Claims (13)

  1. Buse d'aspirateur pour sols lisses ou revêtements de sols en textile, avec
    une partie supérieure de boîtier (1) en matière plastique, une semelle plate (2) avec une bouche d'aspiration (3),
    un porte joint (4) disposé de façon mobile réglable à l'intérieur de la partie supérieure de boîtier (1), avec au moins un élément d'étanchéité (5) en forme de bande, qui par réglage du porte joint (4) est susceptible d'entrer et de sortir sur la face inférieure de la buse,
    un levier basculant (6) pour manoeuvrer le porte joint (4) et
    au moins un ressort de rappel (11), agissant sur le porte joint (4),
    un conduit aspirant (12), comportant sur une extrémité un élément de raccordement (13) relié avec la semelle plate (2) et qui sur l'autre extrémité est conçu sous la forme de coque articulée (14) d'une articulation basculante (15) étant rapporté sur la partie supérieure de boîtier (1) et la bouche d'aspiration (3) consistant dans un conduit de circulation (16) moulé dans la semelle plate (2), qui s'étend en partant d'une ouverture (17) centrale, débouchant dans le conduit aspirant (12) à la transversale vers le conduit aspirant (12), caractérisée en ce que,
    la semelle plate (2) est fixée sur la partie supérieure de boîtier (1) par des assemblages à emboîtement entre des saillies (24) en forme de tenons de la partie supérieure de boîtier et des contre éléments (25) rapportés sur la semelle plate et
    en ce que dans une section arrière dans le sens de travail de la partie supérieure de boîtier (1), le porte joint (4) est maintenu de façon mobile en rotation entre des barrettes de logement (21) rapportées de la partie supérieure de boîtier (1) et la semelle plate (2), tout en étant guidé sur au moins l'un des tenons formé par les assemblages par emboîtement (23).
  2. Buse d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le porte joint (4) comporte des surfaces d'appuis (26) rapportées pour les ressorts de rappel (11) de chaque fois un logement de guidage (27) traversé par le tenon associé, en ce que les ressorts de rappel (11) sont disposés sur les tenons entre la semelle plate (2) et les surfaces d'appui (26) du porte joint (4).
  3. Buse d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les contre éléments (25) de la semelle plate coopérant avec les saillies (24) en forme de tenons de la partie supérieure de boîtier sont conçus sous la forme d'éléments cylindriques en forme de tronçons à tête champignon.
  4. Buse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que sur la semelle plate (2) sont rapportées des saillies d'enclenchement (28, 28') supplémentaires, qui sont susceptibles d'être fixées sur l'élément de raccordement (13) de la partie supérieure de boîtier (1) et sur les surfaces de paroi de la partie supérieure de boîtier (1).
  5. Buse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le porte joint (4) consiste dans une pièce moulée en matière plastique sous forme de treillis, comportant en tant que longeron une barre (19) avec des surfaces de logement cylindriques et au moins une baguette profilée (20) parallèle à cette dernière et reliée avec l'élément d'étanchéité (5) et des traverses (22) disposées de part et d'autre du conduit aspirant (12), reliant les longerons ((19, 20), la baguette profilée (20) portant l'élément d'étanchéité étant disposée dans le sens de travail à l'avant de l'élément de raccordement (13) du conduit aspirant (12).
  6. Buse d'aspirateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le porte joint (4) comporte deux baguettes profilées (20, 20') renforçant la pièce moulée en matière plastique en tant que longerons, pour le raccordement d'éléments d'étanchéité (5, 5'), les baguettes profilées (20, 20') étant disposées à l'avant et à l'arrière de la bouche d'aspiration (3), dans le sens de travail.
  7. Buse d'aspirateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (5') raccordé sur la baguette profilée arrière (20') est susceptible de rentrer et de sortir à travers une échancrure dans la semelle plate (2) conçue en monobloc.
  8. Buse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisée en ce que sur la baguette profilée avant (20) est raccordée une bande de poils (5) et sur la baguette profilée arrière (20') est raccordée une bande (5') en une matière élastomère.
  9. Buse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le levier basculant (6) consiste dans un arbre (7) logé de façon rotative, dans une surface de commutation conçue sous la forme d'un interrupteur à pied (8) ainsi que dans des cames (9) rapportées, les cames (9) agissant sur une surface de pression (10) associée du porte joint (4).
  10. Buse d'aspirateur selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le porte joint (4) comporte de part et d'autres du conduit aspirant (12) chaque fois deux traverses (22), l'interrupteur à pied (8) plongeant dans l'espace libre entre des traverses (22) voisines et les surfaces de pression (10) coopérant avec le levier basculant (6) étant également disposées entre les traverses (22).
  11. Duse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture (17) dans la semelle plate (2) est entourée de saillies (29) qui s'engagent dans l'élément de raccordement (13) du conduit aspirant (12) et qui assure l'étanchéité à l'air extérieur du passage entre la bouche d'aspiration (3) de la semelle plate (2) et le conduit aspirant (12) de la partie supérieure de boîtier (1).
  12. Buse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la semelle plate (2) comporte à l'avant et/ou à l'arrière de la bouche d'aspiration (3) des creux, dans lesquels sont collées des bandes ramasse fils (30).
  13. Buse d'aspirateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que l'articulation basculante (15) comporte un axe d'arbre (31) traversant, sur les extrémités duquel sont emboîtées des roues de roulement (32).
