Claims (15)
- Trockner, insbesondere Wäschetrockner, mit einer drehend antreibbaren Trommel (11), die ein zylindrisches Mantelblech (23) und kreisförmige Laufringe (13) aufweist, wobei sich die Trommel (11) mit den Laufringen (13) auf Laufrädern (14) abstützt und von wenigstens einem Laufrad (14) antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufringe (13) durch Streben (25) derart verbunden sind, dass die Laufringe (13) mit den Streben (25) einen stabilen Trommelkäfig (22) bilden.
- Trockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufringe (13) durch mehrere vorzugsweise gleichmäßig auf den Umfang der Trommel (11) verteilte und parallel zu einer Längsmittelachse (12) der Trommel (11) verlaufende Streben (25) verbunden sind, wobei die Streben (25) vorzugsweise fest mit den Laufringen (13) verbunden sind und/oder die Streben (25) im Querschnitt profiliert sind, insbesondere kasten- oder hohlprofilartig ausgebildet sind.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufringe (13) an den Stirnseiten des Trommelkäfigs (22) angeordnet sind bzw. Stirnseiten des Trommelkäfigs (22) bilden, und die Streben (25) zur Verbindung der Laufringe (13) zwischen den Stirnseiten des Trommelkäfigs (22) sich befinden.
- Trockner, insbesondere Wäschetrockner, mit einer drehend antreibbaren, zylindrischen Trommel (11), die ein Mantelblech (23) und Laufringe (13) aufweist, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufringe (13) durch Streben (25) zu einem Trommelkäfig (22) verbunden sind, und das Mantelblech (23) aus mehreren einzelnen Mantelblechteilen (24) gebildet ist, die mindestens teilweise klemmend mit dem Trommelkäfig (22) verbindbar sind.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Querkanten (31) bzw. von den Querkanten (31) ausgehende Randbereiche der Mantelblechteile (24) an den Streben (25) klemmend befestigbar sind, vorzugsweise die Querkanten (31), insbesondere daran angrenzende Bereiche der Mantelblechteile (24), durch Klemmleisten insbesondere kraft- und/oder reibschlüssig an den Streben (25) festklemmbar sind.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich einer jeden Strebe (25) und einer jeden Klemmleiste gegenüberliegende Querkanten (31) bzw. daran anschließende Randbereiche benachbarter Mantelblechteile (24) durchgehend, vorzugsweise über die im Wesentlichen gesamte Länge der Querkanten (31) bzw. daran anschließender Randbereiche, klemmend befestigbar sind.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkanten (31) bzw. daran angrenzende Randbereiche der Mantelblechteile (24) zwischen an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Streben (25) vorstehenden Klemmschenkeln (30) der Streben (25) und etwa parallel zu den Klemmschenkeln (30) verlaufenden Andruckschenkeln (35) der Klemmleisten festklemmbar sind.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Klemmleiste mit einer Strebe (25) lösbar verbunden, insbesondere verschraubt ist, wobei der Abstand der Klemmleiste, insbesondere der Andruckschenkel (35) zu den Klemmschenkeln (30) der jeweiligen Strebe (25), vorzugsweise elastisch bzw. federnd veränderbar ist zum durchgehenden Festklemmen der Querkanten (31) bzw. daran anschließende Randbereiche der Mantelblechteile (24) am Trommelkäfig (22).
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mantelblechteile (24) mit ihren kreisbogenförmig verlaufenden Längsrändern an den Laufringen (13) zusätzlich befestigt sind, vorzugsweise durch Schrauben.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmleisten als ins Innere der Trommel (11) vorstehende Rippen (32) ausgebildet sind.
- Trockner, insbesondere Wäschetrockner, mit einer drehend antreibbaren, zylindrischen Trommel (11), die ein Mantelblech (23) und Laufringe (13) sowie mindestens eine Öffnung in einer Stirnseite aufweist, und mit einem die Trommel (11) umgebenden, feststehenden Gehäuse (10), insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die die Öffnung aufweisende Stirnseite der Trommel durch wenigstens eine berührungslose Dichtung (40) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (10) abgedichtet ist.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Dichtung (40) im Bereich mindestens eines Laufrings (13) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise die jeweilige Dichtung (40) zwischen einer freien, äußeren Stirnseite mindestens eines Laufrings (13) und einer diesem gegenüberliegenden Stirnwandung (19) des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet ist.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung in einem schmalen Spalt (Ringspalt 45) zwischen der Stirnseite des jeweiligen Laufrings (13) und der benachbarten Stirnwandung (19) des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet ist.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die oder jede zur Stirnfläche des betreffenden Laufrings (13) weisende Innenseite der Stirnwandung (19) des Gehäuses (10) mindestens teilweise mit einem den Spalt (Ringspalt 45) verengenden bzw. einseitig begrenzenden Dichtbelag (41) versehen ist.
- Trockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Laufring (13) insbesondere an der äußeren Umfangsfläche (Lauffläche 27) und der zur Stirnwandung (19) des Gehäuses (10) weisenden äußeren Stirnfläche (Dichtfläche 29), bearbeitet ist, vorzugsweise die äußere Stirnfläche mindestens eines Laufrings (13) derart bearbeitet ist, dass die Stirnfläche (Dichtfläche 29) möglichst exakt senkrecht zur der Längsmittelachse (12) der Trommel (11) entsprechenden Drehachse verläuft und/oder die Lauffläche (27) mindestens eines Laufrings (13) derart bearbeitet ist, dass sie möglichst exakt konzentrisch zur Drehachse bzw. Längsmittelachse (12) der Trommel (11) verläuft.
