Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch die Heckansicht eines Kraftfahrzeugs, vorliegend eines
Kombifahrzeuges mit einer nach oben geschwenkten Heckklappe 1, welche ihrerseits in
an sich bekannter Weise mittels oben liegender Scharniere 2 an der
Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie 3 angebunden und mittels einer Vorrichtung zum Betätigen der
Heckklappe 1 in Form eines Linearantriebs 4 in Offen-Stellung gehalten ist. Der
Linearantrieb 4 erstreckt sich vorliegend einseitig zwischen der Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie 3

Mittels aktiv wirkender Linearantriebe 4a wird eine Heckklappe 1 beispielsweise nach
Betätigung eines Schalters zunächst entriegelt sowie nachfolgend durch Aktivierung des
Linearantriebs 4a in eine Offen-Stellung bewegt und abschließend nach nochmaliger
Betätigung eines Schalters in die Ausgangsstellung (Geschlossen-Stellung) zurück
bewegt und wieder verriegelt.
Passiv wirkende Linearantriebe 4b sind für vorliegenden Anwendungsfall vorzugsweise
als an sich bekannte Gasdruckfedern ausgebildet, die ihrerseits aus einer in einem
Zylinder geführten Kolbenstange bestehen und im Wesentlichen die Schwenkbewegung
der Heckklappe 1 unterstützen bzw. als Gewichtsausgleich fungieren und eine bereits
manuell geöffnete Heckklappe 1 in einer Offen-Stellung halten.Passive

einseitiger Anordnung der Linearantriebe 4a; 4b ein Verwinden der Heckklappe 1 nicht

wirkenden Linearantrieben 4a ein erheblicher technischer Aufwand für die
Synchronisation derselben erforderlich. Auch bei Verwendung von zwei beidseitig der
Heckklappe 1 angeordneten passiv wirkenden Linearantrieben 4b ist eine hohe
Abstimmung derselben zueinander angezeigt. Schließlich wirkt sich diese bekannte
