Claims (6)

  1. Un dispositif de préhension et de redressement d'ébauches de carton (2), dans une ligne (1) d'emballage de produits dans des contenants réalisés à partir de ces ébauches à plat (2), comprenant un bras oscillant (11) qui pivote autour d'un premier axe de rotation (A1) et est mobile, par rapport au premier axe (A1), au moins entre une première position extrême, dans laquelle il prélève une ébauche de carton (2) d'une station d'alimentation (3), où les ébauches de carton (2) sont empilées à plat et présentent deux faces opposées (5, 6), parallèles et essentiellement planes, chacune des faces (5, 6) ayant au moins deux panneaux principaux (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) qui constitueront les parois latérales d'un contenant fini, et une seconde position extrême, dans laquelle il relâche l'ébauche (2), après l'avoir redressée dans une configuration tubulaire, et la transfère à des moyens de transfert (44) correspondants, où le bras oscillant (11) comprend et supporte des premier et second moyens d'aspiration (40, 41), les premier et second moyens d'aspiration (40, 41) assujettissant l'ébauche de carton (2) à plat au niveau, respectivement, de chacune de ses deux faces opposées (5, 6), le premier moyen d'aspiration (40) étant associé au bras oscillant (11) ; ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que le second moyen d'aspiration (41) comprend un organe mobile (17) qui coulisse par rapport au bras oscillant (11) ; l'organe mobile (17) ayant la forme d'un secteur de couronne présentant une denture (22) le long d'une portion (17a) de son périmètre ; le bras oscillant (11) comprenant une roue dentée (23) montée de façon pivotante sur un troisième axe (A3) parallèle au premier axe (A1) et destinée à s'engrener dans la denture (22) de l'organe mobile (17) ; la roue dentée (23) étant mue par un mécanisme à manivelle (30), la manivelle (28) étant destinée à osciller autour d'un quatrième axe (A4) sur actionnement du bras oscillant (11).
  2. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premier et second moyens d'aspiration (40, 41) assujettissent et retiennent l'ébauche de carton par deux de ses panneaux principaux (5a, 6a), les panneaux (5a, 6a) étant adjacents entre eux et raccordés par une pliure (39) réalisée dans l'ébauche de carton (2) elle-même, la pliure (39) étant essentiellement parallèle à l'axe de rotation (A1) du bras oscillant (11).
  3. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, entre la première position extrême de préhension et la seconde position extrême de relâche des ébauches de carton (2), les premier et second moyens d'aspiration (40, 41) se déplacent l'un par rapport à l'autre selon un mouvement d'oscillation autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (A2) parallèle au premier axe de rotation (A1) du bras oscillant (11).
  4. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième axe de rotation (A2) coïncide essentiellement avec la pliure (39) située entre les panneaux principaux (5a, 6a) adjacents de l'ébauche de carton (2).
  5. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la manivelle (28) est actionnée par une courroie crantée (24) enroulée au moins partiellement autour d'un disque (14) qui est coaxial au premier axe (A1) et fixe par rapport à ce dernier.
  6. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des premier et second moyens d'aspiration (40, 41) comprend une ventouse (15, 20) qui est reliée de façon fluide à une source de vide (43).
