Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Aufarbeitung von Walzen eines Warmwalzgerüstes für Aluminiumwerkstoffe für die Herstellung von Walzwerkserzeugnissen, bei welchem die Walze nach oder während der Benutzung durch Bearbeitung der Walzenoberfläche aufgearbeitet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenoberfläche mit Hilfe eines Flüssigkeitsstrahls bearbeitet wird und der Flüssigkeitsdruck bei Erzeugung des Flüssigkeitsstrahls auf etwa 50 bis 250 MPa, vorzugsweise 70 bis 150 MPa, eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenoberfläche zur Aufarbeitung ausschließlich mit Hilfe eines Flüssigkeitsstrahls bearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenoberfläche im eingebauten Zustand der Walze mit Hilfe eines Flüssigkeitsstrahls bearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitung kontinuierlich oder mit Unterbrechungen während des Walzens vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitung innerhalb von Walzpausen vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Flüssigkeit Wasser verwendet wird.
