Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Regelung einer zumindest ein elektronisches Nockenschaltwerk (20) und zumindest einen motorischen Antrieb (10) für bewegbare Verpackungsmaschinenbauteile wie Hüllstofförderer, Siegelbacken oder dergleichen umfassenden Verpackungsmaschine (2) mit einer Regelungseinrichtung (16), an die Antriebsdaten und/oder von Sensoren (12) ermittelte Betriebszustandsdaten von in der Verpackungsmaschine (2) bewegten Elementen übermittelt werden und die vorgebbare abgespeicherte Bahnkurventabellen, mathematische Funktionen und/oder weitere dynamische Bewegungsprozesse der Maschinenelemente (24) und/oder in der Verpackungsmaschine (2) bewegten Elemente beschreibende Daten verarbeitet und in Abhängigkeit der Betriebszustandsdaten und der die dynamischen Bewegungsprozesse beschreibenden Daten einen Zeitpunkt für die Ein- und/oder Ausschaltung des elektronischen Nockenschaltwerks (20) bestimmt und den Schaltvorgang einleitet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelungseinrichtung (16) als zusätzlichen Parameter Totzeiten und/oder Reaktionszeiten des vom elektronischen Nockenschaltwerk (20) geschalteten Maschinenelements (24) der Verpackungsmaschine (2) verarbeitet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zeitpunkt der Schaltung eines elektronischen Nockenschaltwerkes (20) mittels eines in einer Subroutine der Software der Regelungseinrichtung (16) ablaufenden Verfahrens bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hinterlegten Bahnkurventabellen, mathematische Funktionen und/oder weitere dynamische Bewegungsprozesse in der Verpackungsmaschine (2) beschreibende Daten in Zeitprognosedaten umgerechnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Änderung der Antriebsdaten der variablen Antriebe automatisch oder auf Befehl der Zeitpunkt für eine Schaltung des elektronischen Nokkenschaltwerkes (20) neu bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Neubestimmung des Zeitpunktes für eine Schaltung des elektronischen Nockenschaltwerkes (20) automatisch oder auf Befehl in einer Subroutine der Software der Regelungseinrichtung (16) eine Realisierbarkeitsprüfung in Abhängigkeit vorgebbarer Grenzwerte durchgeführt wird.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) mit einer Regelungseinrichtung (16) für zumindest ein elektronisches Nockenschaltwerk (20), wobei die Regelungseinrichtung (16) mit Sensoren (12) verbunden ist, die dieser ermittelte Betriebszustandsdaten von in der Verpackungsmaschine (2) bewegten Elementen und/oder Maschinenelementen (24) übermitteln, und Ein- und Ausschaltsignale an das elektronische Nokkenschaltwerk (20) gibt, wobei der jeweilige Zeitpunkt einer befohlenen Schaltung des elektronischen Nockenschaltwerks (20) in Abhängigkeit von den erhaltenen Betriebszustandsdaten steuerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von der Regelungseinrichtung (16) ermittelte Zeitpunkt für die Ein- und/oder Ausschaltung des elektronischen Nockenschaltwerkes (20) von der Regelungseinrichtung (16) in Abhängigkeit von vorgebbaren abgespeicherten Bahnkurventabellen, mathematische Funktionen und/oder weiteren dynamische Bewegungsprozesse beschreibenden Daten der in der Verpackungsmaschine bewegten Elemente und/oder Maschinenelemente (24) veränderbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahnkurventabellen, mathematische Funktionen und/oder weiteren dynamische Bewegungsprozesse beschreibenden Daten der in der Verpackungsmaschine bewegten Elemente und/oder Maschinenelemente (24) in einem Speicherelement (30) abgelegt sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine (2) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahnkurventabellen, mathematische Funktionen und/oder weiteren dynamische Bewegungsprozesse beschreibenden Daten der in der Verpackungsmaschine bewegten Elemente und/oder Maschinenelemente (24) nur einmal in einer Bibliothek in einem Speicher hinterlegt sind.
