Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Strangpressen von gekrümmten Strangpreßprofilen, wobei das Strangpreßprofil (7a; 7b) in einer einem Gegenholm (4) einer Strangpreßanlage (1) vorgelagerten Matrize geformt und anschließend durch Einwirken äußerer Kräfte gekrümmt bzw. abgebogen sowie im Pressenfluß in Teillängen getrennt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ausgepreßte Strang (7a; 7b) im Pressenauslauf (5) von einer die Strangunterseite stützenden Auflage (10) übernommen und nach dem Abtrennen einer Strangteillänge diese von der Auflage (10) aus dem Pressenfluß herausbewegt und abtransportiert wird, bei während des Abtransports durch die Auflage gleichzeitig aufrechterhaltener Bereitstellung einer Stützfläche für den nachfolgenden Strang. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützauflage (10) zumindest in ihrer Höhenlage voreinstellbar ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strang (7a; 7b) von der Auflage (10) reibungsarm gestützt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Strangpressen von gekrümmten Strangpreßprofilen, wobei das Strangpreßprofil in einer einem Gegenholm einer Strangpreßanlage vorgelagerten Matrize geformt und anschließend durch Einwirken äußerer Kräfte gekrümmt bzw. abgebogen sowie im Pressenfluß in Teillängen getrennt wird, insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein im Pressenauslauf (5) angeordneter, den ausgepreßten Strang (7a, 7b) stützender, heb- und senkbarer Stütztisch (10) in Funktionsfelder (A; B) unterteilt ist, von denen das sich dem maschinennahen, vorderen Funktionsfeld (A) anschließende, hintere Funktionsfeld (B) temporär in eine zum Fundament geneigte Lage verschwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütztischoberfläche des vorderen Funktionsfeldes (A) mit Rollen (11) bestückt ist und die Tischoberfläche des hinteren Funktionsfeldes (B) mit Graphitplatten (13) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einige der Rollen (11) des vorderen Funktionsfeldes (A) angetrieben sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein begrenzter, sich dem vorderen Funktionsfeld (A) anschließender Übergangsbereich des hinteren Funktionsfeldes (B) mit Rollen (11a) bestückt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen unterhalb des hinteren Funktionsfeldes (B) angeordneten, seitlich an dieses angreifenden Verstellzylinder (12). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Funktionfeld (A) des Stütztisches auf Pfosten (14) ruht,
daß der Stütztisch (10) mittels Hubelementen (x, y, z) in seiner Höhenlage einstellbar ist, und
daß der Tisch (10) mit seinen Pfosten (14) und den Hubelementen (X, Y, Z) auf einem längs und quer zur Strangauspreßrichtung (8) verfahrbaren Unterbau (15) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Pressenauslauf (5) ein Auslaufrollgang (6) angeordnet ist, und daß der Stütztisch (10) zumindest an einer Seite des Auslaufrollganges (6) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Pressenauslauf (5) ein Auslaufrollgang (6) angeordnet ist, und
daß an beiden Seiten des Auslaufrollganges (6) angeordnete Stütztische (10) zu einer Baueinheit zusammengefaßt sind und als integrierten Bestandteil ein Teilstück (21) des Auslaufrollganges (6) aufweisen.
