Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to methods for continuously storing a Rail on a solid roadway made of concrete slabs, in particular Precast concrete, with the rail arranged in a trough of the concrete slab and then attached by pouring the trough and a corresponding solid roadway from a concrete slab.
: "INFUNDO - die bewährte Schiene in die Zukunft "in Feste Fahrbahn, Edition ETR, Darmstadt 1997, Seiten 104-105).Are known solid lanes, which made of precast concrete or in-situ concrete be made. A particular embodiment of such solid Roadways is that at the top of the concrete slab a trough is arranged. In the trough the rail runs. For a far-reaching attachment The rail in the trough is the rail by means of an elastic Pouring agent poured into the trough. Such a system is under the Name Infundo known (see Heinisch, R. Hrsgb.: "INFUNDO - the proven Rail into the future "in slab track, Edition ETR, Darmstadt 1997, Pages 104-105).
A disadvantage of the prior art, it is in some applications, that the rail is fixed in the trough by means of fasteners before the Rail is poured. Together with the rail will be the Fasteners with cast in, even if this preserves the position the rail are no longer needed due to the potting compound. At the Driving over the rails with rail-guided vehicles, in particular on high-speed trains, these cast fasteners negatively noticeable. The vibration behavior of the rails is influenced at these points, whereby the ride comfort of the rail vehicle and the wear behavior of the rails are deteriorated.
When used in public transport, it is particularly important that especially in intersection areas of tram and road the undisturbed Traffic will be released quickly after the construction work can. The previously known solutions always go from Ortbetonfahrbahnen in which the rails are laid. Both the production the in-situ concrete slab as well as the previously used type of attachment The rails within the in-situ concrete slab require a large period of time until the traffic can be resumed. Task of the present Invention is thus, by appropriate measures the ride comfort and to improve the wear behavior on slab tracks as well as a possibility of a particularly fast production of a party Roadway, especially in the local traffic area.
The object is solved by the features of the independent claims.
In a method for continuously supporting a rail on one fixed track, especially from precast concrete, the rail in one Trough the fixed carriageway arranged and by pouring out the trough attached. Chamber filling stones are arranged at the side of the rail and the Gap between the ventricular filling stones and the trough cheeks becomes filled with a grout. The Kammerfüllsteine are preferably used together with the rail in the rail trough of precast panel. The clamping of the Kammerfüllsteine and thus the rail is done through the grout. By this method is contrary to use Ortbeton a rapid construction progress possible, that is at Use of this system could e.g. a crossing area within one Day, so that the following day the Traffic could roll over this roadway. Especially with renovation cases this is a great advantage. It is herewith the advantages of the ready-made solution and the continuous rail storage combined. The troughs can either be placed on a plate or integrated in the plate be.
If the rails and / or the Kammerfüllsteine with an adjusting device, especially with Keiien within the trough to the preservation of a set up the exact track position, so is a very fast and easy track laying possible. The rails can be in the required position by means of Adjusting device, especially with wedges to be fixed until finally the permanent fixation by means of the grout sufficient strength. The adjusting device can either remain in the trough and firmly with be poured or, if the range of the adjustment of the casting has been omitted, are taken from the trough. The open space, in which the adjustment device had previously been can subsequently be filled with the grout.
In order to obtain a particularly high strength of the rail storage, can be provided that the rail with conventional rail fasteners in addition to fixing with the chamber fillers and the grout is fixed. In this case, the Kammerfüllsteine softer be trained, since they are not exclusively for the exact storage of the Rail are responsible. The chamber stones can in this case For example, optimally designed according to the criteria of sound insulation become.
In order to achieve a particularly good clamping of the rails, it is advantageous when the space between the chamber fillers and filled the tray cheeks with a casting mortar made of swelling concrete becomes. Through the source concrete, the Kammerfüllsteine between the Trapped rail and the trough cheeks. Due to the elasticity of the chamber filling stones is a particularly strong clamping of the rails causes, as by the swelling of the concrete the Kammerfüllsteine against the rail be pressed.
As known per se in the high speed area on fixed carriageways, is inventively and advantageously proposed that also the precast concrete slabs used for rail transport in aligned vertically and horizontally, and then with a potting compound, in particular poured bitumen-cement mortar become. This is a permanent fixation with exact positioning the rails possible. It is a particularly quiet and therefore also noise reduced Driving, for example, trams allows.
To a particularly high accuracy of the individual plates to each other as well the individual rails to reach each other, are advantageously several precast concrete panels in the longitudinal direction continuously together coupled. This coupling takes place, for example, that from The threaded ends protrude from the ends of the plate, and then with turnbuckles be coupled. Subsequently, or before the coupling, the gap between poured out the prefabricated panels with concrete. Through the coupled Prefabricated panels will be a particularly quiet driving operation of the rail-guided Vehicle reached. Settling of the subsoil under individual precast slabs Significantly less impact on the track than in a single-plate installation.
In particular, if the fixed carriageway in the area of a rail-road intersection is arranged, it is advantageous if the precast concrete slab with Gussasphalt is covered. This is a noise-reduced intersection traffic possible.
In a solid roadway of a concrete slab according to the invention, which is made in a particularly advantageous manner as precast concrete, the Plate for continuously supporting a rail on a trough, in which the rail is arranged. Chamber filling stones are arranged on the side of the rail. Wedges act as adjusting devices on the chamber filling stones to maintain the rails over the chamber fillers within the trough set up an exact track position. The space between the Chamber filling stones and the tray cheeks are filled with grout. hereby will be an exact and permanent positioning of the rail on the Precast concrete slab achieved.
Advantageously, the rails and / or the Kammerfüllsteine with an adjusting device, in particular with wedges within the trough to Preservation of an exact track position established. The wedges serve as provisional Fixation of the rail in the predetermined position. In this position Finally, the rail is permanently fixed by means of the grout. additionally The rail can be fixed with conventional rail fasteners be. These conventional rail fasteners, which are commonly the rail foot to the trough bottom, optionally with an elastic Clamp the intermediate layer, are advantageously fixed only after the adjusting device hold the rails in the predetermined position.
Is the space between the chamber fillers and the trough cheeks filled with a casting mortar made of swelling concrete, so is a special Advantageous attachment of Kammerfüllsteine within the trough causes. The Kammerfüllsteine be pressed against the rails and thus provide excellent sound insulation when crossing one Vehicle.
Advantageously, the precast concrete slab in vertical and horizontal Direction aligned and with a potting compound, especially bitumen-cement mortar underpoured to a permanent fixation of precast concrete slab. Be several precast concrete slabs in the longitudinal direction through coupled, it becomes a very durable and stable pavement also received for the rail traffic.
If the precast concrete slab is covered with mastic asphalt, then there is an intersection area very fast and advantageous at ground level executable. Besides, it is thus possible that the precast concrete slab for other than rail-guided Vehicles can be used. Especially for the use of Rescue vehicles here is an advantageous roadway created. Are the the gap facing cheeks of the trough and / or Kammerfüllsteine bevelled in relation to the rail vertical axis, so is a possible Auswandem the Kammerfüllsteine prevented. It turns out thus a substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape of the trough and / or the Kammerfüllsteine. A possible wandering out of the chamber filling stones from the trough is prevented, as by the beveled Cheeks undercuts arise in which the Kammerfüllsteine interlink.
In order to obtain a good wedging action of the adjusting device, it is advantageous if in the area of the wedge the cheeks facing the gap the trough or the Kammerfüllsteine substantially parallel to the rail vertical axis are. As a result, the wedge can be reliably fixed and the rail can be potted in the trough without affecting its position changed.
To the precast concrete slab in the vertical and / or horizontal direction optimally to be able to adjust, it is provided that the precast concrete panel spindles contains. The precast concrete slab is aligned with these spindles and then poured for permanent fixation.
In particular, when the present invention in the field of rail transport is used, it is advantageous if the rail is a grooved rail is how it is commonly used for trams.
Is the distance from the top of the rail to the top of the Plate about 5 cm, if the plate is to be covered, so can the top edge the cover just run with the top edge of the rail. A Thickness of about 5 cm for the cover, especially if the cover a cast asphalt layer is usually sufficient. Will the plate not covered, so it is advantageous if the top edge of the rail with the top edge of the plate runs in one plane. This will be a near level and quiet cross traffic allows.
Especially when covered and uncovered panels combined It is particularly advantageous if the plate in one execution with cover including the cover is about the same thickness as one Plate for a version without cover. This can be a smoother Substrate are prepared on which both types of plates can be hung up.
Are the Kammerfüllsteine elastic, especially made of rubber granules, Thus, a particularly advantageous clamping of the rail by means a Vergußbetons, in particular if this made of swelling concrete is created.
If the plate is rectangular or trapezoidal, the plates can be used for cornering or straight sections of the track. Due to the trapezoidal design of the plate is the laying of the rails within curve sections very easily possible, especially then if the plates are designed shorter for such applications than for the straight-line route.
In a particular embodiment of the present invention is provided that the fixed carriageway is a prefabricated frame consisting of longitudinal beams and Crossbeam exists.
The longitudinal beams are connected to the crossbar, with the crossbars essentially the function of positioning the two longitudinal beams to have. Overall, a stable roadway, which as a precast can be manufactured and only adjusted and mounted on the site must become. The precast frame is lighter than the precast panel and thus even easier to lay. Due to the large spaces between The individual transom, for example, a very simple greening the roadway are made. This too is for the inner city Driving operation particularly advantageous.
The rails are in such an embodiment of the precast concrete part arranged on or in the longitudinal beams. The longitudinal beams can do so be formed that they contain a trough in which the rails be attached. Alternatively, it can be provided that the rails on the Longitudinal beams in a conventional manner by means of rail fasteners in Support points or continuously attached.
For aligning the precast frame, it is particularly advantageous if in the more stable longitudinal beams spindles are arranged. By means of the Spindles are the longitudinal beams and thus the precast frame in the predetermined Position moves. Subsequently, the longitudinal beams with a Untergußmasse, in particular a bitumen-cement mortar poured, to permanently fix the precast frame.
In
The fixed carriageway advantageously has a recess substantially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the fixed carriageway in the region of the trough. In the recess, an adjusting device or a part thereof is at least temporarily added. Additionally or alternatively, the recess serves the formation or use of a drainage channel for rainwater, which accumulates between two parallel bumps or troughs of a solid lane.
Even if the solid track is used for conventional fastening of rails, the recess serves to form a drainage channel and is also particularly advantageous and inventive. The solid roadway is thus extremely flexible.
Advantageously, the trough is substantially on a surface of the Concrete plate arranged. This facilitates the production and allows the Forming a relatively thin concrete slab, which can be produced inexpensively and transportable, since it has a low weight.
If the recess in the trough extends at least to the surface of the plate, then it is possible that the rainwater, which is on the plate surface between the troughs, can drain completely.
The gap on the plate surface extends across the entire width of the plate Plate and is it advantageously still continued on the plate surface, so accumulates in the recess the rainwater and runs through the recess from the solid roadway.
A directed towards the outside of the plate down slope of the recess supported the outflow of rainwater in addition.
Particularly advantageous is a solid roadway, in which the rail in the Trough is largely poured. The rail has a special high strength on the solid road and is also still soundproofed through the elastic sealing compound.
The recess, which on the one hand the recording of the adjusting device and on the other hand can serve as a drainage channel can, if appropriate Design also as a predetermined breaking point of the plate for defined cracking serve. The recess, which transverse to the troughs to the plate surface is enough, it will form cracks exactly at these points. These defined Cracks can be easily and reliably inspected with regard to Condition of the plate. If the cracking is too strong, it may be necessary to consider will replace the corresponding plate.

In Längsrichtung
In Figure 1, a solid roadway is shown in perspective view, which
consists of juxtaposed precast
Gleisverlauf überfahren werden können.FIG. 2 shows a further embodiment of a
verlaufen. Die Aussparungen 7 eines Troges 3 korrespondieren mit Aussparungen
7 des parallel verlaufenden Troges 3'. In den Aussparungen 7 ist eine
Justiereinrichtung 8 eingesetzt, welche die zwei parallel verlaufenden Schienen
4, 4' miteinander verbinden und hierdurch fixieren.FIG. 3 shows a
The adjusting
After the
kann.FIG. 4 shows a detailed view of the adjusting
The height adjustment of the adjusting
eine besonders einfache Entwässerung einer festen Fahrbahn ermöglicht.FIG. 5 shows a further
Schiene 4 zu ermöglichen.FIG. 6 shows a detailed view of the adjusting
The
In the region of the
FIG. 7 shows a precast
The
Die Schienenbefestigungen 23 sind innerhalb der Platte 1 verankert.FIG. 8 shows a detailed view of a rail fastening. The
On the side of the
Figure 9 shows a precast concrete slab with cover in a perspective view.

erfolgen.In the figure 10 is a
möglich.FIG. 11 shows a precast
sein kann.FIG. 12 shows a further precast concrete frame in a perspective view.
