Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Einsetzen einer Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) in eine an einer Patrone (10) oder Kartusche für einen Drucker oder Kopierer, insbesondere an einer Tintenpatrone für einen Tintenstrahldrucker, ausgebildeten Rasteinrichtung (30), welche zwei zueinander beabstandete Rasterhebungen (26, 28) aufweist, zwischen welche die Trägerplatine (16) einzusetzen ist, wobei bei dem Verfahren:ein Spreizwerkzeug (64) zwischen die Rasterhebungen (26, 28) derart eingeführt wird, dass das Spreizwerkzeug (64) mit einer an zumindest einer der Rasterhebungen (26, 28) vorgesehenen Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) in Berührung kommt,das Spreizwerkzeug (64) anschließend gegen die Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) derart bewegt wird, dass die mit der Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) versehene Rasterhebung (26, 28) von der anderen Rasterhebung (28, 26) soweit weggespreizt wird, dass ein zumindest annähernd berührungsloses Einsetzen der Trägerplatine (16) in die Rasteinrichtung (30) möglich ist,die Trägerplatine (16) am Spreizwerkzeug (64) vorbei in die Rasteinrichtung (30) eingesetzt wird, und nach dem Einsetzen der Trägerplatine (16) in die Rasteinrichtung (30) das Spreizwerkzeug (64) aus der Rasteinrichtung (30) ausgeführt wird, wobei die weggespreizte Rasterhebung (26, 28) in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurückkehrt und die Trägerplatine (16) gegen die andere Rasterhebung (26, 28) zum Halten vorspannt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Spreizwerkzeug (64) beim Spreizen der Rasteinrichtung (30) mit an beiden Rasterhebungen (26, 28) vorgesehenen Betätigungsflächen (40, 42) zur Anlage kommt und beide Rasterhebungen (26, 28) soweit auseinander spreizt, dass die Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) zumindest annähernd berührungslos in die Rasteinrichtung (30) einzusetzen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spreizwerkzeug (64) zunächst eine der Rasterhebungen (26, 28) von der anderen Rasterhebung (28, 26) wegspreizt, die Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) in einem ersten Schritt abschnittsweise in die Rasteinrichtung (30) eingesetzt wird, anschließend die andere Rasterhebung (26, 28) mit Hilfe des Spreizwerkzeuges (64) aufgespreizt wird, in einem zweiten Schritt die Trägerplatine (16) vollständig in die Rasteinrichtung (30) eingesetzt wird und das Spreizwerkzeug (64) nach dem Einsetzen der Trägerplatine (16) wieder aus der Rasteinrichtung (30) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei dem die Trägerplatine (16) vom Spreizwerkzeug (64) gehalten wird und das Spreizwerkzeug (64) nach dem Spreizen der Rasterhebung(en) (26, 28) die Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) freigibt, so dass diese durch die Schwerkraft in die Rasteinrichtung (30) fällt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei dem die Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) vom Spreizwerkzeug (64) gehalten wird und das Spreizwerkzeug (64) nach dem Spreizen der Rasterhebung(en) (26, 28) die Trägerplatine (16) in die Rasteinrichtung (30) einsetzt.
- Haltevorrichtung zum Halten einer Trägerplatine mit Informationschip an einer Patrone oder einer Kartusche für einen Drucker oder einen Kopierer, insbesondere an einer Tintenpatrone für einen Tintenstrahldrucker, mit einer an der Patrone (10) bzw. der Kartusche vorgesehenen Rasteinrichtung (30), in welche die Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) zum Befestigen einrastbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasteinrichtung (30) zwei zueinander beabstandete Rasterhebungen (26, 28) aufweist, zwischen welche die Trägerplatine (16) zum Befestigen einzuführen ist, wobei zumindest eine der Rasterhebungen (26, 28) mit einer Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) für ein Spreizwerkzeug (64) zum Wegspreizen der Rasterhebung (26, 28) für ein zumindest annähernd berührungsloses Einsetzen der Trägerplatine (16) zwischen die Rasterhebungen (26, 28) versehen ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Rasterhebungen (26, 28) eine Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) für das Spreizwerkzeug (64) aufweist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die identisch ausgebildeten Rasterhebungen (26, 28) spiegelsymmetrisch zueinander ausgebildet sind, wobei die Betätigungsflächen (40, 42) einander zugewandt sind.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Rasterhebung (26, 28) eine quer zur Einsetzrichtung (R) der Trägerplatine (16) verlaufende Rastkante (44, 46) aufweist, welche mit einer ihrer Flanken (48, 50) im eingerasteten Zustand der Trägerplatine (16) an einer der Kanten der Trägerplatine (16) anliegt und die Trägerplatine (16) in einer Vorspannrichtung (V) gegen die Patrone (10) bzw. gegen die Kartusche vorspannt, und dass die Rastkante (44, 46) im Querschnitt derart abgeschrägt ist, dass die im eingerasteten Zustand an der Kante der Trägerplatine (16) anliegende Flanke (48, 50) unter einem Winkel (β), bezogen auf die Vorspannrichtung (V), schräg verläuft.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 90, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastkante (44, 46) durch die Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) unterbrochen ist, und dass die Betätigungsfläche (40, 42) im nicht weggespreizten Zustand unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel (α) zur Einsetzrichtung (R) der Trägerplatine (16) geneigt verläuft.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (14) eine an der Patrone (10) bzw. der Kartusche ausgebildete Platinenaufnahme (52) aufweist, die zwischen den Rasterhebungen (26, 28) der Rasteinrichtung (30) angeordnet und in welche die Trägerplatine (16) mit Informationschip (18) zum Befestigen einzusetzen ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung eine in der Patrone (10) bzw. der Kartusche ausgebildete Tasche (22) aufweist, von deren Grundfläche die Rasterhebungen (26, 28) der Rasteinrichtung (30) normal abstehen.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (14) eine Positionierungshilfe (60, 62) aufweist, die mit einer an der Trägerplatine (16) ausgebildeten komplementären Positionierungshilfe (74, 76) beim Einsetzen der Trägerplatine (16) in die Rasteinrichtung (30) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungshilfe der Haltevorrichtung (14) mindestens einen längs der Einsetzrichtung (R) der Trägerplatine (16) verlaufenden Positionierungszapfen (60, 62) aufweist, der mit einer an der Trägerplatine (16) als komplementäre Positionierungshilfe ausgebildeten Positionierungsöffnung (74, 76) oder Positionierungsausnehmung in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Patrone bzw. der Kartusche nahe der Rasteinrichtung eine mit einer in der Patrone bzw. in der Kartusche angeordneten Erfassungseinrichtung verbundene Kontakteinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die über die in die Rasteinrichtung eingesetzte Trägerplatine und/oder den auf dieser angebrachten Informationschip mit der Druckersteuerung in definierter Weise elektrisch zu kontaktieren ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine in der Patrone bzw. in der Kartusche angeordnete Erfassungseinrichtung für eine berührungslose Signalübertragung zwischen der Erfassungseinrichtung und einer Empfangseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, wobei die in die Rasteinrichtung eingesetzte Trägerplatine die Empfangseinrichtung aufweist, um diese in definierter Weise mit der Druckersteuerung zu kontaktieren ist.
- Patrone für einen Drucker oder einen Kopierer, insbesondere für einen Tintenstrahldrucker, mit einer Haltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 16.
- Kartusche für einen Drucker oder einen Kopierer, insbesondere für einen Laserdrucker, mit einer Haltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 16.
