Claims (16)
- Herzstück (1) für eine Weiche, zum Anschluß an Anschlußschienen, mit einem blockartigen Grundkörper (2) und mit einer insbesondere federnd beweglichen, zwei Spitzenstücke (4, 5) aufweisenden Herzstückspitze (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (2) wenigstens einen Anschlußblock (14, 15) mit einem äußeren Anschlußbereich (16) zum Anschluß einer Anschlußschiene und mit einem inneren Anschlußbereich (17) zum Anschluß eines Spitzenstücks (4, 5) aufweist und daß zwischen dem äußeren Anschlußbereich (16) und dem inneren Anschlußbereich (17) ein Fahrflankenbereich (18) am Anschlußblock (14, 15) vorgesehen ist, so daß sich eine räumliche Entkopplung der Anschlußschiene von dem Spitzenstück (4, 5) ergibt.
- Herzstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (2) einstückig durch abtragende Bearbeitung oder Gießen hergestellt ist.
- Herzstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Grundkörper (2) eine V-förmige Aufnahme (19) für die Spitzenstücke (4, 5) vorgesehen ist.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Grundkörper (2) Heizkammem und/oder eine Wasserabführung eingearbeitet sind/ist.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitzenstücke (4, 5) jeweils mit dem inneren Anschlußbereich (17) mechanisch lösbar verbunden, insbesondere verschraubt sind.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitzenstücke (4, 5) endseitig jeweils einen bearbeiteten schrägen oder S-förmigen Befestigungsbereich mit Schrauböffnungen (21) aufweisen und daß der innere Anschlußbereich (17) des Anschlußblocks (14, 15) von der äußeren Form her an den Befestigungsbereich (20) der Spitzenstücke (4, 5) angepaßt ist und korrespondierende, von außerhalb des Grundblocks (2) zugängliche Schrauböffnungen (22) aufweist.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dehnungsfuge (23) am vorderen Ende (24) der Herzstückspitze (3) ausläuft.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dehnungsfuge (23) als durchgehend geradlinige, durch das vordere Ende (24) führende Fuge zwischen den Spitzenstücken (4, 5) ausgebildet ist.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Spitzenstücke (4, 5) die gleiche Länge haben.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Spitzenstücken (4, 5) eine in vertikaler Richtung wirksame formschlüssige Verbindung vorgesehen ist, die eine Bewegung der Spitzenstücke (4, 5) in horizontaler Richtung zuläßt.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung als Feder-Nut-Verbindung (25) ausgebildet ist.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (22) und die Nut (28) durch abtragende Bearbeitung lediglich des vorderen Endbereichs (26) der Spitzenstücke (4, 5) hergestellt sind.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitzenstücke (4, 5) jeweils aus Zungenschienenprofilen hergestellt sind.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zungenschienenprofile standardisierte Regel-Zungenschienen, insbesondere Mangan-Zungenschienen verwendet werden.
- Herzstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federstellen im Bereich der Spitzenstücke (4, 5) vorgesehen sind.
- Weiche mit einem Herzstück (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
