Abstract
Description
- ouvrir la gaine pour la mise en volume au-dessus de la charge,
- plisser les parties latérales de la gaine en accordéon sur des doigts de plissage, en faisant intervenir des galets motorisés tournant dans un premier sens de rotation,
- étirer ensuite la gaine plissée dans la direction transversale horizontale pour obtenir une ouverture plus grande que le périmètre de la charge à emballer,
- et déplacer la gaine étirée par-dessus la charge selon une direction verticale en provoquant le déplissage progressif des plis lors de la course de houssage.
Un autre développement de l'invention se rapporte à un procédé d'étirage permettant d'obtenir une tension contrôlée du film lors du houssage.
Selon un développement de l'invention, un toron plissé régulier peut être créé dans le film pendant la phase de houssage, en interrompt le mouvement de descente de la housse à un niveau prédéterminé, et en faisant tourner les galets dans un deuxième sens de rotation opposé au premier. Par un double déplacement des doigts, le film toronné peut être déposé avec précision à tout niveau de hauteur de la charge palettisée. On peut ainsi créer soit une mini housse à tout niveau de la charge ou de la palette, soit l'étanchéité et le maintien de la partie supérieure de la charge, soit la dépose du toron sur le haut de la palette support autorisant un dégagement précis de l'entrée d'une fourche de palettiseur automatique.
La formation du toron selon ces développements, n'est possible que si préalablement, l'organisation des plis est parfaite.

Claims (15)
- Procédé de mise en place sur une charge (CM) palettisée d'une gaine souple d'emballage obtenue à partir d'une gaine de film étirable, consistant à :ouvrir la gaine pour la mise en volume au-dessus de la charge,plisser les parties latérales de la gaine en accordéon sur des doigts de plissage, en faisant intervenir des galets (14) motorisés tournant dans un premier sens de rotation (F1, F 2),étirer ensuite la gaine plissée dans la direction transversale horizontale pour obtenir une ouverture plus grande que le périmètre de la charge (CM) à emballer,et déplacer la gaine étirée par-dessus la charge (CM) selon une direction verticale en provoquant le déplissage progressif lors de la course de houssage,
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pendant la phase de houssage, on interrompt le mouvement de descente de la housse (10) à un niveau prédéterminé, et on forme un toron (34) en faisant tourner les galets (14) dans un deuxième sens de rotation (F5) opposé au premier.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on bloque la portion déposée de la housse (10) contre le sabot (22) d'étirage à la partie supérieure (12B) des doigts pendant la formation du toron (34).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on retient le toron (34) contre une partie saillante du sabot (22) à la partie supérieure du doigt.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce pendant ou à la fin de la phase de houssage, on bloque la housse (10) contre les doigts (12) pour obtenir une tension mécanique verticale contrôlée dans le film.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le film de la housse (10) est étiré d'une valeur comprise entre 5% à 50% d'allongement vertical.
- Dispositif d'emballage d'une charge palettisé (CH) au moyen d'une housse (10) constituée d'un film plastique étirable, et comprenant :un cadre de manoeuvre équipé de doigts (12) de plissage et d'étirage, chaque doigt portant un sabot d'étirage (22), et étant associé à un galet (14) motorisé entraíné en rotation par un motoréducteur (24),des moyens pour faire basculer chaque galet (14) motorisé entre une position écartée de repos, et une position de travail en contact avec le doigt (12),des moyens d'actionnement du cadre pour effectuer le houssage de la charge (CM),
- Dispositif d'emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de freinage (26) est rectiligne, et s'étend verticalement en faisant saillie de la zone centrale de la partie inférieure 12A inclinée du doigt (12).
- Dispositif d'emballage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de freinage (26) présente une largeur (L1 ) inférieure à celle du doigt (12), et est solidarisée par sa base au support (28) mobile du doigt (12).
- Dispositif d'emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité opposée de l'élément de freinage (26) est agencée sous un rouleau (13) sur lequel vient s'appliquer le galet (14) motorisé lors du plissage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de serrage (30) est monté sur le support (28) de chaque doigt (12) en s'étendant sensiblement au niveau du sabot (22) d'étirage au-dessus du galet (14) motorisé correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (30) est associé à un actionneur (32) pour être déplacé entre une position de blocage en appui contre le sabot (22), et une position de déblocage écartée dudit sabot.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (30) est formé par une butée à embout souple destiné à coincer une partie de la housse (10) contre ledit sabot (22) en position de blocage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (32) est constitué par un vérin de commande pneumatique, hydraulique ou électrique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le motoréducteur (24) de chaque galet (14) est piloté par un variateur de vitesse à inversion du sens de rotation.
