Claims (7)
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung für einen elektrischen Schalter, insbesondere einen Leitungsschutzschalter oder Motorschutzschalter, mit parallel zueinander angeordneten Lichtbogenlöschblechen (11), die mittels wenigstens einer Halteeinrichtung aus Isoliermaterial auf Abstand zueinander gehalten sind und die zur Lichtbogenentstehungsstelle je eine etwa V-förmige Aussparung (6) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung erste Lichtbogenlöschbleche (11) einer ersten Länge (a) und zweite Lichtbogenlöschbleche (12) einer gegenüber der ersten kürzeren zweiten Länge (b) aufweisen und dass die kürzeren Lichtbogenlöschbleche (12) jeweils zwischen zwei ersten Lichtbogenlöschblechen (11) angeordnet sind, wobei die Hinterkanten der ersten und der zweiten Lichtbogenlöschbleche (11, 12) parallel zueinander in einer senkrecht zur Lichtbogenlaufrichtung verlaufenden Ebene liegen.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Länge (b) zwischen 30% bis 50% der ersten Länge (L1, a) beträgt.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Lichtbogenlöschbleche (11) und die zweiten Lichtbogenlöschbleche (12) mittels jeweils zweier Streifen (14, 15; 24) aus Isoliermaterial zueinander auf Abstand gehalten sind, so dass zwei Lichtbogenlöschblechpakete gebildet sind, die unabhängig voneinander herstellbar sind, und wobei die Montage derart erfolgt, dass die beiden Lichtbogenlöschblechpakete ineinander so einfügbar sind, dass die Lichtbogenlöschbleche (12) des zweiten Lichtbogenlöschblechpaketes zwischen den Lichtbogenlöschblechen (11) des ersten Lichtbogenlöschbleches angeordnet sind.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen (24) aus Isoliermaterial für das zweite Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket an ihrer zur Lichtbogenentstehungsstelle hinweisenden Kante nutartige Aussparungen (25) aufweisen, in die Querkanten (26) des ersten Lichtbogenlöschblechpaketes eingreifen, so dass beide Lichtbogenlöschblechpakete dadurch zueinander positioniert sind.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkanten (26) durch Stufungen gebildet sind, so dass der hintere Bereich der ersten Löschbleche gegenüber dem vorderen Bereich der ersten Löschbleche eine geringe Breite besitzt, wobei die Isolierstreifen (14, 15) des ersten Lichtbogenlöschblechpaketes etwa in der Ebene der Streifen (24) aus isolierendem Material für das zweite Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket liegen.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den parallel zur Lichtbogenlaufrichtung verlaufenden Kanten der zweiten Lichtbogenlöschbleche (12) zwei quer zur Lichtbogenlaufrichtung vorspringende Zapfen (22) angeformt sind, die in entsprechende Öffnungen der Isolierstreifen (24) eingreifen.
- Lichtbogenlöschblechanordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtbogenlöschbleche (12) des zweiten Lichtbogenlöschblechpaketes eine gleiche oder geringfügig geringere Dicke als die ersten Lichtbogenlöschbleche (11) besitzen.
