in step 19.
- step 18 In the case where, in step 15, it is determined that the door is in position open, in step 18, locking and unlocking are carried out successively of the door in the open position, i.e. there is a rebound.
- the user who released the handle can either close the door, or enter the motor vehicle.
- there is a rebound which limits very importantly the possibilities of achieving the rebound.
- the duration of the waiting phase 12 will be determined by way that the user wishing to enter the motor vehicle has always the door handle in hand at the end of the waiting phase, which eliminates any possibility of kickback for normal use of the system for unlocking and opening the door.
- the invention applies to many motor vehicles comprising automatic start and access systems, for example ADML type.
