Description
- mit mindestens einem Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug,
- mit einem Träger für das mindestens eine Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug,
- mit einer oder mehreren ersten Vertiefungen im Träger,
- mit einem oder mehreren Positioniermitteln,
- bei der das oder die Positioniermittel reversibel form- und/oder kraftschlüssig in die ersten Vertiefungen des Trägers eingesetzt oder einsetzbar sind,
- bei der, insbesondere zur Sicherstellung einer Justierbarkeit der Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs am Träger, das oder die Positioniermittel reversibel in beliebigen innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichs liegenden Befestigungspositionen am Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug befestigt oder befestigbar sind, und
- bei der, insbesondere zur Sicherstellung einer Reproduzierbarkeit der justierten Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs am Träger, das Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug mit dem oder den daran befestigten Positioniermittel(n) vom Träger abnehmbar und auch wieder in derselben durch das oder die Positioniermittel festgelegten Position auf den Träger montierbar ist.
- mit ersten Durchführungen im Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug an den Stellen, die in Befestigungsposition des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs an dem Träger über den ersten Vertiefungen des Trägers liegen,
- mit zweiten Durchführungen im Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug an den Stellen, die in Befestigungsposition des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs an dem Träger über den zweiten Vertiefungen des Trägers liegen,
- mit ersten Befestigungsmitteln zur Befestigung der Positioniermittel an den ersten Durchführungen des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs, und
- mit zweiten Befestigungsmitteln zur Befestigung des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs über die zweiten Durchführungen des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs und über die zweiten Vertiefungen des Trägers an dem Träger.
- dass die ersten Vertiefungen an der dem Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug zugewandten Oberfläche des Trägers einen ersten Bereich mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt und daran anschließend einen zweiten Bereich mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt aufweisen, der vollständig vom Querschnitt des ersten Bereichs überdeckt wird, und
- dass die Positioniermittel einen ersten Bereich mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt und daran anschließend einen zweiten Bereich mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt aufweisen, der vollständig vom Querschnitt des ersten Bereichs überdeckt wird.
- die ersten Vertiefungen im Bereich mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt eine Länge zwischen 9 mm und 13 mm, insbesondere von 11 mm, und eine Breite zwischen 4 mm und 8 mm, insbesondere von 6 mm, und eine Tiefe zwischen 0,5 mm und 2 mm, insbesondere von 1 mm, aufweisen, und/oder
- die Positioniermittel im Bereich mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt eine Länge, die zwischen 0,5 mm und 2 mm, insbesondere 1 mm, kleiner ist als die Länge des Bereichs mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt der ersten Vertiefungen, und eine Breite, die im Wesentlichen der Breite des Bereichs mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt der ersten Vertiefungen entspricht, und eine Höhe, die im Wesentlichen der Tiefe des Bereichs mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt der ersten Vertiefungen entspricht, aufweisen.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Prägen und/oder Stanzen (2) eines Werkstücks, insbesondere aus Kartonage,a) mit mindestens einem Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34),b) mit einem Träger (3), insbesondere einer Trägerplatte (3), für das mindestens eine Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34),c) mit einer oder mehreren ersten Vertiefungen (7) im Träger,d) mit einem oder mehreren Positioniermitteln (9),e) bei der das oder die Positioniermittel (9) reversibel form- und/oder kraftschlüssig in die ersten Vertiefungen (7) des Trägers (3) eingesetzt oder einsetzbar sind,f) bei der, insbesondere zur Sicherstellung einer Justierbarkeit der Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3), das oder die Positioniermittel (9) reversibel in beliebigen innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichs liegenden Befestigungspositionen am Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) befestigt oder befestigbar sind, undg) bei der, insbesondere zur Sicherstellung einer Reproduzierbarkeit der justierten Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3), das Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) mit dem oder den daran befestigten Positioniermittel(n) (9) vom Träger (3) abnehmbar und auch wieder in derselben durch das oder die Positioniermittel (9) festgelegten Position auf den Träger (3) montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,a) mit einer oder mehreren zweiten Vertiefungen (8) im Träger (3),b) bei der die zweiten Vertiefungen (8) des Trägers (3) die Montagestellen zum reversiblen Befestigen des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,a) mit ersten Durchführungen (19) im Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) an den Stellen, die in Befestigungsposition des Prägeund/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) an dem Träger (3) über den ersten Vertiefungen (7) des Trägers (3) liegen,b) mit zweiten Durchführungen (20) im Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) an den Stellen, die in Befestigungsposition des Prägeund/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) an dem Träger (3) über den zweiten Vertiefungen (8) des Trägers (3) liegen,c) mit ersten Befestigungsmitteln (12) zur Befestigung der Positioniermittel (9) an den ersten Durchführungen (19) des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34), undd) mit zweiten Befestigungsmitteln (14) zur Befestigung des Prägeund/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) über die zweiten Durchführungen (20) des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) und über die zweiten Vertiefungen (8) des Trägers (3) an dem Träger (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
bei der die Außenform und die Außenabmessungen der Positioniermittel (9) zumindest teilweise der Form und den Abmessungen der ersten Vertiefungen (7) des Trägers (3) entsprechen und/oder
bei der die ersten Vertiefungen (7) im Träger (3) und die Positioniermittel (9) jeweils Bereiche mit unterschiedlichem Querschnitt umfassen, insbesondere die ersten Vertiefungen (7) an der dem Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) zugewandten Oberfläche des Trägers einen ersten Bereich mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt (23) und daran anschließend einen zweiten Bereich mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt (26), der vollständig vom Querschnitt des ersten Bereichs überdeckt wird, und die Positioniermittel (9) einen ersten Bereich mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt (30) und daran anschließend einen zweiten Bereich mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt (31), der vollständig vom Querschnitt des ersten Bereichs überdeckt wird, aufweisen, wobei vorzugsweise die Querschnittsabmessungen (Länge, Breite) des Bereichs mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt (23) bei den ersten Vertiefungen (7) in mindestens einer Richtung größer sind als die entsprechenden Abmessungen des Bereichs mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt (30) der Positioniermittel (9). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der bei Einsatz der Positioniermittel (9) bis zum Anschlag in die ersten Vertiefungen (7) die Oberfläche des Trägers (3) an der dem Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) zugewandten Seite und die nach außen weisende Oberfläche der Positioniermittel (9) eine im Wesentlichen plane Gesamtfläche bilden und/oder bei der die bis zum Anschlag in die ersten Vertiefungen (7) des Trägers (3) eingesetzten Positioniermittel (9) in dem Träger (3) durch Formund/oder Kraftschluss der Bereiche mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt (26, 31) in Richtung parallel zur Oberfläche des Trägers fixiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei der die Querschnittsabmessungen der ersten Durchführungen (19) und zweiten Durchführungen (20) im Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) im Wesentlichen größer sind als die Querschnittsabmessungen der durch die jeweiligen Durchführungen (19, 20) hindurchgeführten Bereiche der jeweils zugeordneten ersten Befestigungsmittel (12) und zweiten Befestigungsmittel (14).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, bei der auf dem Träger (3) mehrere Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeuge (6, 16, 34) befestigt oder befestigbar sind und die jeweilige Befestigungsstelle verschiedener Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeuge (6, 16, 34) auf dem Träger (3) durch unterschiedliche Anordnung der Vertiefungen (7, 8) im Träger (3), insbesondere der ersten Vertiefungen (7), und eine entsprechende Anordnung der dazugehörigen Durchführungen (19, 20) des jeweiligen Prägeund/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) eindeutig vorgegeben und nicht verwechselbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, bei der die Orientierung eines Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) an dem Träger (3) eindeutig durch entsprechende Anordnung der Vertiefungen (7, 8) im Träger (3) und eine entsprechende Anordnung der dazugehörigen Durchführungen (19, 20) des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) festgelegt ist.
- Verfahren zum Anbringen und/oder Justieren mindestens eines Prägeund/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) an einem Träger (3) bei der Vorrichtung zum Prägen und/oder Stanzen (2) eines Werkstücks nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, umfassend folgende Schritte:a) Einsetzen des oder der Positioniermittel (9) in eine oder mehrere erste Vertiefungen (7) des Trägers (3);b) Anbringung des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) an den in die ersten Vertiefungen (7) eingesetzten Positioniermitteln (9), wobei das Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeug (6, 16, 34) noch innerhalb des vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichs verschiebbar ist;c) Einjustieren einer Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3), insbesondere anhand weiterer am Träger angebrachter Werkzeuge (4, 5) und/oder anhand einer Probestanz- und/oder -prägung, und Fixierung dieser Position durch Befestigung des Prägeund/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) an den Positioniermitteln (9), wobei das Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34), insbesondere zur Lagerung, zusammen mit den daran befestigten Positioniermitteln (9) vom Träger (3) abnehmbar ist und die vorhergehende Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3) durch erneutes Einsetzen der am Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) befestigten Positioniermittel (9) in die ersten Vertiefungen (7) des Trägers (3) reproduzierbar ist;d) Durchführen einer Probestanzung und/oder Probeprägung und, soweit erforderlich oder gewünscht, Lösen der Fixierung der ursprünglichen Position des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3) und erneutes Vorgehen gemäß Schritt c).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem Schritt c) zur Fixierung der einjustierten Position zusätzlich eine direkte reversible Befestigung des Präge- und/oder Stanzwerkzeugs (6, 16, 34) am Träger (3) umfasst.
