- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe d'un brûleur conforme à l'invention, la coupe étant réalisée suivant un plan contenant l'axe du tube à dépression et perpendiculaire au plan médian de la chambre annulaire ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective de la moitié inférieure du tube à dépression d'un brûleur conforme à l'invention, observé du côté de sa sortie ;

Claims (12)
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne, comprenant un injecteur de gaz (1), un tube à dépression (2), ou venturi, assurant une induction d'air primaire, un pot (3), et un chapeau (4), le chapeau coiffant le pot et délimitant conjointement avec le pot une chambre annulaire (5) de distribution d'un mélange combustible d'air et de gaz, la chambre (5) présentant un bord interne (51) qui entoure le centre (50) de cette chambre et qui est percé d'orifices (510) de sortie de flammes, et le tube à dépression (2) présentant une entrée (20) ouverte à l'air atmosphérique, des première et seconde sections longitudinales (21, 22) présentant respectivement des profils convergent et divergent, et une sortie (23) débouchant dans la chambre annulaire (5), la première section (21) prenant naissance à l'entrée (20) du tube (2), la seconde section (22) succédant à la première section (21) et se terminant à la sortie (23) du tube, et l'injecteur (1) étant relativement plus proche de l'entrée (20) du tube à dépression (2) que de la sortie (23) de ce tube, caractérisé en ce que le tube à dépression (2) s'étend longitudinalement suivant un axe (X) sensiblement inscrit dans un plan médian (P) de la chambre annulaire (5), et en ce que ce tube (2) présente une longueur (L2) au plus égale au double de la plus grande distance (R) séparant le bord interne (51) de la chambre (5) du centre (50) de cette chambre.
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord interne (51) de la chambre annulaire (5) est circulaire
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (L2) du tube (2) est au plus égale au diamètre (2.R) du bord interne (51) de la chambre (5).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (L2) du tube (2) est au plus égale au rayon (R) du bord interne (51) de la chambre (5).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tube (2) débouche dans la chambre (5) suivant une direction radiale par rapport au bord interne (51) de celle-ci, et en ce que cette chambre (5) est équipée d'une chicane (6) de répartition du mélange combustible, conformée en arc de cercle et interposée entre la sortie (23) du tube (2) et certains au moins des orifices (510) de sortie de flammes disposés en regard de cette sortie (23).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la sortie (23) du tube (2) présente respectivement, dans le plan médian (P) et perpendiculairement au plan médian (P), une largeur (L23) et une hauteur (H2), la hauteur (H2) étant inférieure à la largeur (L23).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la seconde section (22) du tube présente, perpendiculairement au plan médian (P), une hauteur (H2) sensiblement constante jusqu'à la sortie (23) du tube.
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la seconde section (22) du tube (2) et la chambre (5) présentent, perpendiculairement au plan médian (P), des hauteurs (H2, H5) sensiblement égales.
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant les revendications 5 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la chicane (6) occupe une partie seulement de la hauteur (H5) de la chambre, et est disposée plus près du chapeau (4) que du pot (3).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (7) de maintien de l'injecteur (1), incluant lui-même un conduit (71) d'arrivée de gaz, une platine (72), et un étrier (73), l'injecteur étant monté à une extrémité libre (710) du conduit (71) d'arrivée de gaz, la platine (72) étant solidaire du tube à dépression (2) et présentant une ouverture (720) en regard de l'entrée (20) de ce tube (2), et l'étrier (73) étant solidaire de la platine (72) et supportant le conduit (71) d'arrivée de gaz à distance de l'ouverture de la platine (72).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (1) débouche dans la première section (21) du tube à dépression (2).
- Brûleur à gaz à flamme interne suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube à dépression (2) est formé de deux parties (2A, 2B) sensiblement symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport au plan médian (P) de la chambre annulaire (5).
