Claims (12)
- Schließeinrichtung, insbesondere für ein Karosserieteil an einem Kfz, wobei das Karosserieteil schwenkbeweglich an einem Basisteil gelagert ist und ein Federelement mit einer axial beweglichen Kolbenstange als eine erste Baugruppe innerhalb eines Zylinders als eine zweite Baugruppe über eine Seileinrichtung, die am Karosserieteil angreift, eine Schließkraft auf das Karosserieteil ausübt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (11) an seiner axial beweglichen Baugruppe (19) eine Umlenkrolle (25) aufweist, über die die Seileinrichtung (13) geführt ist, deren Ende (29) ortsfest zur anderen Baugruppe (21) angeschlossen ist. - Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Baugruppen (19; 21) des Federelements (11) ein in Einfahrrichtung der Kolbenstange wirksamer Anschlag (35) ausgeführt ist. - Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (19) einen Anschlusskopf (23) aufweist, an dem die Umlenkrolle (25) befestigt ist. - Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben der Seileinrichtung (13) eine zweite unabhängige Seileinrichtung (51) eingesetzt wird, die in einer vorgesehenen Endposition des beweglichen Bauteils (5) eine Haltekraft ausübt. - Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seileinrichtung (13) mit zwei Tragstellen (15; 14) an dem beweglichen Karosserieteil angreift und bei einer vorgegebenen Winkelstellung des Karosserieteils zwei Seilabschnitte (41; 43) der Seileinrichtung (13) eine Tragkraft ausüben, wobei eine Anschlageinrichtung (45) als Teil der Seileinrichtung (13) bei der Schließbewegung aufgrund der Federkraft des Federelementes (11) in Eingriff steht. - Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlageinrichtung (45) einen Anschlagring (47) aufweist, der auf der Seileinrichtung (13) zur Justierung der Anschlageinrichtung (45) axial verschiebbar ist. - Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei in ihrer Funktion parallel angeordnete Federelemente (11) eingesetzt werden, wobei eine einzige Seileinrichtung (13) an beiden Federelementen (11) angeschlossen ist.
