Claims (13)

  1. Schuh aufweisend:
    - eine Abnutzungssohle (40),
    - eine ausgleichende Zwischensohle (60),
    - einen Schaft (10),
    - zumindest ein Schaftverstärkungsbauteil (20, 170, 190),
    - zumindest ein Sohlenverstärkungsbauteil (50, 160, 180),
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Verstärkungsbauteile gegenseitig durch eine weiche Kopplung zumindest in Querrichtung über die Zwischensohle gekoppelt sind,
    - die Kopplung der Verstärkungsbauteile (50, 160, 180; 20, 170, 190) deutlich in derselben Ebene der Zwischensohle geschieht,
    - die Ränder der Kopplung (22, 58; 161, 181) der Verstärkungsbauteile (20, 50; 160, 180) jeweils deutlich auf Stoß kommen.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verstärkungsbauteil der Sohle und des Schafts auf die Zwischensohle (60) geklebt ist.
  3. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischensohle (60) aus EVA ist.
  4. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verstärkungsbauteil des Schafts (20, 170, 190) auch an den Schaft gekoppelt ist.
  5. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verstärkungsbauteil des Schafts zumindest einen Ast (21, 172, 192) umfasst, welcher zumindest teilweise die spätere Region des Fußes des Benutzers umfasst.
  6. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungsbauteil des Schafts zumindest zwei Äste umfasst, einer (170) medial, der andere (190) lateral, wobei jeder eine Seite jeweils medial, lateral der Nachregion des Fußes des Benutzers umfasst.
  7. Schuh nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ast (179, 190) jeweils medial, lateral des Verstärkungselements des Schafts zu einem jeweils medialen, lateral (160, 180) Abschnitt des Verstärkungsbauteils der Sohle unten ist.
  8. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanischen Eigenschaften der Verstärkungselemente des Schafts (170, 190) und der Sohle (160, 180) asymmetrisch jeweils auf der medialen und lateralen Seite sind.
  9. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils die Abschnitte (160, 180) des Verstärkungselements der Sohle Querlappen (161, 181) umfassen, welche jeweils miteinander verschränkt sind.
  10. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der Kopplung (22, 58, 161, 181) der Verstärkungsbauteile mit einem Spiel, enthalten zwischen 0 und ungefähr 5 mm, beabstandet sind.
  11. Schuh nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischensohle einen Hohldruck umfasst, welcher dem Umrandungsprofil der zwei Verstärkungsbauteile (20, 50) entspricht.
  12. Schuh nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe des Eindrucks der Zwischensohle der Dicke der Verstärkungsbauteile (20, 50) entspricht.
  13. Sohle für einen Schuh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Abnutzungssohle (40), zumindest ein Verstärkungsbauteil der Sohle (50, 160, 180), eine ausgleichende Zwischensohle (60), und zumindest ein Verstärkungsbauteil des Schafts (20, 170, 190) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 umfasst.
