Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen VerpackungsbehƤlter aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus einem Flachschlauch, der zumindest auf einer Seite verschlossen ist und einen beutelfƶrmigen BehƤlter bildet, wobei der Flachschlauch auƟen von zwei weiteren Flachfolien randĆ¼bergreifend umgeben ist, welche an den LƤngs- und Querkanten des innen liegenden Flachschlauchs eine randseitige Ɯberlappung ausbildenThe invention relates to a packaging container made of plastic, consisting of a flat tube which is closed at least on one side and forms a bag-shaped container, wherein the flat tube outside the edge of two other flat films is surrounded, which at the longitudinal and transverse edges of the inner flat tube a Form edge overlap

Packaging containers made of plastic, which consist for example of a single-layer or multi-layer flat hose, are required for various types of substances in order to protect them from contamination or, in the case of granular materials, to be able to deliver them in a specific packaging size. In particular, in chemical or pharmaceutical products packaging bags are used, which are made of a flat hose. In order to keep these substances dry, it is customary to fix on the inner surface of the bag a bag filled with a desiccant, for example silica gel, calcium sulfate or the like. This is done, for example, with the aid of a perforated cover film, which is welded to cover the desiccant bag on the inner surface of the tubular film edge-shaped. By an existing perforation of existing example of porous paper, felt or the like existing bag or the desiccant with the interior of the packaging bag in combination to keep it dry or to a certain degree of dryness.

For fixing the desiccant bag on the inner surface of the bag in this case various methods are known. In one method, the sealed at one end of the packaging bag is everted and on the now exposed inner surface of a desiccant bag and above a perforated cover sheet is placed and welded with its edge on the inner surface. In a second method, a packaging bag which has only been welded at one end is used and a larger circular cut-out is incorporated and a previously perforated inner film and a second non-perforated outer film are welded from the outside to the edge of the cutout with the interposition of a desiccant. In both cases there is thus a connection between the desiccant bag and the interior of the packaging container. However, such cover films extend only over a small area of the packaging container without increasing the tightness of the packaging container,

British patent specification GB 515,014 discloses a packaging arrangement in which an inner flat hose is partially laminated from the outside with a flat film. In order to prevent the packaging container from tearing under high pressure, it is proposed to round out the corners of the packaging container, so that no acute-angled corners are created where the packaging container can tear.

In EP 0 778 202 an aseptic bag is disclosed which is suitable for the separation of liquids. This bag has another pocket within an outer pocket, the two pockets being separated by an air space. It is envisaged that the inner pocket is perforated to filter out individual particles from liquids.

No. 3,838,794 discloses an arrangement of two nested bags wherein a pressurized air space is provided between the bags. The pressurized air space serves to force liquid out of the inner bag to the outside.

In the German patent application DE 196 00 530 a double bag arrangement is disclosed, in which a non-transparent tubular film packaging is arranged in a further, transparent tubular film packaging. This arrangement serves to store light-sensitive liquids, wherein the liquid penetrates from the outside into the transparent bag after opening the inner bag and thus the liquid level can be recognized by the transparent outer packaging.

For many of the substances to be packaged, however, it is required that the interior of the packaging container is completely sterile and free of foreign particles. Further demands even require a gas-tightness of the container so that foreign substances can neither penetrate nor escape. It must be ensured that the packaging container provided for receiving is still completely sterile and free of foreign particles. Farther It has been shown that in multilayer films at the open ends of the packaging container, a rolling effect is produced, which leads to a deformation inward and thus complicates filling.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a packaging container which resists high internal pressure, is gas and aroma-tight and which has a high rigidity and is easier to fill.

Furthermore, the packaging container according to the invention is based on the object to provide a packaging container available, which remains free after production of foreign particles and germs.

A further object of the invention is to provide a packaging container which can not only be manufactured and transported free of foreign particles and germs, but can also be reliably re-welded.

Yet another object of the invention is to provide a packaging material which can be safely wound in the closed state.

According to the invention, it is provided to solve the problem that the flat tube with the flat films is laminated over the entire surface. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

By using a further flat film with marginal overlap and different physical and chemical properties ensures that the inner flat hose, which is intended to accommodate the substances to be transported, can also be closed so that the packaging material predetermined boundary conditions, such as air and gastight as well as aroma and UV protection etc. are guaranteed. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a packaging container available, which is optionally delivered closed. By the selected edge-to-edge welding with flag projection is further ensured that the thickness of the flat tube in the packaging container according to the invention over the entire width of the flat film is close to the same height and thus this flat film can be wound up to form a stable winding. In the packaging container according to the invention, a uniform outer film layer is placed over the entire width of the inner flat tube, so that it can be achieved that the inner flat tube can be welded from the outside through the outer film. This welding can be carried out over the entire width with the same temperature and a comparable heat flow, so that no uneven welding of the inner flat tube transversely to the machine direction occurs.

Only through the lining according to the invention of the inner flat tube with the outer film and the film assembly according to the invention is achieved that the packaging container both a high rigidity, especially at the opening edge, a gas and aroma resistance, a high resistance to high internal pressures, as in the storage of many Overfilled filled packaging may occur, a particle and germ deficiency, even during storage, and also has a safe Aufwickelbarkeit. Specifically, by the lamination is achieved that the heat flow through the composite layers in the welding of the inner tube is high enough that the inner tube, which has a higher melting temperature than the outer sheet material, high enough to weld the inner tube safely without that at this process dissolves the outer material. In particular, it is achieved by means of the layer arrangement and lamination according to the invention that the inner flat hose can, if required, still be welded during production by welding through the outer film material, so that the inner flat hose remains largely free of germs and particles and is slit on filling in a filling machine on one side, wherein at the SchlitzrƤndem by the stiffness of the outer film layer no rolling effect occurs, so that a machine filling without special measures for opening edge stabilization are necessary. Furthermore, the inner flat tube can be re-welded with a generic welding machine, without cannulation or insufficient welding are expected. For filling the packaging bag described above, two methods are mainly used. First, there is the possibility to make a direct filling of a flat hose from a supply roll in a packaging machine. Another possibility is to provide the filling of a single prefabricated flat bag in a packaging system. In both cases, the problem usually arises that the composite flat hose or composite flat bag has a relatively strong rolling effect on the open side inwards, which can be a hindrance during the filling process, if this is not even impossible. The method according to the invention surprisingly achieves the advantage that the roll effect does not occur during prefabrication in the type according to the invention and optimum filling in a packaging machine becomes possible.

To ensure that the inner receptacle is completely surrounded by the outer flat film, a marginal overlap is formed. The connection of the inner flat tube with the outer flat films can in this case be produced by bonding by hot melt adhesive or welding due to heat, wherein for filling the inner flat tube both in the inner and the outer flat films, a filling opening is present, which are subsequently closed. In this case, the temperature for closing the inner flat tube or for laminating with the outer flat foil is preferably selected so that the temperature for laminating is lower than that for closing the flat tube. However, as far as special plastic materials are used, which may have approximately the same melting temperature ranges, can be inserted on the side where the container for filling open, for example, a Teflon slider, a connection of the inner flat hose or a compound of prevents outer flat films. Similarly, the use of a hot melt adhesive can be used.

Thus, the marginal overlap is uniformly ensured and an undesirable displacement of the inner flat tube can not occur is provided that the inner flat tube and the outer flat films are glued or welded together. This ensures that the inner flat tube is firmly fixed in relation to the outer flat foil.

For cost-effective mechanical production of packaging containers according to the invention it is provided that the inner flat hose closed on one side in the form of individual bag-shaped containers in two outer two flat outer foils are spaced, wherein the flat films in the area between the inner bag-shaped flat hose touch. Thus, a complete overlap of the outer flat films is ensured to the inner flat tube and there is also the possibility to produce such trained packaging container as roll goods, which is pre-assembled and can be used for the use of individual packaging container after cutting the outer flat film. After filling, the inner tubular film is then sealed, for example, welded, and then additionally glued or welded the outer flat films in the overlapping area. So that no gas diffusion can take place, the outer films can preferably consist of a laminated film or an aluminum foil.

In a particular embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the inner flat tube and the outer flat films are made of a multilayer film, wherein the two-layer inner flat tube with an outer layer of LDPE (low density polyethylene) and an inner layer of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) is prepared and the outer flat films of LDPE or a multilayer film are produced, whereby the inner flat tube with the outer flat films can be welded together by the action of temperature when the two LDPE films are opposite. Here, the melting point is chosen so that the outer flat films are not damaged or blocked by the heat due to a higher melting temperature.

The particular advantage of the plastic packaging container according to the invention is that the packaging bags are provided with an additional protective film, which can be gas-tight and airtight, for example, in the form that an overlapping edge region is created, which is a complete enclosure of the inner Flat hose allows. Another significant advantage is that a prefastening of the packaging container can be done and they are delivered as a roll, so that after a severing of the outer flat film individual packaging bags arise that have the aforementioned properties.

The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS.

Hierbei kann vorzugsweise ein Schmelzkleber eingesetzt werden.FIG. 1 shows, in a plan view for better illustration, a flat tube 1 with a lower flat foil 2, which can be glued to one another, for example, or else welded together. The lower flat film 2 is dimensioned so that it projects beyond the edge region of the flat hose 1 on all sides and thus completely surrounds it. The inner flat hose 1 is closed in the embodiment shown on one side by a weld 3, while the opposite side has an opening 4, in which a Teflon slide 5 is inserted to prevent closure of the opening 4 during manufacture. Preferably, multilayer films are used both as flat tube 1 and flat film 2, wherein the two-layer inner flat tube 1 is produced with an outer layer of LDPE and an inner layer of HDPE, while the outer flat film of LDPE or a multilayer film can be produced, the LDPA film opposite to the flat hose 1 comes to rest. As a result, for example, it is possible by the action of temperature to connect both the inner flat tube 1 and the outer flat film 2 with each other for fixation. Preferably, the melting point is chosen so that the outer flat film 2 is not damaged or blocked by the effect of heat due to a higher melting temperature. Alternatively, there is the possibility that, instead of a multilayer film, one with an adhesive layer is used, so that the inner flat tube 1 and the outer flat films 2 are glued together over the entire surface during manufacture and thus the inner flat tube is fixed in its position relative to the outer flat film 2. In this case, a hotmelt adhesive can preferably be used.

Figure 2 shows the arrangement of Figure 1 with an additional upper flat film 6, which comes to cover with the lower flat film 2 and in the illustration shown, however, is slightly shifted to the top right and additionally has a folded corner region 7 for improved presentation.

Figure 3 shows a finished packaging container 10 with inner flat tube 1 and outer flat films 2, 6 after filling, wherein the inner flat tube 1 is closed on both sides by a weld 3, 8 and the outer flat films 2, 6 by welds 12, 13, 14 and 15 additional are closed. Alternatively, there is the possibility that the weld seams are dispensed with, at least in the case of the outer flat films 2, 6 and either an adhesive coating is used instead or a laminated flat film 2, 6 is used which connects to each other and to the inner flat hose 1 as a result of low heat action without special weld allows. Of the various variants, only the one with welds 12, 13, 14, 15 for the outer flat films 2, 6 and for the inner flat hose 1 with the welds 3, 11 is shown.

Figure 4 and 5 shows in a side view and top view of the manufacturing process of the packaging container 10 according to the invention, wherein a prepared flat hose 1 is fed to a production line and simultaneously from supply rollers 16, 17, a lower and upper flat film 2, 6 is supplied in such a way that the flat tube. 1 spaced between the flat films 2, 6 comes to rest. By means of pressure rollers 18, 19, the adhesion of the outer flat films 2, 6 on the flat hose 1 can be effected here, for example when using an adhesive film. However, as far as a weld is preferred is a longitudinal welding by a weld 12 by means of an upper and lower heating element 20, 21 and the production of a transverse weld 14 by two further heating rods 22, 23. During the welding is for later filling of the packaging container 10 in the existing Opening a Teflon slider 5 or a Teflon strip inserted, which can be removed after welding. This results in a unilaterally open packaging container 10, which is closed after filling by further welding operations. A first indicated production variant is based on a separation of the weld seam 14, so that individual packaging containers 10 are produced, which are fed to a packaging machine. Alternatively, there is the possibility that a separation of the individual packaging containers 10 is dispensed with and they are wound up on a roll which is further used in a packaging installation. Within the packaging machine, it is thus possible to handle individual packaging containers 10 and to fill them after cutting through the weld seam 14.

Alternatively, instead of the welding device, it is possible to coat the lower and upper flat films 2, 6 with an adhesive film facing the flat hose 1, so that the two outer flat films 2, 6 adhere directly to the flat top of the flat tube 1 and lie on each other in the edge region. Alternatively, it is possible to use a hot melt adhesive. In the case of using a laminated film with hot melt adhesive, a connection of the inner flat hose 1 with the outer flat films 2 can be effected by a large-surface temperature action, wherein the connection is made with a suitable temperature selection, without the inner flat hose 1 is closed on all sides. For this purpose, it is necessary that the flat tube 1 is welded at least on one side before. After filling the packaging container 1 can be achieved by increased temperature effect in the filling of the packaging container 1, a closure of the inner flat tube 1 and the outer flat films 2, 6.
