Claims (16)

  1. Füllvorrichtung (15) eines Abfalllagerungsraums, umfassend:
    - ein Gestell (16), das einen Zugang (19) aufweist und zum Anschluss an einen Abfalllagerungsraum, insbesondere für Abfälle in Beuteln, ausgestaltet ist,
    - einen rotierenden Behälter (17), der in dem Gestell (16) angeordnet ist und drehangetrieben werden kann zwischen einer ersten Position zur Einführung der Abfälle in den Behälter über den Zugang des Gestells md einer zweiten Position, die es ermöglicht, dass die Abfälle, die in den Behälter eingeführt sind, durch die Schwerkraft in den Lagerungsraum fallen,
    - eine Haube (20), die zwischen einer Schließposition des Zugangs (19) und einer Öffnungsposition, die den Zugang freilässt, bewegbar ist, wobei die Haube (20) in der Schließposition bleibt, wenn der Behälter (17) von der ersten Position auf die zweite Position wechselt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (17) eine Winkeldrehung von über 180°, vorzugsweise von annähernd 240° ausführt, um von der ersten Position auf die zweite Position zu wechseln.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zugang (19) auf einer Vorderseite des Gestells (16) liegt und dadurch, dass mindestes ein mit dem Zugang in der ersten Position benachbarter Teil des Behälters (17) einen hohen Punkt bei der Drehung des Behälters von der ersten Position in die zweite Position erreicht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (17) eine gegensinnige Drehung ausführt, um von der ersten Position auf die zweite Position zu wechseln.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (17) eine Wand (22) umfasst, die eine zylinderförmige Form aufweist, die als Leitlinie einen Kreisbogen hat.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (20) eine Wand (31) mit einer zylinderförmigen Form umfasst, die als Leitlinie einen Kreisbogen hat, der in Schließposition mit dem Behälter (17) im Wesentlichen einen Rotationszylinder bilden kann.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (20) schwenkbar auf dem Gestell (16) befestigt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel um eine Achse (Y), die von der Drehachse (X) des Behälters (17) entfernt ist, geschwenkt werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verriegelungs vorrichtung (36) der Haube (20) umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube einen Vorderrand aufweist, der sich an einer Kante des Zugangs in Schließposition ansetzt und dadurch, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung zusammenwirkende Elemente (37, 38) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen jeweils in der Mitte vom Vorderrand (39) der Haube und der Kante (25) des Zugangs (19) befestigt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Überwachungssys tem umfasst mit einer Identifiziervorrichtung, die insbesondere mit einem Kartenleser (40) zur Überwachung der Öffnung der Haube nach der Identifizierung des Benutzers versehen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie derart angeordnet ist, dass das Öffnen der Haube (20) nur stattfinden kann, wenn der Behälter (17) in seiner ersten Position ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie derart angeordnet ist, dass der Behälter (17) zwischen zwei Anwendungen in seiner zweiten Position bleibt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen pneumatischen, hydraulischen oder elektrischen Motor umfasst, der den Drehantrieb des Behälters (17 ermöglicht.
  14. Container zur Abfallsammlung, umfassend einen Tank, der einen Abfalllagerungsraum, insbesondere für Abfall in Beuteln, bildet, und eine Füllvorrichtung, so wie in einer der vorherigen Ansprüche definiert, welche die Einführung von Abfällen in den Lagerungsraum ermöglicht.
  15. Container nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerungsraum anhand einer oberen Wand (8) geschlossen wird, die einen Durchgang aufweist, wobei die Füllvorrichtung (15) auf der Wand an diesem Durchgang befestigt ist.
  16. Container nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (8) mit einem unteren Rand, der sich an der Vorderseite der Füllvorrichtung (15) befindet, ge neigt ist.
