Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un pochoir pour sérigraphie, dans lequel une pâte d'enduction est appliqué sur un tissu d'impression et est ensuite soumise à un processus de durcissement ou de réticulation, l'enduction sur le tissu d'impression étant ensuite soumise à un usinage par utilisation de rayons laser,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pâte d'enduction est formé d'un matériau pouvant être gravé au laser et est appliquée sur une feuille de transfert dimensionnellement stable et est transférée, à l'état non réticulé, de la feuille de transfert au tissu d'impression, et est gravée au laser sur celui-ci en utilisant des rayons laser.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pâte d'enduction est appliquée sur le tissu d'impression pour l'impression sérigraphique, après avoir effectué le montage sous tension mécanique sur un cadre d'impression sérigraphique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enduction est effectuée sur toute la surface.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enduction est effectuée de façon partielle.
  5. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un système d'enduction, présentant des systèmes à deux composants, réticulant sous l'effet de la chaleur :
    (a) des polymères de base, tel que du polyuréthanne (PUR)/isocyanate ou un caoutchouc au silicone ;
    (b) des additifs absorbant la lumière laser ;
    (c) des solvants et/ou des dispersants.
  6. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un système d'enduction présentant des systèmes bi-composants réticulant à froid :
    (a) des polymères de base, tel que du caoutchouc au silicone ;
    (b) des additifs absorbant la lumière laser ;
    (c) des solvants et/ou des dispersants.
  7. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un système d'enduction présentant des systèmes à monocomposants réticulant à froid :
    (a) des polymères de base, tel que du caoutchouc au silicone ;
    (b) des additifs absorbant la lumière laser ;
    (c) des solvants et/ou des dispersants.
  8. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un système d'enduction présentant des systèmes monocomposants réticulant sous l'effet de la chaleur :
    (a) des polymères de base, tel que du polyuréthanne (PUR) ;
    (b) des additifs absorbant la lumière laser ;
    (c) des solvants et/ou des dispersants.
  9. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un système d'enduction présentant des systèmes réticulant sous l'effet des UV :
    (a) des émulsions photosensibles à base d'alcool polyvinylique (PVAL) ;
    (b) des additifs absorbant la lumière laser ;
    (c) des solvants et/ou des dispersants.
  10. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les additifs sont de la suie ou des oxydes de fer.
  11. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les additifs appartiennent au groupe des benzophénones.
