That is usually stored in a flat glass plant Assortment of glass pane packages can, for example, with only six different ring designs packed, stored and be shipped, the individual Packaging units in almost any order can be put together and transported. Through the mutual screwing of the packaging units is even possible with the help of a suitable crane traverse entire bundle of screws screwed together lifting a crane and placing it on the vehicle or unload from the vehicle.
- the stack of glass packages shown in Fig. 1 with Help of the frame according to the invention to a stable Arrangement is composed of a number of Glass pane packages 1, 2 and 3, the different Have height dimensions. So have the two Glass pane packages 1 a relatively low height H, while the three glass pane packages 2 are a substantial have greater height H. Have the glass pane packages 3 a height between the height of the glass pane packets 1 and 2 lies.
- the length L of the glass pane packages is at the same for all glass pane packages and amounts, for example 1 to 3 m.
- Glass pane packages with such a length are each of two independent single rings 6, 7 or 8 braced together in a fixed package.
- the glass panes of a package tightly together between a vertical longitudinal profile of the rings and the top glass pane of the package intermediate body 10 rubber-elastic material interposed, and the The necessary contact pressure is achieved by tightening and Locking the two L-shaped ring sections 12, 13 applied to each ring.
- the Length of the vertical longitudinal profiles is not significantly larger than the height of the respective glass pane package.
- rings 6, 7 and 8 have one different height, which is about the height of each corresponding glass panel package corresponds.
- the ones with the rings Glass pane packages can be in the large glass warehouse with the rings can be stacked, for example by glass panes same size can be stored together.
- the individual glass sheets into one Glass package will first be the L-shaped Ring sections 13 arranged in a slightly inclined position, on the bottom section or foot part of the glass panes be put on.
- When setting up the L-shaped Ring sections 13 is to be ensured that in all Glass panes of whatever size are always the same horizontal distance A between the two rings is observed. This is important so when later Loads of glass panes of different sizes for one Transport is put together that the glass pane packages surrounding rings can be connected.
- the various Glass pane packages according to the respective orders of customers, for example on a truck compiled by using a crane traverse seized and in a vertical arrangement on the loading area of the truck are parked.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a frame for storage and / or Transporting packages from flat glass panes, from the upright glass panes surrounding frames two L-shaped frame sections, each under The glass panes can be locked together, each frame made for a glass package two independent, two L-shaped Ring sections comprising rings with a load-bearing Bottom section and vertical longitudinal profiles, and the vertical longitudinal profiles of the rings in each case same height with means of mutual fastening two adjacent glass pane packages are.
A frame of this kind is from FR-A-2318074 known. This well-known frame serves Glass pane packages of the same dimensions in a vertical position to store and transport. The rings from juxtaposed frame frames can be placed in fasteners arranged at the same height with each other be screwed. In this way it is possible to have several Combine packages of glass panes of the same dimensions and to transport together.
Compared to the usual A-shaped transport frames This results in an inclined position of the glass panes Saving space. In addition, frame frames have the advantage that the frame itself is also much smaller Have space requirements than conventional frames, so that too the transport of the frame frames alone is essential is more economical.
Similar frames for glass panes are always the same Area dimensions are also from the documents DE-A-2758270 and DE-A-2758263 are known. These well-known too Frame frames can only be used for the transport of Glass pane packages with the same area dimensions of the Glass panes are used.
If glass panes with very different Area dimensions to be transported are the known frames not suitable for this. For the However, supplying customers is often required Glass pane packages of different dimensions to transport the same vehicle.
The invention is based on the object To develop a rack system that is suitable for both glass pane packages of large dimensions as well Glass pane packages of relatively small dimensions store and at the same time on the same vehicle transport.
The frame according to the invention is characterized in that the frame has at least two different sizes of rings for glass pane packages of different dimensions includes.
Each glass pane package is made up of two separate rings surrounded, which in turn each made of L-shaped Ring sections exist. The rings are each in the same predetermined distance from each other on the Stacked glass panels arranged, making the mutual Fastening of the glass pane packages also possible when using glass panes of different dimensions Rings of different heights to form a complete package should be summarized.
In its simplest embodiment, a frame according to the invention single rings, that is, from only a profile bar existing rings of different heights. In a further development of the invention, there is a framework forming rings from double rings by one Double ring section made of two parallel to each other arranged L-shaped parts consists of profile bars, which are connected by cross struts. This Double rings are designed like a ladder by the Longitudinal bars are connected to each other by cross bars. Such double rings are useful if Glass pane packages with large longitudinal dimensions to be transported.
Single rings and double rings can be different Combine wisely. On the one hand, just like in the case of single rings, only one frame in total comprise, of which several double rings according to the invention different sizes can be combined. On the other hand, it is special according to one advantageous embodiment of the invention possible, frame Single rings and frames made of double rings close together combine, so that glass panes in this way of very different sizes to a large stack summarized and on the same transport vehicle can be sent.
The storage and transport system according to the invention thus includes annular frames of different heights and different Width that can all be firmly connected.

Glass pane packages with such a length are each

Mit Hilfe der Ringe 6, 7, 8 werden also jeweils
Glasscheiben gleicher Größe zu Glasscheibenpaketen
zusammengefaßt. Die so mit den Ringen versehenen
Glasscheibenpakete können im Großglaslager mit den Ringen
gestapelt werden, indem beispielsweise Glasscheibenpakete
gleicher Größe jeweils zusammen gelagert werden. Beim
Aufstapeln der einzelnen Glasscheiben zu einem
Glasscheibenpaket werden zunächst die L-förmigen
Ringabschnitte 13 in leicht geneigter Stellung angeordnet,
With the help of the
In the large glass warehouse, the various
