The invention has for its object to provide a rope bottle of the type mentioned, in particular a lower block for cables, with improved safety and long life, which can be produced easily and inexpensively and when moving the load cable to a slight wear of the Lastseils leads.
This object is achieved in a rope bottle of the type mentioned fact that the cover is arranged in strips and below the hood opening. In the rope bottle according to the invention, the cover is designed as a cover strip, which does not pass through the cover from above or behind, but is arranged below the hood opening. In this case, the cover between the pulley and the cover in the circumferential direction is freely guided by the rope movable. Finally, the cover in the circumferential direction can move partially, the end positions in the back and forth displacement of the cover by the respective top and bottom drainage point of the load rope from the pulley or the top and bottom entry point of the load rope in the groove area of the pulley and thus on the Range of hood openings are fixed. The cover according to the invention has a structurally simple structure and can be moved at low frictional forces, without jamming of the cover on the cover or the pulley must be feared. Moreover, a low wear of the load rope and a high level of accident protection are ensured by the cover in the cable bottle according to the invention.
At maximum displacement of the cover in the circumferential direction of the pulley, the end positions when moving back and forth of the cover are defined by the respective top and bottom drainage point of the load rope of the pulley or the top and bottom entry point of the load rope in the groove portion of the pulley, the cover is at least in the region of its transverse edges still covered by a partially the pulley peripheral edge of the cover, so that an effective engagement protection is ensured. In this context, the cover element preferably has, in the case of a central arrangement of the cable opening in the cover element, a length which is greater than twice the length of the hood opening in the circumferential direction.
The cover can rest in the circumferential direction slidably on the pulley or be stored on the pulley. In this embodiment, the cover may have a substantially circular curved bar, which is adjacent to the radially outward flat side of the peripheral edge of the cover. The bend of the cover is adapted to the bend of the edge of the cover. On the pulley facing inner flat side of the cover may be provided extending in the region of the central longitudinal axis guide portion, wherein the guide portion projects beyond a flat edge region of the cover and engages in the groove portion of the pulley and wherein the guide portion is slidably guided on adjacent groove legs of the pulley. As a result, the cover can be moved in a simple manner relative to the cover on the one hand and relative to the pulley on the other hand in the circumferential direction. In principle, however, it is also possible that corresponding guide sections are provided on the inside of the edge at the edge of the cover, in which the cover element is displaceably guided.
The hood opening may have a same width over the entire length in the circumferential direction of the pulley, wherein the hood opening is formed by an area in the circumferential direction interrupting the edge of the cover. The cover can then be designed as a bar with a constant width in the longitudinal or circumferential direction, which corresponds to the width of the hood opening or the distance between two cover the cover forming side walls of the cover. This contributes to a simple structural design of the cable bottle according to the invention,
The cable opening can be limited in the circumferential direction by an arcuate edge portion of the cover to reduce the wear on incoming and outgoing load rope to the cover. The cable opening can also be designed as a slot. Preferably, the load rope runs in or out of rounded or chamfered edges of the cover member to reduce the frictional forces when moving the load rope.
To further reduce wear, the cover may comprise at least one in the radial direction over the edge of the cover projecting or aligned with the edge of the cover stop bevel, the stop slope limits the cable opening in the circumferential direction, the load rope on the stop slope on or expires and wherein the stop slope comes on reaching an upper inlet or discharge point or a lowest inlet or discharge point of the load rope from the pulley against the edge of the cover to the plant. The incoming or outgoing load rope thus does not rub against the cover, which contributes to low wear.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the cable opening is provided in the region of the central transverse axis of the cover. When the cable opening is arranged centrally, the cover element preferably has a length in the circumferential direction which corresponds at least to twice the length of the hood opening. This ensures that the hood opening is closed at each possible inlet or, drainage point of the load rope of the cover, wherein the load rope on or runs through the cable opening in the cover.
The width of the cable opening in the cover can be 1.2 to 2 times, in particular 1.5 times, the diameter of the load rope correspond. In the case of a circular rope opening, this applies correspondingly to the diameter of the rope opening. By a sufficient size of the rope opening the wear of the load rope is reduced,
In order to retrofit the cover in a simple manner and replace the pulley is provided in a further preferred embodiment of the invention that the cover is formed in several parts, wherein a division axis or parting plane passes through the rope opening. Preferably, two strip-shaped cover members may be provided, which are detachably connectable to one another via the longitudinal sides, wherein the rope opening is formed between the longitudinal sides. But it is also possible that a first cover with a circumferentially extending from a cable opening to a transverse edge of the first cover part longitudinal recess and a second cover for closing the longitudinal recess are provided, wherein the longitudinal recess in the region of the central longitudinal axis of the first cover extends. The first cover member may be formed in the circumferential direction substantially U-shaped with two longitudinally extending spaced apart edge webs, between which the longitudinal recess is imaged. Thus, the load cable can be threading over the longitudinal recess in the rope opening after separating the two cover parts. Subsequently, the second cover member is then reconnected to the first cover member to close the longitudinal recess, resulting in that the load rope is securely guided in the limited by the two cover parts rope opening.
The cover can be formed as a shaped part of sheet metal and bent according to the shape of the pulley and / or the cover, so that in particular a stirring is ensured on the pulley. Preferably, however, the cover can also be made of an elastic material, in particular made of plastic, so that the cover automatically adapts during assembly to the shape of the pulley and / or the cover. In addition, the wear on the load rope is reduced when using a cover made of plastic.
The invention will be described by way of example with reference to the drawing, the invention not being limited to the embodiments disclosed in the drawing.

In
In
In each
