Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Glätten und Verdichten der Oberfläche von Bleistiften, integriert im Prozeß der Herstellung nach der spanenden Bearbeitung der Bleistiftrohlinge und vor der Beschichtung der Bleistifte mit Lacken oder Folien, bei dem Hochleistungs-Ultraschall in Form einer Grenzflächenreibung, die mittels Transport der Werkstücke durch eine Sonotrode (2) erzeugt wird, auf die Oberfläche der Werkstücke einwirkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit konstanten Frequenzen im Bereich von 16 bis 30 kHz und konstanten Leistungen von minimal 500 W gearbeitet wird und der Leistungseintrag 0,1 bis 0,5 Ws/mm2 beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bleistifte Stoß an Stoß mit einer konstanten Vorschubgeschwindigkeit im Bereich von 20 bis 200 mm/s durch die Sonotrode (2) bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Ultraschallagregat, bestehend aus einem Ultraschall-Generator (1) und eine Öffnungen, gestaltet als Durchführungen (5), aufweisende Sonotrode (2) sowie zugehöriger Steuereinheit, und eine Transporteinheit (3), die den Transport der Bleistifte zur Sonotrode (2), durch die Sonotrode (2) und von der Sonotrode (2) weg realisiert, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Querschnittes der Durchführungen (5) mit einer Toleranz von ±0,01 mm dem Querschnitt der Bleistifte entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sonotrode (2) mehrere Durchführungen (5) aufweist, die zur Schwingungsrichtung des Ultraschalles längs und zueinander parallel angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 bis 6 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sonotrode (2) 1 bis 20 Durchführungen (5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Sonotrode (2) als auch die Durchführungen (5) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtungen nach Anspruch 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser der Sonotrode (2) zwischen 40 und 120 mm und die Länge der Durchführungen (5) zwischen 40 und 300 mm liegen.
