Description
Claims (7)
- 圧延製品製造用アルミニウム材料用熱間圧延スタンドのロールを改修する方法であって、使用後または使用中にロールの表面を処理するロール改修方法において、
上記ロール表面の処理を液体噴流によって行い、該液体噴流を生成する液体の圧力を50〜250MPaに設定することを特徴とする熱間圧延ロールの改修方法。 - 請求項1において、上記液体噴流を生成する液体の圧力を70〜150MPaに設定することを特徴とする熱間圧延ロールの改修方法。
- 請求項1または2において、上記ロール表面の処理を改修用の液体噴流のみで行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項において、液体噴流による上記ロール表面の処理をロールを組み付けた状態で行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4において、上記処理を、圧延中に、連続的にまたは間欠的に行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4において、上記処理を、圧延休止期間中に行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項において、上記液体として水を用いることを特徴とする方法。
