Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wechselbehälter mit einem mit Greifkanten versehenen Bodenrahmen, Befestigungsbeschlägen, Greifkanten und klappbaren Stützbeinen.The present invention relates to a swap body having a gripped edge bottom frame, mounting brackets, gripping edges and foldable support legs.

Wie sich aus dem Text der Norm EN 284 ergibt, muß sichergestellt werden, daß die Greifzangen des Umschlaggerätes beim Längsverschieben des Wechselbehälters den Bereich der Greifkanten nicht verlassen. Üblicherweise wird deshalb an jeder Endseite einer Greifkante ein Anschlag angebracht. Wenn der Wechselbehälter jedoch Stützbeine mit sich führt, werden diese im eingeklappten Zustand in den Raum geklappt, der benachbart zu den Greifkanten liegt. Der verbleibende freie Bauraum reicht dann bei niedrigen Bodenrahmen nicht mehr aus, um in den Endbereichen einer Greifkante noch Anschläge vorzusehen. Für diesen Fall schlägt die Norm EN 284 vor, die Greifkante zu verlängern. Trotz der Verlängerung der Greifkante ist es aber immer wieder vorgekommen, daß Wechselbehälter aus den Greifzangen des Umschlaggerätes herausrutschen, wodurch erheblicher Schaden am Wechselbehälter, darin gelagerten Waren und unter der schwebenden Last befindlichen Gegenständen entstehen kann.As is clear from the text of the standard EN 284, it must be ensured that the tongs of the transhipment device do not leave the area of the gripping edges when the interchangeable container is moved longitudinally. Um ein Verschieben einer Greifzange in einer Längsrichtung zur Greifkante 8 zu vermeiden, ist auf das Stützbein 10 ein einzelner Anschlag 12 auf die senkrecht stehende seitliche Außenfläche des Stützbeins 10 aufgesetzt. Nach hinten fehlt ein solcher Anschlag 12, die Greifkante 8 ist jedoch durch die Seitenteile des Befestigungsbeschlages 6 gegen ein Herausrutschen aus einer Greifzange gesichert. Im Ausführungsbeispiel weist das Stützbein einen quadratischen Querschnitt auf, der Anschlag 12 kann jedoch auch auf anderen Profilquerschnitten so aufgesetzt werden, daß er als Anschlag wirkt für eine Greifzange. Wenn das Stützbein 10 heruntergeklappt wird, um darauf den Wechselbehälter 2 abzustellen, klappt der Anschlag 12 zusammen mit dem Stützbein 10 herunter und kommt in eine annähernd waagerechte Lage. Denkbar ist es, im Stützbein 10 an einem geeigneten Befestigungspunkt eine Öffnung vorzusehen, in die ein Befestigungsfuß des Anschlags 12 hineinsteckbar ist. Claims (3)
- Interchangeable container (2) having a bottom frame (4) provided with edges for gripping (8), having attachment fittings (6) and having foldable supporting legs (10), characterised in that at least one abutment (12) is fastened to at least one of the supporting legs (10), on a lateral outer face of the supporting leg (10), in such a way that, when the supporting leg (10) is in the folded-in position, the abutment (12) is situated in the region of an edge for gripping (8).
- Interchangeable container according to claim 1, characterised in that the abutment (12) has a supporting surface which is perpendicular to the face of the edge for gripping (8).
- Interchangeable container according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the abutment (12) has a rounded external outline on its side remote from the supporting leg (10).
