Due to different flow directions and different Diameter and cross-sectional areas of the individual flowed through by the water Laminar and turbulent flow of water and areas change hence its flow rate so that the contaminants separate out and collect in a relaxation and gathering room.
- the cleaning device is preferably used as a connector for heating systems executed and upstream of the sensitive part of the heating circuit.
- the advantage of this cleaning device is that by the double Transition from laminar to turbulent flow with a double Reducing the flow rate of the heating water a double Separate and collect different contaminant particles and so that there is an increased cleaning effect.
- the disadvantages of the cleaning device are that the gaseous components such as air, oxygen or CO 2 , which are in the heating water or arise from chemical reactions of certain impurities, continue to have a disruptive and energy-reducing effect on the heating circuit.
- the object of the present invention is a flow device for liquid cycles, especially for a water cycle in To create heating systems through which the flow rate in the Heating surfaces increased and thus the deposition of impurities removed and subsequently both solid dirt and contamination particles different size, composition and consistency as well as gaseous Components of the water in the piping system of the heating circuit are specifically separated, collected and eliminated.
- the object is achieved in that the flow device for liquid circuits is characterized in that several Spacer rings built into the heating surfaces as flow accelerators preferably with two to four opening slots between spacer bars a flow filter in the pipe system with the main collection and - relaxation room, with a further flow area, with a second Collecting device, with further flow elements and with one Gas collecting space is connected downstream.
- the preferred embodiment of the flow accelerator according to the invention is a spacer ring with three opening slots between three Spacers designed so that the spacers each 120 ° to each other are staggered.
- an embodiment of the is used as a flow accelerator Spacer ring characterized in that the opening slots Have length of the spacer bars.
- the advantages of the flow accelerator according to the invention exist in that the flow rate through the opening slots designed according to the invention of the heating water in the heating surfaces is increased.
- the downstream of the flow accelerator Flow filter is also characterized in that the cross-sectional area the further flow range is less than that of the main collection and relaxation space and the cross-sectional area of the others Flow elements is less than that of the second collecting device, so that each time the liquid enters the further flow range and a transition from turbulent flow to the flow elements laminar flow and thus a separation of gaseous components he follows. Via the gas collection space of the flow filter and the vent valve separation and removal of the gaseous takes place Impurities and components.
- the advantageous features of the flow filter according to the invention exist in that due to its constructive design according to the invention both a multiple transition from laminar to turbulent flow with a decrease in flow rate as well as a multiple Transition from turbulent to laminar flow with an increase in the Flow rate. This makes both a separation and Collect the solid dirt and contamination particles as well gaseous components safely and successfully for the entire liquid cycle given.
- the foreign matter is removed via the closure parts and the vent valve and gases removed.
- the water loss is minimal.
