Claims (53)

  1. Procédé pour créer une barrière, en particulier pour la protection avant, pour le refoulement ou la déviation d'objets ou de personnes en mouvement, selon lequel au moins un élément de blocage ou de protection visuelle est formé par une enveloppe gonflée à partir d'un état aplati peu encombrant au moyen d'un gaz introduit dans l'enveloppe (8, 8') ou d'un fluide générant un gaz,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est prévu une structure de support (2) composée de plusieurs colonnes de support (3, 3', 3"), et des éléments de blocage et/ou de protection visuelle sont disposés en même temps ou à la suite entre chaque fois des colonnes de support espacées les unes des autres par paires, et/ou entre au moins une colonne de support et une autre structure fixe.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs colonnes de support sont formées par extension télescopique d'éléments de structure mobiles les uns par rapport aux autres.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le gonflage de l'enveloppe est déclenché par un détecteur d'approche actionné par la personne ou par l'objet.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le détecteur d'approche détecte sans contact la personne ou l'objet.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le détecteur d'approche est déclenché par contact.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe est gonflée à une vitesse variable.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe est gonflée avec une vitesse variable pendant une opération de gonflage.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la vitesse de gonflage est adaptée en fonction d'au moins une propriété de la personne ou de l'objet.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'adaptation est effectuée selon les indications d'au moins un dispositif de reconnaissance sans contact.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe est gonflée en plus avec une substance durcissante.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un fluide autoétanchéifiant est introduit dans l'enveloppe pour obturer des trous dans l'enveloppe.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe est gonflée à partir de la structure fixe.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe est gonflée à partir de la structure de support.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de support est fixée à la structure fixe avant la pose des éléments de blocage et/ou de protection visuelle.
  15. Dispositif pour créer une barrière, en particulier pour la protection avant, le refoulement ou la déviation d'objets ou de personnes en mouvement, dans lequel au moins un élément de blocage ou de protection visuelle a la forme d'une enveloppe (8, 8') gonflée à partir d'un état aplati peu encombrant au moyen d'un gaz,
    caractérisé par
    une structure de support (2) composée de plusieurs colonnes de support (3, 3', 3"), et par des éléments de blocage et/ou de protection visuelle disposés en même temps ou à la suite, entre chaque fois des colonnes de support (3, 3', 3") espacées les unes des autres par paires, et/ou entre au moins une colonne de support (3, 3', 3") et une autre structure fixe.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de support (2) est une structure de support fixe.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de support (2) est chaque fois formée d'éléments de structure rigides (3.1', 3.2', 3.3').
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs des éléments de structure (3.1', 3.2', 3.3') sont mobiles chaque fois par paires de façon télescopique l'un par rapport à l'autre pour leur déploiement et leur retrait.
  19. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de support (2) est mobile.
  20. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de support (2) comporte des moyens de fixation (4) pour son assemblage fixe à une structure fixe.
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 20,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de fixation (4) comprennent des moyens d'assemblage (5) pour l'assemblage avec des dispositifs complémentaires (16) à la structure fixe (6).
  22. Dispositif selon la revendication 20,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de fixation (4) comprennent des moyens d'ancrage (5) pour l'ancrage automatique dans ou sur la structure fixe (6).
  23. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 22,
    caractérisé par
    un détecteur d'approche (15, 19) pour le déclenchement de l'opération de gonflage de l'enveloppe (8, 8').
  24. Dispositif selon la revendication 23,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le détecteur d'approche (15, 19) est réalisé en vue de la détection sans contact de personnes ou d'objets (O).
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 23 ou 24,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le détecteur d'approche (15, 19) peut être déclenché par contact.
  26. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 22 à 25,
    caractérisé par
    des moyens de commande (18) en vue de commander une vitesse de gonflage de l'enveloppe (8, 8').
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 26,
    caractérisé par
    au moins un dispositif de reconnaissance (15') pour produire des signaux d'entrée pour les moyens de commande (18).
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 27,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de reconnaissance (15') est réalisé en vue de reconnaítre au moins une propriété et/ou une position de la personne ou de l'objet (O).
  29. Dispositif selon la revendication 27 ou 28,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de reconnaissance (15') est réalisé en vue de reconnaítre sans contact au moins une propriété et/ou une position de la personne ou de l'objet (O).
  30. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 26 à 29,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de commande (18) comportent au moins un ensemble propulseur (23, 23') produisant un gaz et une unité d'allumage (22, 22') associée à celui-ci et qui peut être déclenchée au moyen du dispositif de reconnaissance (15').
  31. Dispositif selon la revendication 30,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ensemble propulseur (23, 23') est réalisé en plusieurs parties.
  32. Dispositif selon la revendication 31,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les parties (23, 23') de l'ensemble propulseur peuvent être déclenchées de façon décalée dans le temps.
  33. Dispositif selon la revendication 32,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les parties (23, 23') de l'ensemble propulseur sont disposées dans un boítier unique (21) et présentent un retard d'allumage différent et/ou une vitesse de combustion différente.
  34. Dispositif selon la revendication 33,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une unité d'allumage qui lui est propre (22, 22') est associée à chaque partie (23, 23') de l'ensemble propulseur.
  35. Dispositif selon la revendication 34,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les parties (23, 23') de l'ensemble propulseur sont disposées de façon localement séparée dans un boítier unique (21) et chaque unité d'allumage (22, 22') est installée dans le boítier (21) de façon correspondante à la disposition locale de la partie (23, 23') de l'ensemble propulseur.
  36. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 32 à 35,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les parties (23, 23') de l'ensemble propulseur se composent du même agent propulseur, mais présentent cependant une forme (24, 24'), une densité ou une répartition des particules différente.
  37. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 30 à 36,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ensemble propulseur (23, 23') contient uniquement des composants inoffensifs pour les personnes.
  38. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 30 à 37,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ensemble propulseur contient des composés organiques riches en azote et pauvres en carbone, comme la nitroguanidine (NIGU) et l'azotétrazolate de guanidine (GZT).
  39. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 38,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe (8, 8') est réalisée en une matière difficilement inflammable.
  40. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 39,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe (8, 8') est réalisée en une matière stable à l'égard des dommages mécaniques.
  41. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 40,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe (8, 8') est pourvue d'un revêtement actif au moins sur une zone de sa face extérieure tournée vers la personne ou l'objet (O).
  42. Dispositif selon la revendication 41,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement actif possède des propriétés adhésives au moins par zones.
  43. Dispositif selon la revendication 41 ou 42,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement actif possède au moins par zones des pointes en forme de barbes.
  44. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 43,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe (8, 8') peut en outre être gonflée avec une substance durcissante.
  45. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 44,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un fluide autoétanchéifiant peut être introduit dans l'enveloppe (8, 8') au moyen d'un dispositif d'étanchéité (18) pour obturer des trous dans l'enveloppe (8, 8').
  46. Dispositif selon la revendication 45,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de mesure de pression (18', 19) pour mesurer la pression (p) dans l'enveloppe (8, 8') et pour activer le dispositif d'étanchéité (18).
  47. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 46,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure de support (2) présente des moyens de production (14) pour des agents actifs non létaux.
  48. Dispositif selon la revendication 47,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de production (14) peuvent être activés par des signaux du dispositif de reconnaissance (15).
  49. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 48,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de contrôle (19) pour sélectionner un fonctionnement prioritaire manuel ou automatique du dispositif.
  50. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 49, pour la protection d'installations ou de bâtiments fixes, en particulier contre des groupes de personnes, des avions ou des véhicules terrestres.
  51. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 49, pour la protection d'objets mobiles, en particulier contre des groupes de personnes, des avions ou des véhicules terrestres.
  52. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 49, pour influencer des groupes des personnes lors de grandes manifestations publiques, comme des manifestations sportives ou des manifestations politiques.
  53. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 49, en remplacement de mines.
