Claims (24)
- Formkörper, insbesondere für ein Sitzpolster, mit einer unteren, tragenden, eine untere Auflagefläche (1) bildenden, aus einem Polyurethan-Gel bestehenden Gellage (2), die auf ihrer Oberseite integrale, voneinander über Ausdehnungskanäle (4) beabstandete Auflager (3) aufweist, auf denen eine Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) aufliegt, deren Oberseite (5) durch eine obere Auflage (7) abgedeckt ist.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflager (3) im Bereich der bei Belastung auftretenden Druckspitzen einen engeren Abstand voneinander aufweisen.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflager (3) säulenförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) auf ihrer Unterseite integrale Ansätze (6a) aufweist, die in die Ausdehnungskanäle (4) der Gellage (2) eintauchen.
- Formkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Auflage (7) ein Abstandsgewirk ist, das aus zwei durch Abstandsfäden miteinander verbundenen textilen Flächen besteht.
- Formkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) die Gellage (2) ganz oder teilweise seitlich einfasst.
- Formkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gellage (2) nach Abziehen einer zusammen mit ihr hergestellten Folie mit der Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) verklebt ist.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) über einen aufgetragenen Kleber mit den Auflagern (3) der Gellage (2) verklebt ist.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die integralen Ansätze (6a) der Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) bis auf den Boden (8) der Ausdehnungskanäle (4) erstrecken.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Ansätze (6a) der Polyurethan-Schaumstofflage (6) auf dem Boden (8) der Ausdehnungskanäle (4) abstützen.
- Formkörper nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die chemische Struktur des Polyurethan-Gels aus langen Polymer-Fäden und nur wenigen Verkettungen ohne Verwendung zugesetzter Weichmacher besteht.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Gel ein untervernetztes Polyurethan auf der Basis von Polyolen und Polyisocyanaten oder Polyethern und Polyisocyanaten eingesetzt ist.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelmassen mit Rohstoffen einer Isocyanat-Funktionalität der Polyolkomponente von mindestens 5,2 vorzugsweise von mindestens 6,5, insbesondere von mindestens 7,5 hergestellt sind.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyolkomponente zur Herstellung des Gels aus einem Gemisch ausa) einem oder mehreren Polyolen mit Hydroxylzahlen unter 112 undb) einem oder mehreren Polyolen mit Hydroxyzahlen im Bereich von 112 bis 600 besteht,
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyolkomponente zur Herstellung des Gels aus einem oder mehreren Polyolen mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1000 und 12000 und einer OH-Zahl zwischen 20 und 112 besteht, wobei das Produkt der Funktionalitäten der polyurethanbildenden Komponenten mindestens 5 beträgt und die Isocyanat-Kennzahl zwischen 15 und 60 liegt.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Isocyanate zur Gelherstellung solche der Formel Q (NCO) einsetzt, in der n für 2 bis 4 steht und Q einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 8 bis 18 C-Atomen, einen cycloaliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 4 bis 15 C-Atomen, einen aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 6 bis 15 C-Atomen oder einen araliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 8 bis 15 C-Atomen bedeutet.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polyurethan mit Isocyanaten in reiner Form oder mit urethanisierten, allophanisierten, biurethisierten oder funktionell entsprechend modifizierten Isocyanaten hergestellt ist.
- Formkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gellage (2) elastische Mikrohohlkugeln als Füllstoff enthält.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikrohohlkugeln aus polymeren Material, vorzugsweise Polyolefin bestehen.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikrohohlkugeln mit einer Deckschicht aus einem anorganischen Material, vorzugsweise Calciumcarbonat, beschichtet sind.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 18, 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikrohohlkugeln einen Durchmesser von 10 µm bis 150 µm aufweisen.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der Mikrohohlkugeln in dem Gelwerkstoff 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Formkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Gelmasse grobkörnige Feststoffteilchen verteilt sind, die aus Korkstückchen, Korkmehl, Holzstückchen, Holzspänen, Schaumstoffflocken, Styropor, Textilfasern oder Textilstücken bestehen.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Feststoffteilchen zwischen 0,1 und 15 mm liegt.
