Figur 1 zeigt in einer Draufsicht zur besseren Veranschaulichung einen Flachschlauch 1 mit einer unteren Flachfolie 2, die beispielsweise miteinander verklebt oder aber auch verschweiĆt sein kƶnnen. Die untere Flachfolie 2 ist so bemessen, dass sie den Randbereich des Flachschlauchs 1 allseitig Ć¼berragt und diesen somit vollstƤndig umgibt. Der innere Flachschlauch 1 ist im gezeigten AusfĆ¼hrungsbeispiel einseitig durch eine SchweiĆnaht 3 verschlossen, wƤhrend die gegenĆ¼ber liegende Seite eine Ćffnung 4 aufweist, in der ein Teflonschieber 5 eingeschoben ist, um wƤhrend der Fertigung ein VerschlieĆen der Ćffnung 4 zu verhindern. Vorzugsweise werden sowohl als Flachschlauch 1 und Flachfolie 2 mehrschichtige Folien eingesetzt, wobei der zweischichtige innere Flachschlauch 1 mit einer AuĆenschicht aus LDPE und einer Innenschicht aus HDPE hergestellt wird, wƤhrend die ƤuĆere Flachfolie aus LDPE oder einer mehrschichtigen Folie hergestellt werden kann, deren LDPA-Folie gegenĆ¼ber der des Flachschlauchs 1 zu liegen kommt. Hierdurch besteht beispielsweise die Mƶglichkeit durch Temperatureinwirkung sowohl den inneren Flachschlauch 1 als auch die ƤuĆere Flachfolie 2 miteinander zur Fixierung zu verbinden. Vorzugsweise wird der Schmelzpunkt hierbei so gewƤhlt, dass die ƤuĆere Flachfolie 2 durch die WƤrmeeinwirkung aufgrund einer hƶheren Schmelztemperatur nicht beschƤdigt oder verblockt wird. Alternativ besteht die Mƶglichkeit, dass anstelle einer Mehrschichtfolie eine solche mit Klebeschicht verwendet wird, sodass der innere Flachschlauch 1 und die ƤuĆeren Flachfolien 2 wƤhrend der Fertigung vollflƤchig miteinander verklebt sind und somit der innere Flachschlauch in seiner Lage gegenĆ¼ber der ƤuĆeren Flachfolie 2 festgelegt ist. Von den verschiedenen Varianten ist nur die mit SchweiĆnƤhten 12, 13, 14, 15 fĆ¼r die ƤuĆeren Flachfolien 2, 6 sowie fĆ¼r den inneren Flachschlauch 1 mit den SchweiĆnƤhten 3, 11 dargestellt.Figure 3 shows a
Figur 4 und 5 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht beziehungsweise Draufsicht den Fertigungsprozess der erfindungsgemƤĆen VerpackungsbehƤlter 10, wobei ein vorbereiteter Flachschlauch 1 einer FertigungsstraĆe zugefĆ¼hrt wird und gleichzeitig von Vorratsrollen 16, 17 eine untere und obere Flachfolie 2, 6 in derart zugefĆ¼hrt wird, dass der Flachschlauch 1 beabstandet zwischen den Flachfolien 2, 6 zu liegen kommt. Mittels Andruckrollen 18, 19 kann hierbei beispielsweise bei Verwendung einer Klebefolie das Anhaften der ƤuĆeren Flachfolien 2, 6 auf dem Flachschlauch 1 bewirkt werden. Soweit jedoch eine SchweiĆnaht vorgezogen wird erfolgt eine LƤngsverschweiĆung durch eine SchweiĆnaht 12 mittels eines oberen und unteren Heizstabes 20, 21 und die Herstellung einer querliegenden SchweiĆnaht 14 durch zwei weitere HeizstƤbe 22, 23. WƤhrend der VerschweiĆung wird zum spƤteren BefĆ¼llen der VerpackungsbehƤlter 10 in die vorhandene Ćffnung ein Teflonschieber 5 oder ein Teflonstreifen eingelegt, der nach dem VerschweiĆen entfernt werden kann. Somit entsteht ein einseitig offener VerpackungsbehƤlter 10, der nach dem BefĆ¼llen durch weitere SchweiĆvorgƤnge verschlossen wird. Eine erste aufgezeigte Herstellungsvariante geht im Weiteren von einer Durchtrennung der SchweiĆnaht 14 aus, sodass einzelne VerpackungsbehƤlter 10 entstehen, die einer Verpackungsmaschine zugefĆ¼hrt werden. Alternativ besteht die Mƶglichkeit, dass auf eine Durchtrennung der einzelnen VerpackungsbehƤlter 10 verzichtet wird und diese auf eine Rolle aufgewickelt werden, die in eine Verpackungsanlage weiter verwendet wird. Innerhalb der Verpackungsmaschine besteht so die Mƶglichkeit einzelne VerpackungsbehƤlter 10 abzuwickeln und nach Durchtrennen der SchweiĆnaht 14 zu BefĆ¼llen.Figure 4 and 5 shows in a side view and top view of the manufacturing process of the
Alternativ besteht die Mƶglichkeit anstelle der SchweiĆvorrichtung die untere und obere Flachfolie 2, 6 mit einer dem Flachschlauch 1 zugewandten Klebefolie zu beschichten, sodass die beiden ƤuĆeren Flachfolien 2, 6 unmittelbar auf der flachen Oberseite des Flachschlauchs 1 haften und im Randbereich aufeinander liegen. Im Falle der Verwendung einer kaschierten Folie mit Schmelzkleber kann durch eine groĆflƤchige Temperatureinwirkung eine Verbindung des inneren Flachschlauchs 1 mit den ƤuĆeren Flachfolien 2 bewirkt werden, wobei bei geeigneter Temperaturwahl die Verbindung hergestellt wird, ohne dass der innere Flachschlauch 1 allseitig verschlossen wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist es erforderlich, dass der Flachschlauch 1 zumindest einseitig vorher verschweiĆt wird. Nach dem BefĆ¼llen des VerpackungsbehƤlters 1 kann durch erhƶhte Temperatureinwirkung im EinfĆ¼llbereich des VerpackungsbehƤlters 1 ein VerschlieĆen des inneren Flachschlauchs 1 sowie der ƤuĆeren Flachfolien 2, 6 erreicht werden.Alternatively, instead of the welding device, it is possible to coat the lower and upper

- Packaging container (10) made of plastics material, consisting of a flat hose (1), which is sealed at least on one side and forms a bag-shaped container, the flat hose (1) being surrounded on the outside by two further flat films (2, 6) overlapping the edge, which form an edge-side overlap on the longitudinal and transverse rims of the inner flat hose (1), characterised in that the flat hose (1) is covered all-over by the flat films.
- Packaging container according to claim 1, characterised in that the inner flat hose (1) and the further flat films (2, 6) have a corresponding filling opening (4) and can be sealed after filling by at least one, preferably two, separate connecting seams, for example adhesive or weld seams (13, 18).
- Packaging container according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the inner flat hose (1), which is sealed on one side, in the form of individual bag-shaped containers, spaced apart, is received in two outer flat films (2, 6) on either side, the flat films (2, 6) touching one another in the region between the inner bag-shaped containers.
- Packaging container according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a plurality of containers are preassembled as rolled goods and can be used, after severing of the outer flat film (2, 6), as individual containers.
- Packaging container according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the outer flat film (2, 6) consists of a covered film, in particular an aluminium film.
- Packaging container according to claim 5, characterised in that the inner flat hose (1) and outer flat films (2, 6) consist of a multi-layer film.
- Packaging container according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the inner flat hose (1) consists of a two-layer film with an outer layer made of LDPE and an inner layer made of HDPE and the outer flat film (2, 6) consists of LDPE or a multi-layer film with an inside made of LDPE.
