Description

The invention relates to a rope bottle, in particular lower block for cables, with at least one pulley, which is surrounded by a cover with inlet and outlet openings for a load rope.

From the German patent DE 196 02 931 C2 a lower block for cables is known. The lower block consists essentially of a central connecting element, which combines both the function of an axis for this purpose at both ends rotatably mounted pulleys and the function of a receiving element for a load hook in it. The load hook is mounted for rotation about a vertical axis from below in the connecting element. On opposite sides of the connecting element, the two pulleys are coaxial with each other and rotatably mounted around which are connected to the cable load cables. The pulleys are provided with covers as accident protection. The covers are to prevent the fingers or hands of the operator between rope and pulley are pulled and clamped. In the case of the lower block described above, the covers have approximately a square outer shape and are long-divided. The longitudinal pitch is such that a lid-shaped outer hood part is formed that is placed laterally from the outside on the pulley until it comes to an inner hood part to the plant and is fixed there. The dividing line of the two hood parts runs approximately in area the middle of the rope groove of the pulley. The inner hood part is annular and formed with a peripheral edge on which the outer hood part comes to rest, and is an integral part of the connecting element. Each of the cover hoods is provided with two inlet and outlet openings so that the load rope guided around the cable pulley can enter the cover hood and exit from it again. The rope openings have a width which corresponds approximately to the width of the rope groove of the pulley and thus about 3 times the load rope diameter. The length of the cable opening is based on the circumference of the pulley or the cover about 90 °, wherein in the upper region of the cover between the two inlet and outlet openings a divider remains. Assuming that the zero point of the angle data is placed at the top in the center of the cover, the first cable opening begins at about 15 ° and runs to 105 ° and the second cable opening extends from 255 ° to 345 °. The cable openings have such a large longitudinal extent, since the opening angle between the two strands of the load cables depending on the configuration of the cable and the distance between the cable and the bottom block can vary between about 0 ° and 30 °. Correspondingly, the drainage point of the load rope moves from the pulley in the region of the inlet and outlet openings. Since the diameter of the rope is only a fraction of the length of the inlet and outlet opening, it can continue to happen that the hand or the fingers of an operator of the bottom block are pulled by the load rope in the remaining space of the inlet and outlet opening.

The present invention is based on the object to provide a bottom block, in particular for cables, with improved accident protection.

This object is achieved by a lower block, in particular for cables, with the features of claim 1. In the dependent claims 2 to 9 advantageous embodiments of the lower bottle are given.

According to the invention, in a lower block, in particular for cables, with at least one pulley surrounded by a cover hood with inlet and outlet openings for a load rope, increased accident safety during handling by the operator achieved in that in the inlet and outlet openings Cover element is used, which has an opening for the load rope, which is smaller than the inlet and outlet opening in the cover is. The cover with its relatively small opening thus successfully prevents a hand or the fingers of the operator from the load rope can be pulled into the cable opening of the cover. Preferably, the opening has a rectangular cross section whose width and length are in a ratio of 2: 1 to 3: 1 to the diameter of the load rope. In addition, it is advantageously prevented by the cover, that the incoming and outgoing in the cover load rope grinds at the edge of the inlet and outlet openings of the cover and thus wears. Also, the pulley is better protected against the ingress of dust, dirt and moisture.

A particularly long durability of the cover is achieved in that the cover is displaceable in the inlet and outlet opening and still this case the inlet and outlet opening, which is slit-shaped, covering. Correspondingly, the cover is displaceable in the inlet and outlet opening in the circumferential direction of the pulley.

The covering from the outside of the inlet and outlet cover is particularly easy attached to the cover, in which this engages behind the edges of the inlet and outlet opening. In a structurally preferred embodiment, the cover consists essentially of a base strip, a web bar and a retaining strip, which have an H-shaped cross section, and the retaining strip lies with its guide surface on the inner surface of the cover in the region of the inlet and outlet opening.

In order to allow also Seilauslenkungen transverse to the pulley and thereby preserve the cover, the opening deviates from the circular shape and is extended transversely to the circumferential direction of the pulley.

In a preferred embodiment, the opening is formed as a channel which extends from the side facing the pulley to the side remote from the pulley side and widens outwards.

Particularly simple and wear-resistant, the cover can be produced as a plastic injection molded part.

As constructive particularly advantageous proves that the cover for the two inlet and outlet openings of the cover are identical.

Die winkelrichtige Montage der beiden Haubenteile 6a, 6b zueinander wird durch eine Zentrierhülse erleichtert, die in entsprechende Aussparungen in den Rändern 6c der Haubenteile 6a, 6b eingelegt wird.1 shows a perspective view of a lower block 1 according to the invention, which is suspended on pulleys 2 (see also FIG. 2) guided pairs of load cables 3 on a cable, not shown. The lower block 1 consists essentially of a central connecting element 4 with two laterally mounted thereon rope pulleys 2 and a hook suspended from below hook 5. The load hook 5 is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis in a recess of the connecting element 4 via a thrust bearing, not shown. The coaxially arranged and separated by the connecting element 4 spaced apart pulleys 2 are each surrounded by circular Abdeckhauben 6, which are divided into an outer hood part 6a and an inner hood part 6b in the plane of the pulley 2. The two hood parts 6a, 6b are identical. The outer hood part 6a and the inner hood part 6b are each formed as flat annular discs with an outer peripheral edge 6c. The outer hood part 6a and the inner hood part 6b are thus cupped or dish-shaped. In the assembled state, the outer hood part 6a abuts with its edge 6c on the edge 6c of the inner hood part 6b. The two hood parts 6a, 6b thus limit a flat-cylindrical cavity for receiving the pulley 2. The correct angle mounting of the two hood parts 6a, 6b to each other is facilitated by a centering, which is inserted into corresponding recesses in the edges 6c of the hood parts 6a, 6b.

In the cover 6 (see also Figure 4) are each two inlet and outlet openings 7 for the inlet of the load cable 3 to the pulley 2 and its expiry of the pulley 2. These inlet and outlet openings 7 have in the circumferential direction of the pulley 2 and the cover 6 seen a length L, which corresponds to a multiple of the diameter of the load cable 3 and are thus slit-shaped. The length L corresponds to a quarter of the circumference of the cover 6. This length L is required because during operation of the cable the angle between the runs of the load cables 3 varies and thus the flow point 10 (see Figure 2) of the load cable 3 of the pulley changes. The existing length L of the inlet and outlet openings 7 thus prevents the load cable 3 from sliding past the edges of the inlet and outlet openings 7 and thereby being damaged. This is particularly important because the covers 6 are formed as sheet metal parts.

The thus relatively large inlet and outlet openings 7 are each closed with a cover 8, which has an opening 9 for the implementation of the load cable 3 of the pulley 2 or to the pulley 2. The opening 9 for the load rope 3 is slightly larger than the diameter of the load rope 3 and has a rectangular cross section with rounded corners whose width and length are in a ratio of 2: 1 to 3: 1 to the diameter of the load rope 3. This ensures that for the operator the risk of pulling his fingers or hands by the incoming load rope 3 in the inlet and outlet openings 7 is considerably reduced. In order to take account of the fact described above that changes during operation of the lower block 1 of the flow point 10 of the load cable 3 of the pulley 2, the cover member 8 in the circumferential direction of the cover 6 between two end positions back and forth.

The cover element 8 consists essentially of a correspondingly the edges 6c of the cover 6 circular curved base bar 8a, which rests flat on the outer surface 6d of the edges 6c of the hood parts 6a, 6b. Seen in the circumferential direction of the cover 6, the base strip 8a widens approximately from the center in such a way that a guide portion 8b for the load rope 3 is formed in the form of a substantially right triangle whose corresponding curved hypotenuse is formed by the base strip 8a.

It can also be seen from FIG. 1 that the opening 9 for the load cable 3 in the cover element 8 is designed as a channel 9a, which extends from the base strip 8a to one of the two outer catheter sides of the guide region 8b. The longitudinal extent of the channel 9a extends in the plane of the pulley 2 at an angle of 90 ° to an imaginary line passing through the drain point 10 of the load rope 3 from the pulley 2 and the center M of the pulley 2.

Furthermore, it can be seen from FIG. 1 that the lower block 1 has an upwardly open recessed grip 11 in the region of the connecting element 4 for easier handling by the operator, whose width corresponds to the distance between the two covering hoods 6.

Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen jeweils eine Schnittansicht durch eine der beiden Seilrollen 2 mit ihrer angrenzenden Abdeckhaube 6 und den Abdeckelementen 8 in zwei unterschiedlichen Winkelstellungen der Trume der Lastseile 6 zueinander und somit zwei unterschiedliche Verschiebestellungen der Abdeckelemente 8 in der Seilöffnung 7.Figures 2 and 3 each show a sectional view through one of the two pulleys 2 with its adjacent cover 6 and the cover 8 in two different angular positions of the strands of the load cables 6 to each other and thus two different displacement positions of the cover 8 in the cable opening. 7

In FIG. 2, the two cover elements 8 are each arranged in a so-called normal position in the inlet and outlet openings 7, in which the bottom block 1 hangs vertically below the cable and the two strands of the load cable 3 run parallel to one another. It can be seen that the channel 9a of the opening 9 runs almost vertically and thus parallel to the load cables 3. In this case, due to gravity, the inner wall of the channel 9a located inwardly towards the pulley 2 engages the side of the load rope 3 facing the opposite load rope 3, since the cover element 8 is displaceably guided in the inlet and outlet openings 7 in the circumferential direction of the cover hood 6. The occurring friction between the load cable 3 and the channel 9a of the Cover member 8 is low, since the cover 8 is very light. In addition, the cover 8 is made as a plastic injection molded part made of a material having a high wear resistance.

Die Figur 3 zeigt die beiden Abdeckelemente 8 in einer von der in Figur 2 dargestellten Normalstellung abweichenden Verschiebestellung, in der die beiden Trume der Lastseile 3 etwa einen Winkel von 50° einschließen und somit sich die beiden Abdeckelemente 8 etwa im Bereich ihrer untersten Verschiebestellung befinden.FIG. 3 shows the two cover elements 8 in a displaced position deviating from the normal position shown in FIG. 2, in which the two strands of the load cables 3 enclose an angle of approximately 50 ° and thus the two cover elements 8 are approximately in the region of their lowermost displacement position.

Das Abdeckelement 8 ist in seiner Normalstellung gezeigt.FIG. 4 shows a single cover 6 in an orientation of a lower block 1 hanging vertically on the cable. As a viewing plane, the front and rear of the bottom block 1 and has been selected perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the pulley 2, so that one of the two cover elements 8 and the underlying inlet and outlet opening 7 are clearly visible. The inflow and outflow opening 7 shown in dashed lines in FIG. 4 has the shape of an elongated rectangle with rounded ends. The width B of the inlet and outlet opening 7 corresponds approximately to 2 to 3 times the diameter D of the load rope 3 and the length of the inlet and outlet opening 7 corresponds approximately to 10 to 15 times the diameter D of the load rope 3. Das Covering element 8 is shown in its normal position.

Also, Figure 4 shows that based on the peripheral surface of the cover 6 and the assumption that at the top of the cover 6, the angle is 0 °, the first inlet and outlet opening 7 starts at about 15 ° and runs to 105 ° , the second inlet and outlet opening 7 on the opposite side in the range of 255 ° begins and ends at 345 °. In addition, at the bottom rounded end of each inlet and outlet opening 7 centrally joins a gap 12 which extends in the circumferential direction of the cover 6 and in extension of the inlet and outlet opening 7. This gap 12 ends in the range of 140 ° or 220 ° and has a width b of about 7mm. The cover 8 is dimensioned with respect to its length so that in its extremely shifted upward position, the lower end of the inlet and outlet openings 7 is still covered. The gap 12 receives the web bar 8 d of the cover 8.

With respect to the channel 9a, it can be seen that this widens transversely to the circumferential direction of the cover 6, starting from the pulley 2 upwards. In this way, the load cable 3 can also be deflected laterally, without too much friction between the load cable 3 and the inner wall of the channel 9a takes place. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the channel 9a, on the other hand, hardly widens in the circumferential direction, since a cable deflection via the displacement of the cover element 8 in the inlet and outlet opening 7 is compensated here.

Furthermore, FIG. 5 shows that the cover element 8 covers the edges of the inlet and outlet opening 7 externally with its base strip 8a and engages inwards with a retaining strip 8c and is thus fastened in the circumferential direction of the cover 6 so as to be displaceable thereon. The retaining strip 8c thus lies with its edge 6c facing the guide surface 8e on the inner surface 6e of the edge 6c. For this purpose, the retaining strip 8c is attached via a central web strip 8d on the underside of the base strip 8a, so that the cover 8 has an H-shaped cross section in this area. In the area of the opening 9, the web bar 8d is divided and expanded accordingly. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the retaining strip 8c extends over a range of approximately 60 °.

Außerdem ist das ringförmige äußere Haubenteil 6a im Bereich der Achse 13 durch einen kreisrunden Deckel 15 verschlossen.FIG. 6 shows a further sectional view of FIG. 4, the section being laid through the axis 13 of the pulley 2. The axis 13 is part of the connecting element 4. On the axis 13, the pulley 2 is mounted on a bearing 14. The axis 13 also serves to support the circular inner and outer hood parts 6a, 6b, which are formed as shaped sheet metal parts. The inner hood part 6b, which is first pushed onto the axle, is supported on a shoulder of the connecting element 4 delimiting the axle 13, followed by the bearing 14 and then the outer hood part 6a, which is held on the axle 13 via a securing ring 15. In addition, the annular outer hood part 6a is closed in the region of the axis 13 by a circular cover 15.
