Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and an apparatus for cleaning near the track Drainage systems, for example in railway tunnels, in train stations and railway lines, with a high pressure flushing of the drainage systems and the wash ware is then vacuumed up, cleaned and reused.
- Flushing processes for drainage pipes close to the track are based on the procedure which has been used for decades to clean municipal sewage systems.
- a suction and flushing car is driven along the road to the manhole and positioned backwards in front of it to carry out the cleaning work on the Control the end of the vehicle attached controls.
- the basic principle of water recovery is the resumption of the sewage sediment and the flushing and waste water in the pipeline.
- the rinsing water is separated from the sediment to be disposed of in the suction and rinsing car using filtration technology and is reprocessed so that it can be fed back into the rinsing process.
- the advantage of water recovery is the increased productive operational readiness of the vehicle.
- a conventional combination suction and flushing trolley (without water recovery) has a fresh water reservoir of 3 to 6 m 3 , depending on the version. Assuming the use of a commercially available high pressure pump (volume flows up to 300 l / min) and a fresh water chamber of 6 m 3 , the rinsing time is 25 minutes with continuous use.
- a TV inspection of the cleaned is carried out for an exact representation of the line status Drainage pipe carried out. This is the only way to make a realistic statement about the condition of the channel. In this case, rinsing is used the drainage line not only for maintenance cleaning, but also for "preparing the way" the TV inspection unit for driving through the pipeline.
- the inspection of the sewer system can only be carried out in cleaned pipes, since there is no traffic a sewer line contaminated with residues with standard inspection equipment not possible. This is done by means of a wheel-driven, remote-controlled Trolley with integrated inspection camera.
- the flush-mounted sink insert in drainage systems requires the cleaning system to be transported by rail to the place of work because the place of use in railway stations and on railway lines rarely and in the tunnel no other way can be achieved. This requirement leads to special conditions that it the sewer cleaning close to the track must be observed.
- the invention has for its object a system for cleaning drainage systems on / in railway facilities, preferably a rail-driven one Sewer cleaning system, to develop that from various pre-made Modules exist quickly and effectively, even on high-speed routes environmentally friendly under very limited conditions of use is operational.
- the separation of solids is carried out in several stages in a rail-mounted high-pressure water system (PLC) known per se and a coupled rail-mounted sewer flushing system (SKS), in the SKS a separation of coarse constituents by sedimentation in a first stage and a further drainage in a second stage third stage, a first fine filtering is carried out and then, in a fourth stage, a further, preferably divided, fine filtering and a return of the cleaned water to a storage container for reuse as rinsing water is carried out in the PLC.
- PLC rail-mounted high-pressure water system
- SKS coupled rail-mounted sewer flushing system
- the solids with a diameter of> 60 mm in a second filter stage the solids up to the level of puncture resistance, in a third filter stage the solids> 140 ⁇ m and in a fourth filter stage the solids with a diameter> 100 ⁇ m and subsequently deposited with a diameter> 75 ⁇ m.
- the device for cleaning drainage systems close to the track is characterized in tunnels, train stations and on railway tracks that a combined railroad high pressure water (PLC) and with a rail-mounted sewer flushing system (SKS) in modular design is combined, with a water / dirt water reservoir module via a control room / control module with a high pressure unit module as well this is connected to a suction-rinsing module and the suction-rinsing module in turn is coupled with a drainage module.
- PLC railroad high pressure water
- SLS rail-mounted sewer flushing system
- the suction / rinsing module is rotatably / pivotally mounted and points in its front swivel emptying flap.
- the water / dirty water reservoir module has a fresh water tank on, which is arranged in the high-pressure module and by a diesel engine driven maximum pressure pump with one in the suction-rinsing module Rinsing reel is connected, which has a rinsing hose.
- suction hose of the suction-rinsing module with one also in it located vacuum container connected to one in its lower area Groabscheider, which has a solid pump with a container of the drainage module is coupled to a via a feed pump Filter unit of the suction-rinsing module is connected, the drain to one reserve water tank also arranged in the suction-rinsing module, which carries with at least one, preferably two fine filter stages of the water / dirty water reservoir module is combined.
- the drain of the water / dirty water reservoir module is in turn with the fresh water tank connected to a circulatory process.
- the filter unit of the suction-rinsing module has one hydrocyclone and one Fine filter on.
- the PLC and the SKS are preferably on two separate rail vehicles assembled with each other via flexible, preferably made of spiral wire existing hoses connected with reinforced rubber are.
- suction-rinsing module and a dewatering module Office workshop module which also contains the technology for inspecting the duct system and arranged for status documentation.
- the two units are mechanically and electrically separable. Electrical Connections are all power supply and all control and regulation lines. Mechanical connections include all piping systems that are suitable for the Transport of the process water are determined and all elements that enable coupling.
- the critical area of the connections lies between the PLC and SKS unit (buffer area), since there are movements around the longitudinal and transverse axes of the connecting lines when driving occur.
- the electrical lines are flexible and protected to avoid damage exclude while driving.
- the rinsing water is from the fresh water tank (1) via a feed pump (2) Pump of the high pressure unit (3) pumped.
- the maximum pressure pump driven by means of a diesel engine (4), the flushing water asks for the flushing reel at the desired pressure (5) to get into the drainage line from there by means of a sewer flushing hose (6).
- the washware loosened by the high pressure water is due to the in the vacuum container (8) prevailing negative pressure is sucked in through the suction hose (7).
- the first filtration of the wash ware is carried out by a coarse separator (9) in the area of the tank bottom performed. In doing so, substances are separated out that have a diameter exceed 60 mm.
- the remaining sediments are fed through a solids pump (10) transported into the drainage container 11). Here the sediments up to Degree of puncture resistance drained and stored.
- the filtered dirty water is a feed pump (12) to the filter unit (13) Pumped flushing and suction module.
- This filter unit consists of a hydrocyclone (14) and a fine filter (15) which separate the substances from the dirty water still, exceed a grain size of 140 microns. From here, the water comes first pumped into a reserve water tank (16). As for the reuse of the Water the size of any dirt particles must be less than 75 ⁇ m two further fine filtration stages. In the first stage (17) all solids are up to with a size of 100 ⁇ m. Finally, in the second (18) the default value achieved for the reuse of water of 75 ⁇ m and smaller. In the last Process step is the fresh water tank (1) the cleaned and filtered water added again and is available again for the rinsing process.
- the core of the SKS unit is the suction-rinsing module.
- This consists of a suction-rinsing unit (see Appendix 2.1), which is housed in a 20-foot container.
- the Suction-flushing unit is mounted on a slewing ring, so that it is on both sides its longitudinal axis can be pivoted by ⁇ 90 °. Only the suction-flushing hose arm is used for flushing work pivoted. Swivel range is also at least on both sides 90 °.
- railway safety measures e.g. blocking the neighboring track, switching off the overhead line
- the standard distance between the top edge of the rail (SO) and the overhead line is in Average approx. 5,250 mm
- the permissible height of the suction-rinsing module is 3,380 mm. Due to the design, the suction-rinsing module achieves normal operation (Transport and work situation) the uncritical height of 2,880 mm.
- the standard for flushing vehicles is via the front floor disposed of, in which the filter technology (13) is located and which carries the hose reel. There contact with the overhead line cannot be ruled out (risk of contact even with an opening angle of 30 °), opening this Container bottom are not used.
- the suction-rinsing unit is therefore designed that the solids are discharged over the opposite tank bottom (27) become.
- the drainage control shafts are reached on the edge path or in the central area guaranteed by track systems.
- the container can also be located at more distant shafts can be achieved.
- the office / factory and inspection module (28) consists of an ISO standard 20 foot container, which is divided into two rooms.
- the combined workshop and inspection room is intended as a workshop room for work materials such as rinsing nozzles, tools, contains the necessary inspection and documentation technology and can be opened on both sides via sliding doors to the work sides.
- the front part is expanded as office space for construction supervision and can be accessed from the outside through a front door.
- the sewer cleaning device fulfills the railway-specific operating conditions as follows:
- the sewer cleaning device makes no special demands on loading, because all system components can remain on the rail vehicle.
- the work train can be parked in any station and in any depot.
- the relevant mechanical components of the sewer cleaning device are operated electrically and by the self-sufficient, diesel-driven Generator of the PLC unit supplied.
- the fuel supply is sufficient that several insert layers are worked without additional refueling can.
- the fresh water reservoir of the PLC unit of 8,000 l and the fresh water chamber The SKS unit of at least 4,000 I enables use without refueling at least two layers.
- the sewer cleaning device To remove the drainage module (25), the sewer cleaning device must be accessible via a paved path by a truck.
