Claims (11)
- Fenster oder Türe mit einem in eine Maueröffnung einsetzbaren Fensterrahmenelement und einem an demselben kipp-, dreh-, klapp-, wende-, heb- und/oder schwenkbar angeordneten rahmenlosen Flügelelement mit elektrischem Antrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flügelelement (1) als rahmenlose Glasscheibe ausgebildet ist und im Rahmenelement (5) Stellglieder (6, 16, 26, ff) für das Flügelelement (1) vorgesehen sind, wobei das Flügelelement (1) über die Stellglieder (6) im Rahmenelement (5) gelagert und die Last des Flügelelementes (1) über die Stellglieder (6) in das Rahmenelement (5) und von dort in das Mauerwerk abgeleitet ist.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flügelelement (1) mit einer umlaufenden Sockelleiste (2) fest verbunden ist.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um die Scheibe (1) eine umlaufende Kantensschutzleiste (3) mit Öffnungen (3a) für Stellglieder (6) sowie einer raumseitig daran befestigbaren Abdeckleiste (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sockel- (2) und die Kantenschutzleiste (3) einteilig ausgebildet sind.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Dreh-, Kipp- und Verriegelungsfunktionen des Flügelelementes (1) im Rahmenelement (5) elektronisch steuerbare Stellglieder (6) vorgesehen sind.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellglieder (6) elektronisch programmierbar sind.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellglieder (6) manuell betätigbar sind.
- Fenster oder Türe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zwangsbelüftung vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Außenwände und/oder Innenwände des Rahmenelements (5) mindestens ein Verstärkungsprofil (10) eingebracht ist.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Öffnung (3a) der Kantenschutzleiste (3) Auf nahmen (8) für die Schubbolzen (6a) der Stellglieder (6) eingesetzt sind.
- Fenster oder Türe nach Anspruch 1 und einen der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellglieder (6) mit einer im Rahmenelement (5) eingesetzten Führungsbuchse (7) für den Schubbolzen (6a) des Stellgliedes (6) abgedeckt ist.
