Die Öffnung für das Lastseil in dem Abdeckelement ist als Kanal ausgebildet, der sich von der Grundleiste zu einer der beiden äußeren Kathetenseiten des Führungsbereichs erstreckt. Die Längserstreckung des Kanals verläuft in der Ebene der Seilrolle in einem Winkel von 90° zu einer durch den Ablaufpunkt des Lastseils von der Seilrolle und dem Mittelpunkt der Seilrolle verlaufenden gedachten Geraden. Dadurch ergibt sich ein einfacher konstruktiver Aufbau der Unterflasche 1 bei geringen Herstellungskosten und hohem Unfallschutz. Ein Verklemmen oder Verkanten des Abdeckelementes 9 an der Abdeckhaube 5 steht nicht zu befürchten. Da das Lastseil 3 durch die Seilöffnung 10 hindurchgeführt ist und somit das Abdeckelement 9 von dem Lastseil 3 geführt wird, ist die Verschiebung des Abdeckelementes 9 in Umfangsrichtung der Seilrolle 2 bestimmt durch die Lage des jeweiligen Ablauf bzw. Einlaufpunktes des Lastseiles 3 im Bereich einer Haubenöffnung. Dabei wird das Abdeckelement 9 bei maximaler Verschiebung in Umfangsrichtung zumindest im Bereich seiner Querränder 11 noch von dem Rand 8 der Abdeckhaube 5 überdeckt, so daß ein sicherer Verschluß der Haubenöffnung bei jedem möglichen Ablauf- bzw. Das erste Abdeckteil 24 ist in Umfangsrichtung U-förmig ausgebildet und weist zwei sich in Umfangsrichtung erstreckende stegförmige und gebogene Randabschnitte 27 auf. Die Bandabschnitte 27 begrenzen die Längsausnehmung, wobei sich nach dem Trennen der beiden Abdeckteile 24, 25 das Lastseil 3 über die Längsausnehmung bis in den Bereich der Seilöffnung 10 einfädeln läßt. Anschließend wird dann das Abdeckelement 25 wieder mit dem Abdeckteil 24 verbunden, so daß das Lastseil 3 sicher in der Seilöffnung 10 geführt ist. Claims (13)

  1. A block tackle, particularly a lower block (1) for cable pulls, comprising at least one rope pulley (2) surrounded by a cover (5) having cover orifices for a pulley rope (3), wherein at least one cover element (9) is provided in a manner guided in a sliding motion relative to a cover orifice, wherein the cover element (9) has a rope orifice (10) for the pulley rope (3), and wherein the rope orifice (10) is smaller in the cover element (9) than the cover orifice in the cover (5), characterized in that the cover element (9) is arranged below the cover orifice in a striped manner.
  2. The block tackle according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover element (9) is covered with a maximum displacement in the circumferential direction of the rope pulley (2) at least in the region of the lateral edges (11) of the cover element (9) by means of an edge (8) of the cover (5).
  3. The block tackle according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover element (9) rests on the rope pulley (2) in such manner that the same may be displaced in circumferential direction.
  4. The block tackle according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the cover element (9) has a guide section (13) on the interior side (12) facing the rope pulley (2) extending in the region of the center longitudinal axis, wherein the guide section (13) projects beyond an edge region (17) of the cover element (9) and engages into the ridged region (14) of the rope pulley (2), and wherein the guide section (13) is guided in a displaceable manner on adjacent ridge arms (15) of the rope pulley (2).

  8. The block tackle according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the width (b) of the rope orifice (10) corresponds to 1.2 to 2 times, particularly to 1.5 times the diameter of the pulley rope (3).
  9. The block tackle according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the cover element (9) is embodied in multiple parts, wherein a divisional axis (Y1) intersects the rope orifice (10).
