Claims (16)
- Fernbedienung zum Betätigen einer Schließeinrichtung eines Kraftfahrzeuges, umfassend ein zumindest einen elektrischen Schalter enthaltendes Gehäuse, wobei das Gehäuse ein jeweils einem Schalter zugeordneten Betätigungsbereich (B1 - B19) aufweist, der zum Betätigen eines unterhalb eines solchen Betätigungsbereiches (B1 - B19) angeordneten Schalters gegenüber den angrenzenden Bereichen des Gehäuses nachgiebig ist, und wobei jedem Betätigungsbereich (B1 - B19) ein mit dem Gehäuse verbundenes elastisches Betätigungselement zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement als Haut unmittelbar an die Außenseite der Gehäuseschale (1, 7, 15) grenzend mit dieser einen Verbund bildet.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsbereiche (B1 - B8) der Gehäuseschale (1, 7) eine die Gehäuseschale (1, 7) durchgreifende Durchbrechung (D1, D3) aufweisen und in die Durchbrechung (D1, D3) ein nachgiebiges Strukturelement (S1, S8) eingesetzt ist, so dass die Nachgiebigkeit des Betätigungsbereiches (B1, - B8) von seinem Zentrum in radialer Richtung nach außen hin sukzessive abnimmt.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Strukturelement spinnennetzförmig (S1, - S8) aufgebaut ist.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Strukturelement (S1, - S8) aus einer Kunststoffkomponente besteht, die gegenüber einem zum Ausbilden der Gehäuseschale (1, 7) eingesetzten Kunststoff elastischere Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Fernbedienung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsbereiche (B1, - B12; B15, B16) der Gehäuseschale (1, 7) eine die Gehäuseschale (1, 7) durchgreifende Durchbrechung (D1, - D5) aufweisen und diese Durchbrechung (D1, - D5) unmittelbar einfassende Abschnitte der Gehäuseschale (1, 7) dünner ausgebildet sind als die angrenzenden Abschnitte der Gehäuseschale (1, 7).
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen den dünneren, eine Betätigungsöffnung (B1, - B12; B15, B16) einfassenden Abschnitten und den angrenzenden Abschnitten der Gehäuseschale (1, 7) ein Übergangsbereich befindet, in dem die Stärke der Gehäuseschale aus Richtung einer Durchbrechung zu den an den Übergangsbereich angrenzenden Abschnitten hin zunimmt.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Durchbrechung unmittelbar einfassenden Abschnitte der Gehäuseschale durch ein Filmscharnier (12) von den angrenzenden Abschnitten der Gehäuseschale getrennt sind.
- Fernbedienung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite des die Durchbrechung (D4, D5) überspannenden Betätigungselements unterseitig Verstärkungsstrukturen trägt.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsstrukturen konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete Ringwülste sind.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsbereiche (B13, B14) der Gehäuseschale durch in die Außenseite der Gehäuseschale eingebrachte, mit dem Material des Betätigungselements verfüllte Aussparungen (A1, B2) gebildet sind.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (A1, A2) als Ringstrukturen konzipiert sind, die eine domförmige Verdickung einschließen, unter der der durch diesen Betätigungsbereich (B13, B14) zu betätigende Schalter angeordnet ist.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsbereiche (B17, B19) der Gehäuseschale (15) die Gehäuseschale (15) durchgreifende Durchbrechungen aufweisen und dass in diese Durchbrechung hineinragend und diese im wesentlichen ausfüllend jeweils eine Schaltzunge (SZ1 - SZ3) vorgesehen ist.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltzungen (SZ1 - SZ3) über einen Filmscharnier mit den angrenzenden Abschnitten der Gehäuseschale verbunden ist.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseschale (15) als Zwei- oder Mehrkomponentenspritzgussteil hergestellt ist und eine der Kunststoffkomponenten eine unterschiedliche Farbgebung gegenüber der zumindest eine andere Kunststoffkomponente aufweist und durch diese eine Funktionssymbolik (F1 - F3) ausgebildet wird.
- Fernbedienung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Funktionssymbolik (F1 - F3) darstellende Kunststoffkomponente lichtleitend ist und die einzelnen durch diese Kunststoffkomponente gebildeten Funktionssymbole (F1 - F3) miteinander verbunden sind und diese Kunststoffkomponente über eine Einkoppelstruktur zum Einkoppeln von Licht einer der Fernbedienung zugeordneten Lichtquelle verfügt.
- Fernbedienung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement ein Weichkunststoffelement ist.
